The shower took quite some time until being hot and the room was overall rather cold. A small electronic heating is provided, but it also took a long time to heat up.
The rooms are badly isolated so that the coming and going of other guests is easy to hear.
Overall the apartment was ok though. It was clean, perfectly situated and equipped was the most necessary things.
The service team was really reactive, which was great.

location was fabulous, big shower
run down, very small for two people, no desk for working. I’ve found other cheaper studios that have more room. if you are disabled, this property would be impossible for you to access Narrow, steep stairs, small doorways.

Uncomfortable bed. Cheap furniture falling apart.

The location was great, and having access to a kitchenette was convenient, especially with a stay over the holidays and during COVID. Having access to WiFi and cable was a nice perk (though they did give incorrect wifi instructions!)
The room and bathroom were pretty gross. Some of the dishes (conveniently provided!) still had food dried to them from the last guest; and the bathroom walls were disgusting (as in, there was a dark line of dirt very, very visible on the baseboard under the towel rack, mystery splatters on all the walls, stray hairs that were definitely not mine...). It wasn't "I'm going to catch something" dirty, but "I'd be mortified if my apartment looked like this and someone saw it" dirty, which wasn't a dealbreaker considering the price (I knew it wouldn't be a luxury room).
Also, the bed was weirdly short? Luckily, I'm short too, so it worked out fine, but if you're taller than like 5'8", you might be sleeping on the diagonal.
The dealbreaker for me that will keep me from staying here again is the fact that the walls and floors are paper thin. To the point that there's no privacy whatsoever: I knew every time the person in the next room took a phone call. To make it worse, the person above me walked like both their legs were broken and encased in concrete, which was painfully loud and woke me up several times every night of my stay (and I live in an apartment with upstairs neighbors, so this isn't a case of "doesn't understand city life"). *IF* they invested in insulating for sound (or even provided white noise machines), this place might be worth it, but not as it currently is.

1. Just 10 min walk from Back Bay MBTA station
2. Beautiful building that is in the heart of Boston - I did not need any transport to get around the city during the weekend
3. No need to carry the keys - just need to remember the entrance code
4. The apartment is super small - the size of the room, but had everything I needed - safe and private bedroom, my own bathroom, kitchenette and bar table with two stools next to three large windows overlooking the city
5. The price was affordable
6. If you like to explore the city on the bike - the rental station with couple dozen of bikes is located just few feet from the building entrance
7. Cleanliness
8. The kitchenette: countertop, microwave, toaster, plates-cups-utensils, coffee maker. It does not have a regular stove, but I did find a portable electric 2 burner in one of the kitchen cabinets :)
1. This is not a one bedroom (as the description says), this is a studio
2. Noise - I could hear what's happening in the adjacent rooms
3. I could not find the heater in a room
4. There were large gaps between the top of the windows and the wall where the outside air just enters even if the windows are shut closed.
