Just cheap, no quality.

Nothing. Just a cheap bed to sleep in.

1. Shower Head Broken 2. When asked to make the room, they dont change sheets, just tuck them in. 3. AC makes Noise 4. Broken Toilet Tissue Holder. 5. No TV, broken holder 6. Broken Night lamps.

Waste of money. Rooms are not clean, No proper response.

Rooms are not clean, and bathroom is worst. recently they painted the rooms, and we cannot even enter the rooms because of the heavy paint smell, I picked rooms which are less smelly. I planned for a short stay for a work in that area, so I have continued the stay. - Bathrooms are not clean and flush was not working. I called them 4 times to fix the issue and later they came and fix the flush meanwhile water supply was stopped and when I asked the cleaning person, he mentioned there is no water because of tanker lorry has not arrived yet. - Then I went to reception and asked about it they said it will take 30 minutes to get the water. I lost my patience and shouted about the water issue and then they switched on the water motor. - There are no towels, everything we need to ask then only they will bring. Totally It's waste of money, No Cleanliness, No proper Response and there is No Peace of Mind during the stay. - My request to the booking.com - Please don't recommend any hotel if you don't have the latest images of the rooms and how the services are provided. We cannot be victims to stay and write reviews here. - My request to Hotel PMR - Please provide the basic service to your customers and be responsible for what you have committed.

They didn't accept the booking made on booking.com and charged extra to give a room. They are just using booking.com as a means to make customer's come to their hotel and then charge extra. Rooms are not clean. Washroom is dirty. Water doesn't come sometimes. No house keeping.

No breakfast included, no water, room was very filthy stinking and seemed to have been used before my check in poorly. People around next room horribly made noises, loud partying, used foul language. I requested staff to change my room next to family people they didn’t care. Other than that staff was respectful. I was single lady staying in the hotel and wasn’t very confident of my safety

One of the worst hotel I ever saw in my life. 1. No water. Every time needs to inform to reception 2. No replacement of bed cover 3. Smells like dungen 4. No proper communication I went via booking.com. booking.com shows confirmed but hotel reception system saying room cancelled. Then I paid extra and booked again
