If a plow person or a snow shoveler shows up to clear any area around the house, please do not argue with them or turn them away. Move your vehicles if asked. Your cooperation and patience are required especially after any significant snow accumulation. Should you get stuck you can call Classic Towing in Twisp, WA

The property is nice. It is in a quiet neighborhood. Close to local store and downtown. About 45 min to 1 hour drive to beautiful national park trails and sights. Worked very well for our family.

The condo was well stocked, and an excellent location for getting to a number of ski trails with under 30 minutes of driving. Good size for 6 people. We did bring a couple of camp chairs for the living room which helped with seating. We had no problem with hot water, 6 of us showered every day without an issue. We had an enjoyable stay.
Couple of issues: We were supplied 2 rolls of TP for 6 people for 7 night stay. The TV was challenging to use, and had no volume for some reason on the last night. It would have been nice to have had printed easy instructions on how to operate it. FYI- Dishwasher detergent tray did not open during the cycle, so we just threw the pod in and left the tray open.

Easy weekend spot just outside of Winthrop with access to the trails. Property was very clean and had everything we needed. The key box is mounted on the garage, not next to the front door, so it took us a little bit to find it, but otherwise, everything was great!

Clean and roomy condo with new direct acces to cross country trail.

It was a great house for a family stay. Our daughter and son-in-law had a room, we had a room and the third bedroom was great for the grandchildren.

Great location - bring toilet paper
The rental was a great place to stay as we were exploring North Cascades National Park and the neighboring trails.
The perplexing thing is that there was no extra toilet paper, paper towel or tissues.

This beautiful home was such a blessing for our family, and we enjoyed the surroundings so much. We were in town for a wedding, but staying here made it feel like a luxurious vacation. We saw deer right from the back deck, and the spacious living room was excellent for family gatherings around the cozy fire. Love the wine club, too! How fun! Great amenities all throughout, and our kids loved that you had hot cocoa already in the cupboard! We hope to stay here again sometime!

Fantastic stay, great for my family. Minor suggestions: as the Grandparents, we loved the master suite. The other downstair bedroom (Queen) had a noisy mattress, and was not well served by the single downstairs window air conditioner, which is in the living room.

We had a great time snow shoeing. Unseasonably warm weather led us to not x country ski. Only suggestion is to have a knife sharpener or keep the knives sharpened (wrt gourmet kitchen). Otherwise wonderful

Nice, but needs upgrades for larger groups
Really great place with plenty of space for everyone. That said, I would hesitate to recommend this place for a more than a small family until two issues addressed: 1) the hot water ran out SUPER FAST; and 2) the living room seating has one couch, and one chair. Given that this place can easily host 6-8 (and has a nice large dining table and kitchen setup to match), it really needs a living room furniture update so folks can gather round and relax together.

Fun Family Trip
This was our only vacation during the pandemic and it was a wonderful homebase for our snowshoeing and cross country ski trips.

Well cared for, nicely appointed townhouse. Far to large for us two but we booked it for the kitchen, and comfortable lounging space. With late fall weather possible, hanging out is a realistic possibility. We found the bed very comfortable. Takeout dinner from The Dining Room was tasty and very large portions. We were pleased with our stay here.

We enjoyed our stay in this clean well-appointed residence, BUT the hot water supply is minimal as showers can only last a few minutes at best regardless of time of day or who has used it. Old moldy old burger patty on non-usable grill was also a disappointment, as well as some trash underneath the beds.

The condo was near perfect for our large group of eight. Lots of space. The only thing I would have asked for was a real BBQ rather than an outdoor George Forman grill. The master bed mattress was very firm. FYI. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and, yes, we would stay again!

Love Winthrop
We had such a good time. The condo was comfy and clean. We had an issue with the sink and the property manager was easy to get a hold of. Winthrop and Twisp are adorable with some amazing local artists. So many outdoor activities in the area. A great place for a quick get away.

Pretty much fine, most days
The cottage is one of about 20 in the Cascade Condo development at the east edge of town. Limited western views afforded nice sunsets, with some wildlife passing through.
The unit is well ( overly) furnished with all basic needs; except the AC for the ground floor ( living areas and 2 bedrooms) is a wall mounted unit in the living room, so the bedrooms must have open doors to have any cooling effect ( we were in Winthrop when it was still 98F at 5pm).
The other weakness is that there must be a very small hot water heater... ok for 1 or 2 short showers, and then COLD WATER.
Furnishings were comfortable, and the overall value at about $350/night including extras like cleaning and taxes was ok for 4 adults.

Comfortable fun in Winthrop
We all had a great time staying at this condo in Winthrop. Conveniently located, quiet, and wildlife out your window.

Great location, very clean and well-stocked!
Our family stayed here for Thanksgiving and it was so cozy and comfortable in snowy Winthrop! The condo is very well-stocked for cooking and feeling like you’re in your own home. I would highly recommend it for a easy, comfortable and enjoyable family stay. Our family stayed here for Thanksgiving and it was so cozy and comfortable in snowy Winthrop! September in Winthrop
We had a magnificent stay at this terrific condominium. The town had a cold front pass through and the condo was well prepared for this with a thermostat controlled wall heater. Beds were comfortable and the layout nice and spacious. Our two night stay was perfect!

Enjoyed my return visit to Twisp/Winthrop.

Fully stocked, comfortable, and serene.
This property was exactly what we needed for a stay with two families. It was fully stocked with everything we needed and made us feel right at home. Felt isolated, but is conveniently located just a few minutes' drive to downtown Winthrop.

close to everything
We enjoyed our stay at the Aurora Borealis cabin. It was spacious and clean, and Winthrop was a quick drive away. We were able to stop at the grocery, just across the street from the condo development, and pick up what we needed for dinner. Thanks for a good vacation!
