Booking pictures need to be updated. Three mounted animal heads in master bedroom disconcerting. Booking not clear this is a personal residence. Closets and drawers stuffed with owners personal clothing. Therefore, no hanging or drawer space for guests. Was a little uncomfortable being in a personal residence. Kitchen and bathroom are well stocked. Host gave quick responses to text and email questions.

We enjoyed our stay this past weekend. There were four ladies who were returning to their 50th reunion from Baylor.
The home was clean, the owner very accommodating and it was in a very nice neighborhood.

The house was perfect for us! I especially enjoyed the two cats! (Oliver slept with me both nights!) The chickens and fresh eggs were an added bonus. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. I would stay there again!

Ann is a great host, and has a very comfortable home to stay in; so great that this is my second stay here. She is very proactive at communicating, and the house is perfect for relaxing & socializing with friends. Her house is in a convenient and nice neighborhood; close to campus and really everything in Waco.
Comfy beds, a complete coffee bar, and guest toiletries are evidence of her attention to detail for her guests. I highly recommend her place. Thx, Ann!

Anne was very accommodating when we had to make last-minute arrangements to evacuate from our home. Her house was beautiful, and bigger than I expected it to be from the listing. It was also only a short drive to the Cameron Park Zoo -- it was exactly what we needed :)

The owner was lovely and easy to communicate with! The place was easy to navigate and very cute but seemed to be someone’s primary residence, which felt a bit odd.

We had a great time. This house was perfect for three couples. We enjoyed the chickens and cat. Owner was super helpful with recommendations of where to eat and things to do (even providing turn-by-turn driving directions). Nice, quiet neighborhood. Thanks for helping us have such a great time!

Waco was our "half way" point between Austin and Dallas for our adult get together. We had a great time in the home. One of our party of four is allergic to cats, but did not have an issue while staying here. It is incredibly clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. Each morning we lounged on the back patio drinking coffee and watching the free range chickens. We even threw out some chicken scratch the hosts left for us to use while being entertained by the chickens. I had much more fun with that than I anticipated. Anne was great with communication by checking in with me and making sure everything went well. We went to one of the suggested restaurants (Olive Branch) and thoroughly enjoyed our brunch! We would definitely stay here again!

Our overall experience was wonderful. We had problems with the tv because of using 2 remotes. Anne was always available & helped us thru it but the next time we tried doing the same thing it seems we had problems again. I’m sure young people would have no problem, but we were all old. Anne again was helpful and didn’t seem upset that we were bothering her with questions. We enjoyed the backyard where there were 5 chickens. That was fun to feed them. There was also a cat that came and went. We had to be careful because one of our ladies is allergic to cats ( although she loves them) so we kept the bedroom doors shut. The cat did not jump up on the furniture and was outside most of the time. No problems there. Waco was a wonderful experience and we did a lot of driving around. It seems like it is either feast or famine. The area we were in was very nice and just a few blocks away very bad. That’s what we saw all over Waco. There are still lots of houses for Chip & Joanna to fix up! If you go be sure to take the Waco Tour which was so worth the money. All in all it was a wonderful 3 days we spent in Waco and we’d like to go back again! Another wonderful place to eat (besides Magnolia Table!) was Jakes Tearoom. Fabulous and was recommended to us by Joanna’s mother who we met at the church they all go to. It was awesome with old 50’s cars etc at the restaurant. Food was so good there.
