Tranquil

This hotel had a good breakfast options. The main menu for dining lacked quick small snacks/meals. The rooms were spacious and comfy I had a suite. However the bathrooms were very dark and there was nowhere to hang your towels unless you hung them in the shower area which would allow them to get wet or fall as this rack was poorly affixed to the wall. The spa facilities were fab and I had a head neck shoulder massage and a foot massage. MY therapist was lovely but her nails were long and they kept poking me in the head and foot. The hotel itself was a very quick walk to the banks of the Ganga. It felt secluded and peaceful but we were able to be amongst the action fairly quickly. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite. The gym had a treadmill and cross trainer. This served its purpose for my use of it. It did have dumb bells I am unsure if it had any free weights.

I feel the food menu could have been better. I am keen for health foods but I felt it was advertised as health foods but it wasn't really. If you are staying for more than one day and having several meals a day here you would run out of options. There was a lack of variety.

Beautiful modern escape from Rishikesh

Clean,spacious, modern with very friendly helpful staff

Stay was comfortable.

Breakfast was okay. Room size was fabulous. They also gave us upgrade from suite to apartment which was way too spacious for a family.

I didn't like the location of hotel as it is away from everything like ram jhula, triveni ghat, laxman jhula.

For the money we paid we should have got a more beautiful and airy place.

Food was good and very well served. The service was prompt and the staff was responsive.

A mattress lay outside our door for hours. There was no view from the window and nowhere to walk around.

Ok place, with poor food and serving staff

Property is nice and clean.

The breakfast and the serving staff were really bad. There were very few options for breakfast to begin with, and then the serving staff were extremely unresponsive to any needs. They took forever to bring any food and even then brought something poor quality. In general they seem to have a bad attitude with no interest in listening to or serving the customer. Definitely not worth the price or the number of stars it showed for this place while booking.

Superb

Hotel was a bit far from the main areas though we had a car and could also walk to the river. The rooms were quite spacious. There is a gym in case you need.

There was a very strong chemical smell in the reception area. The breakfast could be better.

Nice stay. But fell short compared to Sterling Kalimpong or Ashtamudi.

The location is great. The staff are friendly and can help in most frequently asked tourist queries. Breakfast was nice, but both days was almost the same.

Linen was tired, and old. not crisp. The property itself is in very small area, not much to wander around and see really, no gardens etc. Our room had no balcony, so wet clothes had no arrangement for drying.

Exceptional

Very comfortable rooms and staff was extremely polite and helpful. Prompt service and professional. 100% recommended to stay and full value for money. We used the SPA services and they were outstanding. Very professional staff and knowledgeable. Must try the SpA services when at this property

Excellent gem of a hotel with great staff

The staff were all very friendly and could not do enough for us. From reception to the restaurant team to the yoga and fitness manager everyone was very welcoming

Not sure I can really pick out any negative points the facilities, the rooms and the staff were all great

The property charged twice for the same stay. The resort team did’t bother to help. They forwarded request to the central team who is not responsive.

This is not a resort, only two 4-5 storey building. I don't recommend.

Nothing as such, this is not a resort at all. Only two 4-5 storey buildings.

The family suite I booked was under maintenance and they offered us 2 BHK apartment instead. This is not a resort and the room charges are too high in comparison to the facilities offered. I don't recommend. The rooms are not so good. They don't have sufficient people to take your baggage.

Only food and location was good

TV, fridge not working. They were doing some repair work in my floor without intimating us. It was horrible experience, not value for money. I guess senior manager needs to think more about customer, not about resort. Even after complaint nothing has improved much. Sorry to say I had worst experience on my spl day. Cant recommend this to anyone.
