I stayed here during a golf tournament. House was very clean and comfortable. Only recommendation I could make is very minor, I’d love to have had a tv on the main level.

This is a comfortable home that has been well maintained and was very clean. The bedding and beds were comfortable and the location cannot be beat! There is a park just a block away which is a nice bonus.

Good neighborhood and clean house. One of the three bedrooms is upstairs, no bathroom there. Main floor has two bedrooms and one bathroom. The second bath is down another flight of stairs in the basement. We had to search for it! Backyard deck was pleasant for morning coffee.

We had a great, relaxing time on Boyer Place. It's in a beautiful walkable neighborhood of charming craftsman houses with parks close by. The house had everything we needed and the living room was so comfortable - windows to the street with people walking their dogs or out for a fall walk. Would love to make this a regular place to stay!

We had a group of 7, The house fit our needs for a fun family get toy. We are huge sports fans and would have liked a TV in the main living-room to watch the World Series and football games. The only tvs were downstairs in a room being used as a bedroom or upstairs in the bedroom. The house is close to downtown, Whitman, and wineries.

Very nice rental home. It was much bigger than it appeared from the street. Nice, big yard for my dog to use. It was cozy with a well equipped kitchen. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay though we didn't spend many hours there. Every aspect helped us use this lovely home efficiently and to enjoy our "time off" from music making at the Midsummer Musical Retreat on the Whitman campus.

Fantastic Home with everything we needed for a family stay. We had two families from out of town and this house fit everyone nicely. Comfy beds, clean house, nice areas for the kids to play upstairs, too cold at the time for outdoor activities but the yard would be nice. I was surprised that their were no board games but that was our fault for forgetting. :) would definitely stay again or recommend someone else to stay at this location and I am very picky.

Seven members of our family stayed at the house over Thanksgiving. The location is great, with downtown easily accessible. It is also very close to both Pioneer Park and Wildwood Park. And Terri was incredibly responsive. While the weather was too cold to sit outside, the backyard area looked like a great hang-out spot. We would definitely return.

The Boyer House was the perfect choice for a ladies weekend. The neighborhood is quiet, near to multiple parks and Whitman campus and a very nice walk to downtown.
Great backyard space and dining area to spend time talking, playing games and sharing yummy food and drinks.
I’d stay here again!

A wonderful home filled with everything needed to make our stay most enjoyable. Relaxing, friendly neighborhood, love the two close by parks. The home was well appointed and centrally located.
Best winery ever: Long Shadows. Dinner at Kinglet restaurant was amazing.

My sis, mom, cousin and auntie stayed for 3 nights for my moms bday. This house was perfect! Highly recommend! Nice patio out back. Good sleeping options for the group!! Great location!
