Propreté +++

Beautiful country/agricultural area. Nice pool and yoga area . I didn’t get to the spa. Food was always delicious and yoga instructors professional

Sesandan Garden was above expectations.
Transport from the airport was quickly arranged en we received a very warm and friendly welcome. Everyone did their best to make our stay comfortable.
Excursions can be arranged on request. We visited a beautiful waterfall
The quality of breakfast, lunch and dinner was always very good.
The environment is quiet and away from the noise and overcrowded streets.
The nature on the resort is beautiful and kept well, rice fields are nearby.
Comfortable chairs on the veranda are recommended.

A paradise garden with lovely people
From the warm welcome you immediately feel at home while enjoying a nice welcome drink. The bungalows with beautiful flower names such as Lilly, Cempaka and our Bougenville are all spacious and have a large bathroom. The voluminous bed wonderful mattress. The bungalows have a spacious veranda from where you can view the beautiful garden in peace. The plants, trees and flowers are of a diversity that you don't often see. It exudes tranquility, partly due to the nature sounds of the birds, the chikchaks, the geckos and many more species. You can also take an invigorating splash in the beautifully designed infinity pool. With Nyoman and Gede we did all kinds of trips that were offered to us for a small fee: hot water tubs, trackings through rice fields, to the various waterfalls. Everything is allowed, nothing is necessary. My wife also participated in the Yoga a number of times, both yin and yang. Nyoman offered us to undergo a ritual in the Hindu faith, a purification ceremony performed by an authorized man and a woman from Sesandan, the village. It was a privilege to experience this and surprisingly felt very liberating. We also relaxed a lot in the garden. Highlights we found the 3 meals that were served to us every day. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Cynthia, Made and Tania keep preparing imaginative deliciously scented dishes. Tastefully prepared vegetables, lalapam, various satays, ajam dishes, tuna prepared in different ways, always accompanied by a delicious soup. And everything homegrown, including the rice, like we've never eaten it before, so tasty. Cynthia makes stimulating and several types of sambals for enthusiasts. I would almost forget the fruit with every meal. It was always a pleasure to go to the table. That was also due to the good humor of our hostesses and gentlemen. We have laughed a lot. They are such nice and lovely people.

Amazing experience, absolutely stunningly beautiful place surrounded by nature and away from it all! Yoga was on twice a day down the road in a stunning setting ✨️ 🙏🏼🧘♀️ Absolute Zen. Hospitality of hosts was excellent! Just myself and another guy who was staying there having lunch and dinner together so a very quiet vibe if that's what you're after! Food was awesome too!
I booked direct with booking.com and not with bookyogaretreats and so the yoga package wasn't included. Just clarify when booking what's included and if you have the yoga & activities package or not. I did a 'pay as you go' type option which worked out well for me. (It just additional cost if you're on a budget.

The environment and atmosphere was perfect, I could stay there forever. If you love quiet places surrounded by nature and just local people with many activities to do, yoga, massage, waterfalls, trekking, etc.
if you wanna live the real Bali , this is the place. Out of the crowds
It's not surrounded by lots of warungs by they have an own restaurant where Made and Sintra cook delicious Indonesian food, they took care a lot of me.
All the staff make you feel better than a home and they welcome you as a new part of the family .
Bed was great, the best one.
I would be back for sure

If you want lush and green surroundings, a calming place to stay and a non-touristy area, this is the place to go. The garden is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and supportive. I stayed at the house next door in a simple room and it was absolutely great to be part of a Balinese home.
The bathroom could be cleaner (especially the shower head). There are only a few food options from the warung next door so you need a motorbike if you want more choice. And you wake up by sounds of animals (might as well be an advantage!).

A beautiful retreat in beautiful surroundings. I very much enjoyed my stay and wished I could stay longer. My room was spacious, nicely decorated and very clean. The verandah was excellent for sitting reading or enjoying the view. The bathroom was lovely with plenty of hot water, and the breakfasts were delicious and healthy. Dinners can also be taken in the accommodation, and the prices are very reasonable. The staff were very welcoming, smiley and friendly. Thank you!
Nothing.
