The accommodation is beautiful and Francesco is very helpful speaking excellent English. Breakfast can be taken inside or on the verandah with lovely views of the town and valley below. You can chat to other travellers there. The Valley of the the Temples can just about be seen in the far distance.
Francesco kindly arranged for panelle made from chick pea flour to be available for me at breakfast - delicious.
Francesco can provide you with a half price ticket for an overnight stay at the multistorey car park in the town below.
The shower head dribbled rather than sprayed.
Francesco is very open and clear (good) that that there is no parking in front of the Terrazze if you are travelling by car and that the accommodation is on the second floor with no lift. This is manageable if you drop luggage off and take it slowly up the stairs.
Like most of the ancient towns in Sicily the streets of Agrigento are very narrow and parked up with cars.

We enjoyed the warm welcome from the host, playing the piano duet (Mozart cat put up with it ;-), Francesco's sightseeing tips, the stylish rooms, the evening with a glass of wine on the roof terace, the perfect breakfast ...
We were able to park our bikes in the garage.

Wonderful personal service from Francesco in his beautiful family home for generations. The location was perfect with a car park close by, and an easy walk to the old town sites, shopping and restaurants, plus the Valley of the Temples is only a 10 min drive away.
Nothing!

The building had a beautiful style, the staff was really kind and very helpful to any kinds of questions we had in mind. the location was also great because it was a street away from the main street, meaning you were in a walkable distance from everything. THe breakfast was also good there was variety and quality.

The host was incredibly welcoming. The experience of staying here felt like old world hospitality. The room was fantastic and the breakfast delicious. The host was very helpful with recommendations for restaurants and a trip to the Valley of the Temples. We totally recommend staying here
All super. No complaints at all

Francesco was the most delightful host, he made us feel so welcome. Breakfast was served on the roof terrace overlooking the Valley of the Temples, it was so romantic. Agrigento is a lovely town with some very interesting restaurants and bars. Our apartment was spotless and comfortable, and the decoration an eclectic mix with so much history. We would definitely return!

Location and breakfast were exceptional. The room was large and had everything required. The owner was very helpful and even gave us a free bowl of nuts to eat with our wine on the terrace.
Parking is non existent but a car is not really necessary. Taxis are very scarce.

Lovely rather quirky B&B in centre of old Agrigento. Good sized room & very comfy bed. The terraces are wonderful to sit on & enjoy the expectational views. Good breakfast, simpler than some but good quality.

The owner is the best! It’s so nice to have a contact with someone local who just loves life!

The B&B was beautifully decorated with wonderful views from the garden terraces. The rooms were warm, spacious and comfortable. The owner was very friendly and couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable. He even accommodated our request that he play the piano. The breakfast was wonderful with a variety of Sicilian specialties. A parking space was set aside for us across the street which was most helpful after a long day's drive.
Everything was perfect.

My daughter and I really enjoyed hearing the family history of the home and Francesco brought it all alive. Francesco also plays the piano beautifully like a professional and he let my daughter play.
In the central part of Agrigento, but an authentic experience - need to find parking in a lot closeby and walk up.

Lovely room in a historic bed and breakfast in the old town of Agrigento. The location is just off the main street Via Atenea and is about 10 minutes' walk to the train station and bus stop to the Valle dei Templi with restaurants and shops along the way. The view from the roof terraces is nice, the breakfast was excellent and Francesco was a great host, welcoming and helpful, Would strongly recommend.
Everything was great.

The property’s owner was wonderful. He was helpful, knowledgeable about the town and its sites, and was a gracious host.

Francesco was a terrific host. He was very helpful advising us about local attractions, restaurants etc. We enjoyed learning about his family history which was proudly displayed throughout this fantastic property. Very comfortable bed, nice private terrace in a very large beautiful suite. Breakfast was absolutely the best - and the terraces where we enjoyed them where beautiful. Quiet but conveniently located to restaurants and shops in the old city. We would definitely stay here in the future. Thank you Francesco for a wonderful experience!

Francesco was a wonderful host, who made our stay special---from his playing the piano, explaining his collection of antiques, playing with his amazing cats, etc. The location is excellent, slightly off the main walking street in town.
We had no complaints.

This place is a gem.

Unique hospitality from Francesco who took the time to explain us all the charm the city could offer. The palazzo and the room are full of beautiful paintings and photographies, it is like staying in a museum! Highly recommended.

The place is just perfect. The interior is very tasteful, our room was beautiful. The owner ist very caring and gives perfect advice about the place. Even though the multi-storey parking was closed shortly before our arrival due to a fire we found a free parking spot on via Empedocle. The location is great for exploring the city. You can drive till right in front of the B&B to drop your stuff off. I totally recommend this place, it really was the perfect stay!

This is a really beautiful Palazzo filled with antiques, collectibles, curiosities and momentoes from the owner's family - all displayed in a very tasteful and uncluttered way. It also has some lovely shaded, plant-filled terraces where you can eat breakfast and relax during the heat of the day - some with views of the Valley of the Temples on the plain below and the Mediterranean beyond. The host is a goldmine of information about Agrigento and Sicily. He has real taste and flair. If you like to stay somewhere a little out of the ordinary with a personal touch, I cannot recommend this B&B enough.

We were very lucky to get a last minute room at this amazing b&b.The owner Francesco is a very friendly and warmhearted man, who created, with all of his heart and passion for art, a very unique place, that is also an hommage to his ancestors. Its definitely an one of a million places!
The breakfast was also very good, unfortunately we just stayed one day, so we couldn't taste all of the delicious things.;-)
We would def come back and then, stay longer!
Thank you Francesco ♡

Atmosphere and Style. Rich open air terrace breakfast with a view. Charming and helpful host.
4.8
The host was very welcoming, as were his two cats. It is a beautiful flat on two floors and the host will tell you all about its history. The terraces are lovely, with lots of plants, and create various outdoor seating areas to relax. The breakfast was delicious, again with great views of the Valle dei Templi, with fresh local pastries. I highly recommend a stay in this atmospheric home.

What a place to stay! It's a property with the character that span many generation of the family. On arrival, the host showed us around the house and private area, the family collection of art, fans and other unique artifacts. The terraces are beautiful, plants are booming, mini botanical garden! Outstanding view from all terraces over the Valley of Temples and historical Agrigento. The host gave us lots of recommendations about Valley of Temples, local restaurants and things to do, including timing, which we followed and our expireince was great. The breakfast was freshly made and very tasty. The rooms were great too: spacious, comfy beds, nice bathroom. Highly recommend!
