Wonderful stay near Ram jhoola. Will visit again and expect better toilets 🟧

Great local location and helpful staff with great etiquette and empathy. Beds were clean, fresh smelling and well furnished room, with balcony view.

Bathroom needs upgrading and cleaning not up to the mark. Bathroom Door was creaking and it was stuffy. Bathroom needs better exhaust fans.

I am travelling last 50 years this is one of the worst hotels in India I have ever seen this type hotel at The range of Rs 5000 hotel built in a ashram no road facing we have to climb 2 floors to reach reception only first floor rooms ugly toilets no maintenance bad bed sheets with bugs in beds

Ganga View from room is partial, website pics are misleading. Continuous power failure in the area and DG set operation inevitable which gives gas smells in room.

Good place with difficult access

Exceptional Staff! Location just 2 blocks away from Ram jhula. Balcony with partial view of Ganga (not direct view as there is a building on the other side of the street that blocks the view). Nice beautiful room (needs some upgrade as door sqeaks and wardrobe is old). Bathroom could be nicer.

Access! One has to climb down steps to reach the hotel from main road. Not recommended for senior people. Makes it difficult to move luggage as you need to use the steps. No parking

The location of this hotel is very good except there is no parking available. The food is very good more than expectations. Restaurant staff Mr.Ankit is superb.

Excellent location and clean rooms

Location of the property is excellent and the rooms , beds and bath room are very clean. There is no elevator but the staff and room boys helped with luggage promptly that’s really good. however we had two issues . First with breakfast . They served very slowly which took more than an hour and there was no crowd as well . On top of that , the person was randomly serving the people first who came late , he needs to be well trained. Second, we are ordered and paid for taxi to Dehradun airport thru hotel reception. The taxi arrived 45 min late . 10-15 min late is acceptable but 45 min late is not acceptable that too when we are going to airport . Luckily we made it but it was tense. Hotel management should address the breakfast room issue and take care of their taxi vendors seriously.

If one can accept the reality of Rishikesh, then this is a lovely sanctuary because of the terrace and its view!

The terrace view, as seen in the promo picture above, is extremely beautiful…the Ganga river and the green mountains above provide a lovely backdrop for meals or for just relaxing. The ambiance and view from the terrace make this hotel a wonderful option. The service provided by Mr. Vibhanshu and his team was excellent!

No parking is available on the property…thus one has to walk about 200 meters from a public parking lot with one’s luggage to reach the property… though they did send a porter to carry the luggage.

So so ...with kind of charges , should have been much better.

Breakfast was good . Food was good .

Location in the market . Too noisy. Should be more cozy in winters , like wooden flooring or carpet, better toiletry etc
