About this house rental
No Pets Allowed. "Gorgeous 3 bedroom 3 bathroom estate on the Southern end of Park Hill, known as “Seaclift Estates. Just a short walk to the Fiscalini Ranch Bluff Trails, the tide pools, and Shamel Park.
This beautifully appointed, open and spacious home, is very warm and inviting. It’s designed to be enjoyed as a group, perhaps a family gathering, to prepare delicious meals together, and to relax while listening to the waves crash a few yards away. The great room is elegantly furnished, with the focal point being the fireplace and seating area. The large dining room table is close by and the kitchen meanders around the corner for plenty of meal preparation. There is an entertainment room off the kitchen, where you’ll find a flat screen TV, DVD player, and plenty of seating. The sofa pulls out as a sleeper, and another full bath is just outside of that room. There is a lovely back deck, with the Ranch as your back yard. Watch the moon rise over the hill, and the deer graze, right behind the house. Outdoor dining table and chairs are perfect for a BBQ . The kitchen breakfast table is just behind a glass door, with a spectacular view. There is a small, beautifully landscaped beck yard, just down a few stairs.
The master suite is upstairs on the main level, with a queen bed, fireplace, and luxurious bathtub. Truly a lovely room to retreat to, with old world style, faux-finished walls, like a Tuscan villa.
There are two more comfortable bedrooms downstairs, one with a queen bed, the other with two twin beds. In the hall there is a full bath, and a separate laundry room.
There is a front deck off the living room, with seating to watch the sunset each night, and smell our fresh ocean air.

This house is fully prepared for families who want to grill and/or cook. Pots, pans and utensils were all provided. We thoroughly enjoyed the place. One tiny suggestion would be to replace the 2 twin beds with a single queen or king bed.

We enjoyed our week in Cambria and felt right at home in this beautiful place. We loved being able to hike on the bluff trails a short block away and how centrally located this house was to everything we wanted to do. The home was roomy enough for our group of 5 with plenty of counter space in the kitchen for meal prep. The beds were comfortable and the furnishing were very nice. I highly recommend this place.

This place is an awesome stay in the wonderful town of Cambria. This very nice neighborhood is quiet with easy access to Fiscalini reserve. Can’t recommend enough for others to stay here. We will be back.

This is our 5th spring, staying at this gorgeous property. I honestly look forward to it as my home away from home - except I don’t have a spectacular central California Pacific Ocean view at home. As foodies, we love cooking in the extremely well equipped kitchen, fair warning, pans are what you’d expect in a vacation kitchen, but otherwise, every baking dish you could want, the same kitchen appliances I have at home, sans a food processor, a huge selection of kitchen tools, and 3 different lovely sets of china to serve our dinner on. Great views, especially now that one rather unattractive tall shrub has been trimmed down to give a much better ocean view. That back yard faces on the Fiscalini Preserve, so you can often see wildlife in the morning, while enjoying your coffee on the rear deck. We spent a good half hour watching a pregnant deer graze right outside the breakfast nook window one morning. This house has comfortable bedrooms, with very nice linens and it’s always spotless. We cook, but if you’ve never stayed in Cambria, there are lots of lovely places to dine out (we always enjoy at least one lunch at Las Cambritas!) We always visit the antique stores, and this year was a treat, as I found several items I couldn’t do without. My gallery shopping found a birthday present for my sis, and a thank you gift for a friend, so this year’s trip to Cambria was exceptional!

The home was lovely with a beautiful view from the upstairs living area and master bedroom.The TV room is quite small for a group. It would be better to have a TV in the living room. It's worth noting that the two bedrooms downstairs share one full bath.Scenic Coast Prop Mgmt went over and above in helping us recover some items that were left behind! (We so appreciated your help.)

Our stay at Ocean Ranch Villa was great. We had stayed at this particular property twice before COVID and imagine our surprise at all of the work that had been done to the inside! Loved all of the china and pottery. We had a great time in your well-stocked kitchen cooking our meals. We visit Cambria at least once a year and will definitely return to this property.

Excellent location - easy walk to beach trail + lovely views. Clean. Had all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Living space and kitchen were fantastic - Ample space. Beautiful views. The only minor feedback is the small attention to detail and a few upgrades as the inside of the property is a bit tired and dated - furniture, houseware items, tv’s, coffee mugs. Nothing major. Would come back!

This was the perfect property for 7 adults to spend the weekend in Cambria. The house was perfect for watching the ocean from the front deck & the wildlife from the back deck. Its HUGE kitchen was perfect for the foodies in our group to cook fantastic meals. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out for alone time, watching the game or visiting and also had a large enough dining table for us to all eat & play games together. We were very close to downtown Cambria for all the restaurants & shops. Looking forward to coming back again!

We have been coming to Cambria for the last thirty years. It is a yearly sojourn that we look forward to. The Ocean Ranch Villa is spacious, clean, and has spectacular views which we all enjoy immensely. The closeness of Fiscalini Ranch Preserve is very appealing as we are all walkers. What a delightful way to start the day on the trails of the Ranch. The weather was absolutely beautiful this year adding to the joy of being outside is such an idyllic place. The ocean vistas and wildflowers were spectacular!Just a side note that doesn't need to be included in the review: the pull-out bed in the "TV" room needs a new mattress. The existing one is painfully thin. The springs can readily be felt making sleep difficult! Makes for a sore back in the morning.

We stayed for five days in early November. The weather was magnificent and the views were spectacular. We found a house to be very comfortable and well-maintained; our only wish was that the twin beds and the fold out bed were more comfortable.

We love this house this is the second time we have stayed here and plan to come back next year. The house is very clean we love the location and beautiful views from the front deck, back deck really from all of the windows also. The kitchen is huge there’s everything you could possibly want. The living room furniture is comfy. My only suggestion would be a king size bed in the master and a larger TV. Also if you like to walk the bluff it’s close by so you can just walk to the Bluffs and go really a great location We had a wonderful stay and we will be back next year.

I thought long and hard about writing this review. The house was clean, beautiful with gorgeous views but the Devil is in the detail. We traveled up with our 8 month old meeting both my parents and in-laws for a long weekend. What sold us on this house was the kitchen as we had planned to cook and eat our meals there. We have stayed in many VRBO’s and Airbnb’s in the past so knew the drill and brought our own groceries. It became very apparent that no one actually lived in this house. What the pictures don’t show are white plastic severely corroded kitchen faucets, janky kitchen appliances and no basics like foil. No blackout curtains throughout the entire house, so If you plan to spend any time in the living room or master bedroom, don’t do so when the sun is setting as it becomes blindingly bright and hot. Whoever owns the house has a very large collection of local art displayed throughout the house, but the living and dining room furniture is that of a college dorm. Our bathroom had a massive Kleenex box with one tissue. Seriously, 1 tissue. Ladies, if you plan to dry your hair, bring your own hair dryer as the one they provide looks like it was from the 70s and sounds like a hazard while on. The master shower faucet had zero pressure so we alI ended up using the bathroom down the hall. The contract stated no cars allowed to park on the street at any time though everyone else in the neighborhood appeared to do so. Hope you enjoy bottoming out every time you need to leave the house. I have never written a review like this. But I felt compelled to do so for the next renter. It’s a beautiful property, but for the price, we expected a bit more than what was delivered. Property management needs to up their game.

We loved staying at the property. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked. The house looked better than the pictures. We were a party of six, and there were plenty of space of us all. The only thing we suggest is a better shower head for the master bathroom and down stairs bathroom. Due to Covid, it appeared that the agency was short staffed, so getting in touch with someone in the office for questions was difficult, but that has nothing to do with the property we rented. We will still give over all 5 stars to this property.

Ocean Ranch Villa is everything you could possibly ask for in a home. Having rolling hills behind you and the ocean across the street from you in a very quiet neighborhood made our vacation a dream. The hiking trails were in our backyard so there was no need to drive to them. The kitchen has every pot, pan and utensil that you could possibly need. There are so many extras that it is impossible to name them all. There is even a second refrigerator in the garage which is helpful since you need to climb a set of stairs to get to the kitchen. The only recommendation that I would make is that if you want anyone to sleep on the fold out sofa, you might want to bring a foam mattress to put on top.

The location and size of this home is what drew us to it. It turned out to be all we were hoping for! Having the Fiscalini Ranch Preserve at the end of the street was an incredible opportunity each morning to head out the door to take in the natural beauty surrounding the area.The rental process was easy to navigate and the property was large enough for us, our children and grandchildren to enjoy a special weekend together.
