The rooms, view and entire property is beautiful. It is close to the marina and all the fun. Everything was really clean and felt safe there. There was always a cart ready for us around the property if we want but everything on property was an easy walk and not far. Can’t wait to go back and wake up to the ocean view again!

Our stay was fantastic 10/10. We love 1Hotels so we were excited to stay at 1Homes. The hotel is private and safe, all of the staff were so kind and attentive with 24/7 communication, Martin the server at the pool hooked us up daily, Diana the bartender at Mezcal Bar made the best cocktails, the private chef experience was the best meal of the trip, plus the aesthetic was perfection. It was slow season so it felt like we had the whole resort to ourselves (which we loved since we needed ALL of the zen). Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

Our family had a great time at 1 Homes. The location is great and the homes are just awesome! The staff lead by Jose were extremely friendly and were always ready to help us with anything. Staff in the bar and the cafeteria were amazing. We also had a private dinner with Chef Max and Francisco. Food was really good. I recommend 1 Homes without reservations!

The 1 is a beautiful property, located near the marina in Cabo San Lucas. We have now stayed in a 3 bedroom unit twice. The unit was large and comfortable for 6 adults. We love the location.

Our group of 5 stayed in a 3 bedroom unit which is beyond spacious and comfortable. There are 2 patios and 2 hot tubs in the unit (one with ocean view and the other with the view of Cabo San Lucas). We loved watching the beautiful sunset every morning on one patio and the lights in the city every night on the other patio. The staff from the front desk, Bell desk, cafe, housekeeping, groundkeepers to pool and food truck are amazing. Jose, Cindy, Javier, Carlos and Emmanuel at the front desk made great recommendations on fun as well as cultural activities in the area, and made reservations for us with great efficiencies. They took care everything with just a couple of simple text messages! Mauricio at the pool arranged a water taxi to pick us at the beach to take us to see El Arco so we didn't have to walk to the Marina. Marco provided all the info about Parasailing, snorkling, as well as swimming with whale sharks. We will definitively put that on our list for our next trip! It's no easy feat to clean a 3500 sq ft apartment :) But our housekeeper (I believe her name is Eva) kept our unit spotless every day. We had an amazing stay and can't wait to go back!

The gym is excellent but shared with the Hacienda Hotel. A small gym is exclusive to the property. The staff is friendly. The property is hilly and offers regular shuttles. The property is close to the Marina. Accordingly there is heavy beach and boat traffic including loud party boats with bright lights which diminish the views. The beachside pool is frequently visited by seagulls. There is one restaurant and one poolside Food truck. We had three casual meals for two on property all no less than $80 U.S. per meal before tip.

Jose and Cindy are the best—very professional and always seeking to make our stay the most enjoyable. All of the staff are very courteous. The condos are well appointed and well maintained. We love that the glass sliders open up the living area to the outside. We used the BBQ one night and the staff had it preheated with utensils. The lobby cafe is very good but the menu is limited. It would be good to expand the menu. The tequila bar is excellent and the bartenders are very knowledgeable. This was our second stay and we look forward to future stays!

The overall experience was great, every encounter with the staff was friendly and customer oriented. Jose at night front desk was especially helpful with directions and recommendations. We didn't know that the apt had Apple TV until the last night, that would have been nice to know earlier. The Valet and Shuttles were always prompt. The overall space was very roomy and comfortable. Loved the property.

1 Homes exceeded all our expectations. The facility is relatively new; very well maintained and designed with high quality furniture. The condos have glass walls that open up to allow indoor/outdoor living. The pool and beach are excellent. While they don't have a restaurant on-site, there is a Cafe in the lobby for coffee, drinks, salads and sandwiches and also a food truck by the pool with an extensive menu. The food was excellent and both facilities staffed by courteous individuals. What differentiates 1 Homes from other resorts are the professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and caring staff. Javier, Andrea, Jose, and the other front desk staff are there to serve the needs of their customers. Excellent advice and willingness to go the extra mile to address any guest's needs made all who dealt them feel special. As you prepare for dinner and desire a drink before or even after dinner, you can enjoy a conversation with Aaron and Abel; both of whom are excellent bartenders and enjoyable individuals who love their jobs at the Mezcal Bar. The bar offers an informal place to meet other guests.

Beautiful property with welcoming, attentive staff. Condo was large, spacious, and well furnished. Free parking on site, walking distance to so many restaurants, shops, plus a swimmable beach. Ocean view from our condo was breathtaking! Highly recommend, we will be back.

Beautiful rooms and amazing view, however, the condos are directly adjacent to a nightclub that operates every day from around 10pm-4am. strobe lights, music, and heavy bass subwoofers can be seen, felt, and heard even with all blinds and windows closed. Unfortunately, I would not stay again due to this consistent noise level. Additionally, there is no hotel restaurant, room service, or spa. The staff will direct you to the adjacent Hacienda resort for these amenities.

Everything about the hotel was top notch. The room, the view, the pools, the staff receives five stars. Did the Boot Camp class outdoors played pickle ball had my morning coffee and breakfast every morning. I would recommend this place to anyone!

My stay was wonderful. The concierge was extremely helpful; both prior to our trip & while at the property. They were easy to communicate with via text messaging in either English or Spanish. Every staff member that I interacted with was very professional & went out of their way to make sure I was having the best stay possible. The only item that I wish was more robust would be a couple other breakfast items available; primarily some fresh fruit.

Stay was incredible. Resort is beautiful and room was spacious and elegantly furnished. Every amenity we could have wanted was available and the staff was incredibly pleasant and accommodating. The grounds are very well maintained and service was impeccable. My only critique of the hotel is that the setup of the villas and apts does not provide for much privacy in the open spaces on the balconies and every the balconies of almost every single room is visible by people standing on other balconies or looking through their panoramic windows. This did not bother us too much as it was a family vacation however if I was going on a romantic getaway with my wife, we might not have felt too comfortable using the outdoor space as much

Excellent stay. Beautiful view from 1 bedroom (very large) unit with full living, dining, kitchen and laundry. Lovely patio with lounge and dining space. Perfect for couple's long weekend getaway. Close to restaurants. Beach is swimmable and walkable. Property is perfectly clean and well maintained. Pools are heated...so nice and warm plus hot tub. Plenty of snacks for lunch but great to cook your own meals or visit the excellent Hacienda restaurant connected to the property by a short golf card ride. Would definitely recommend for anyone want to stay close to town.
