Amazing stay in Key Largo. Our second summer renting the home for a month. Even better than last year, with addition of putting green, corn hole, and giant Connect Four.
Great home for families, boating with dock space, and just a really beautiful and peaceful setting. Can’t wait to visit again.

Unassuming home from the street entrance, with the most spectacular water views I have ever seen in Key Largo!
Views from two levels on two outdoor porches set up with loungers and plenty of seating.
The interior has new spa-like bathrooms and an updated kitchen.
Comfortable sofas and recliners inside. TVs everywhere.
Great home for anyone but could really be appreciated by family like ours with a boat.
Location of home great with restaurants and attractions nearby.
Great fishing. Bring water toys.
Go see the Jesus statue at Pennekamp park.
Home is located in a wonderful quiet neighborhood with like homes nearby.
This home is incredible.
We had one of our best vacations here.

Exceeded Expectations
This house and location are beautiful. The house is very comfortable, Pam and Mort were very responsive and accommodating. We spent hours outside on the dock with my boys fishing. We saw manatees, sting ray, nurse sharks, eel, starfish and various fish. The outdoor furniture is very comfortable and I spent entire days working remotely from the back porch. Internet connection is great, no issues. Upstairs porch lounge furniture is incredibly comfortable. The views are beautiful and we had lots of naps on that porch The neighborhood is beautiful and safe, great for early morning/ late evening walks or runs. The neighbors were very kind and easy to talk to. The house is on the Key Largo Sound so taking a boat in and out to the ocean or the bays on the gulf side was super easy. Pennecamp has boat rentals as well and though the boats are very basic they get the job done if you want to get out to the reefs. The mangroves are beautiful. We had a great experience and would highly recommend to others.

Affordable Oceanside paradise
This property is that rare gem that actually exceeds the photos. It is right on the sound with a great dock, incredible views and a nice yard (fenced - perfect for our dog). The house was recently remodeled and is high end, esp. the gourmet kitchen and huge master suite that takes up the whole second floor. The other two rooms also have bathrooms en suite, making it great for couples or family. The small half bath off the living room is also handy. The owner and local property manager were very responsive. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. One tip - if you charter a boat, mention the dock and they can pick you up right at the house. If this place is available, book it.... you won’t regret it. The only issue is that it may have spoiled us for other rentals...

Paradise in Key Largo
Due to the protection of the Key Largo wood rats the owner was unable to get rid of them during our stay thus we had unwanted visitors at nite. If he can get that under control by trapping them and then release them to nearby park . The tall Palm trees over the roof may be the culprit allowing them entrance into the vents!

Perfect view of Largo Sound
Roomy, well equipped and the bonus of the perfect view of Largo Sound. The bedding was comfortable, kitchen had what we needed to cook. Location was perfect for water access to the ocean and the bay. Great restaurants nearby. Remodeled baths were beautiful. The view from the back porch and upper porch off of the master are awesome. Manager left great instructions on how to operate appliances & blinds- worth a read if you aren’t familiar with automated amenities.

Family Reunion
This was a lovely place with everything needed for a family vacation. The location with access to both the Gulf and Atlantic was great and the boat ramp access was a bonus. The back porch with the basket swings, chairs and seating made for some wonderful family cookouts and good times. We would love to come back again.
There are so many extras at this home that we can't list them, just go and enjoy.

Beautiful well-maintained property
Nice breezes in the morning and afternoon keep the patio very comfortable on the Atlantic side.
This home is well-stocked and in great condition. A lot of attention to detail . And a perfect location and the upper keys. Mile marker 104 directly across from sundowner and Jimmy Johnson's big chill. We motored through Adams Cut most every evening for cocktails and dinner . You are only a couple hundred yards off of Adams channel for easy access to the golf side . The neighbor at the boat ramp is only three houses down for easy in and out upon arrival . Penneykamp State Park is 1 mile south or short boat ride across the lagoon . Southpass out of the largo sound gets you out to molasses reef in 15 to 20 minutes. North Pass will get you out to Christ of the abyss and other patech reefs. . Just 3 miles south you have Key Largo marina at the Holiday Inn property for some offshore or backcountry fishing . The fish we caught we cooked on the patio on the Weber gas grill or on the six burner commercial gas range with hood in the updated kitchen. Don't worry about running out of ice for the margaritas. Separate icemaker in the full laundry room.
Owner is very thoughtful and easy to work with.

Perfection😎
I must thank Mort for sharing his home with me.
This was my best holiday yet in the Keys. The neighbours were awesome, the property was very well maintained and the weather was terrific.
The home is exactly as advertised so no surprises when you opened the door. The home was immaculate. The kitchen was awesome, the beds were comfortable, the T.V was enormous and there were lots of linens. The upper deck with swinging chairs was a slice of heaven. Everything that you would need in a home away from home was provided. The views were just the best, the winds were gentle and the manatas were in residence in the canal. I walked the neighbourhood every day and people always stopped to say hello. How nice is that! Very safe and welcoming.
I have already booked two more holidays here in the future years and cannot wait for my next visit.
Thanks again for an amazing and restful holiday!

What a great place !
My daughter, son-in-law , 2 grandsons and I spent the month of January at this beautiful waterfront home. I have rented Florida Keys homes 10 times over the years and this one ranks at the top .
It had beautiful views and the owner made sure we had bikes, kayaks and fishing poles . He must have grandkids because there were portable barriors installed indoors and outdoors to prevent little ones from getting too close to the water without supervision.
The pictures don't do this property justice.
I would highly recommend it !

Wonderful Winter Retreat
This is a great property with lots of amenities and things to do in the area. We were still discovering new adventures the day we left! The owner is extremely easy to work with and willing to answer any and all questions.
My family particularly enjoyed kayaking around the sound, viewing the wildlife, and snorkelling with a great company, Quiessence. We all tried paddle boarding for the first time and my Dad spent many an hour fishing off the dock. We fed many fish to the pelicans and Freddie the Egret! All of my grown kids had to take a nap on the upper deck where the most comfortable chaise lounges in existance live. The house was extremely comfortable for six. Do be cautious if you rent a boat- the sound is surprisingly shallow!
John Pennecamp, a great state park, is only two miles away, jet ski rentals are across the highway, and a huge community pool is about five miles away. There are restaurants galore, which we made delightful use of in our search for the best Key Lime pie in Key Largo. The winners were a three-way tie between the Fish House, The Big Chill and The Bayside Grille. And yes, they even sell whole pies to take out!
Was a wonderful winter break, and would highly recommend it to chase away those winter blahs!

BEST FAMILY VACATION EVER!
This is a fantastic property that caters to multiple interests of various age groups. The House is set up perfect for families that want enough room to all eat together ,either inside or outside, and has plenty of private areas to be separate from kids. We were so comfortable at this house we did not feel the need to leave as it had everything we wanted. Many things to see and do in Key Largo. Fishing off the dock was a big hit with the kids then feeding "Freddie" the local egret some of the fish that were caught. The kids also swam with the manatees right off the dock! Great ice cream treats were found at Mr. C's between MM 98 and 99. The owners were great at answering our questions and even gave us the name of a fishing guide that picked us up at our dock! We thought the kids might have preferred Disneyword over this vaction, however on the just the second day they ALL said," Dad this is way better than Disneyworld!" That is why this was the BEST FAMILY VACATION EVER!

Awesom Vacation
Only one word can describe our stay...PERFECT! The home is way more than what the pictures can represent, and the owners were very helpful and extremely quick to answer emails and phone calls! The boat dockage was great and the community was quiet! We would most definitely want to rent this home again in the future...simply fabulous!!

WOW
A fellow vactioner told us about this property and thank god they did! This is luxury at it's finest... Lazy days on the veranda sipping a cold Appleton's rum. Warm suntanning on the spacious dock while watching the manatees. Excellent fishing at Trout Creek. Watching the dolphins play in the Sound. Paddling through the mangroves. I can not remember a more enjoyable or romantic vacation then staying at this rental.
Will we go back again? YES AS SOON AS WE CAN. Stay there, you will be glad you did, and you WILL recommend it to someone else!

Fantastic Rental, Full of Character, Will Return!
I stayed with my wife, mother-in-law and three kids, and this property had something for everyone. The kids loved the kayaking, fishing, the snorkelling off the quay and the easy access to the beach at the state park. The adults loved sitting out on the verandah in the evening rushing down to the water's edge each time we heard the dolphins come to play.
The accomodation was very clean and spacious, the kitchen just what was needed, and the open plan living areas made the property flow wonderfully. The owners were very helpful, location in a quiet hide-away with easy access to the highway and Miami airport, and everything in the description lived up to its billing. We would recommend local mexican and fish restaurants, the nearest Kmart was minutes away making stocking up straightforward, and entertainment and activities were never far away.
We would recommend this property without hesitation and will go again if we get the opportunity!

Paradise Home
Our family has been vacationing in the keys for over 15 years and we have finally found a home we want to come back to every summer. We stayed in this spacious oceanfront home for the entire month of July and couldn't have been more happy. The property is well maintained and very clean. The home had everything we needed for our month-long stay, the beds were very comfortable, and the location was perfect! Equally important was the owner's availablity for questions or concerns. He truly wants his visitors to feel at home. This home will not disappoint! We can't wait to return next July!

We, too, love Key Largo!
I can't begin to tell you how wonderful this home in Key Largo is. It is so comfortable with a layout & location that could not have been better for us. We had a gentle breeze blowing almost constantly, the "resident" egret & iguanas were seen daily and the fresh mangoes were heavenly. Sunday morning we even had a pod of manatees visit. How could anyone ask for more?
We initially planned our trip to the Keys to spend most days diving, but there are so many things to do we ended up diving only one day! Of course we did make it out to the Grecian Rocks on two days for snorkeling. That is one of the most beautiful coral sites I have ever seen. Also, the food was fantastic every where we went.
We are hoping to return to Key Largo with both of our sons' families next year and would be very interested in renting this house again.

So many extras
This house is amazing! From watching porpoises off the dock, the amazing sunsets and spacious house, this place has everything. This house was perfect for a family gathering. We were all able to sit together for meals at the large table in the kitchen or at the table outside on the huge porch. There was plenty of room in the living room areas for all of us to sit comfortably.
This home had kayaks, bicycles, helmets and fishing gear for use while we stayed in the home. My 7 year old son and I went for several leisurely bike rides around the quiet neighborhood. We spent hours fishing off the dock and caught fish after fish. The abundance of fish we saw swimming by and around the dock was astonishing. The owner even arranged for a rental boat delivered right to the dock!
This home was welcoming from the moment I stepped in the door. Wonderful restaurants and shops are nearby.
I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a great place to stay while in Key Largo!

Brilliant!!
What an unbelievable place!! I stayed here with my year old twin boys and enjoyed every minute of it. It is a very child friendly home and had all we needed for the boys including safety gates, toys, highchairs and cots. The owner even had a babysitter we could contact so we could go out and enjoy the beautiful surrounding areas.
I have been fortunate enough to travel all over the world and feel this vacation spot and home have been one of my favourite destinations!! I would recommend this beautiful home to everyone and will be back again soon!

Living large in Key Largo
wonderful home, full of wimsy - it even comes with a giant egret that comes to visit every day! the layout is great - lots of space for people to feel comfortable; master suite upstairs is awesome; and, close to all the best the upper keys have to offer. Owner is most gracious - definitely recommend spending time here!

Island Paradise
We have enjoyed your house here so much - the gorgeous weather and beautiful setting made us wake up each day and say, "just another day in paradise!" We have taken many long walks, enjoyed lazy afternoons reading, and spent many evenings cooking and eating candlelit meals on your downstairs porch - one of the most pleasant and most beautiful places anywhere. We were thrilled to arrive here after a two-day drive to find the house was all we had hoped for, and so much more.! The second floor master suite was amazing, and the situation of the house on gave us a feeling of being on a much larger body of open water. Wonderful evenings on the upstairs porch gave us breathtaking views of the moon dancing on the water, and our afternoon cruises around the bay made us realize once again just how much we enjoy being in the Keys. On our first visit here, it has been a real treat to get to know Key Largo better, and with each new restaurant or Tiki bar we have discovered, we find we are looking forward to returning someday to revisit our favorite spots. For us it has really become our island paradise, and as we leave this beautiful place, we are convinced that we love Key Largo, too.

Perfect!
I have rented numerous homes throughout the Florida Keys for years and this one has stopped my search. It is perfect! The house is big yet comfortable. It has everything that I need and want in a vacation rental. It was easy to find, easy to use, easy to contact the owners, and easy to pay with my credit card. It is clearly owned by people who know the service industry.
The free use of the kayaks goes above and beyond. The kitchen allowed us to make gourmet meals and the beds are very comfortable. Just when you think that relaxing and enjoying the view is the best part, the manatees (including babies) swim by the dock. It just kept getting better and better!
Beyond the house, the Key Largo area has so much to offer. I had a great time kayaking, fishing, shopping, and relaxing. My biggest complaint about my trip is that I ran out of time - I did not get to the many dolphin attractions, the glass bottom casino, or go snorkeling in Pennekamp State Park. Next time I will stay at "We Love Key Largo" for longer.
