You’ll love my classic Denver themed rowhouse because It's a charming old house that sits up above the street with a beautiful private porch with gated entrance. Capitol hill is a wonderful thriving neighborhood which is close to so much! You can walk to Downtown, Broadway, Colfax and a number parks very quickly. Within this area is a great deal to do, you'll see in the pictures some of my favorite spots and all of them are within 10min walk of the house. Dettached garage comes with the house.
