Had a great time. Bed was comfortable, safe, beach access.

Location is excellent. Food is delicious, outside sitting area is great with fire pits, corn hole & like the little telescopes in the rooms.

Paying for parking and a resort fee, pool is too small, no robes in rooms. $500 a night 😩

Love the location - that’s the best part

We’ve stayed here quite a few times and it used to be about $400 per night now it’s up to $600 per night - the rooms are super small not even a table to put a tray on for room service - you need to eat sitting on the bed or on the balcony - which is extremely small (my husband is 6’4” and when he sits on the balcony his knees don’t even fit because there’s not enough room in front of the chairs - in the room we’ve always had the problem of lights flickering off and on (haunted or needs maintenance) and the coffee makers don’t always work - this time ours was broken and have had this problem in the past. Honestly don’t think we will revisit

O Hotel é ótimo, bonito, elegante, limpo, de frente para praia, tem uma area de lazer incrível outdoor; o quarto é grande, assim como o armário, as camas e o banheiro, perfeito para férias em Família!

La situation lieux qui donne envie d y passer un agréable séjour

Le froid tous les endroits était froid le bar où nous avons pris un verre était glacial le couloir qui mène aux chambres également la température de la chambre était fraîche aussi malgré que nous avons essayé de monter la température il a fallu vite se mettre sous la couette. L endroit réservé au dîner et petit déjeuner que nous avons pris le matin fut glacial aussi dommage

A beautiful hotel to enjoy the 4 July celebrations.

Loved the central location. The hotel was beautifully appointed.

Booked for dinner but then the kitchen couldn't honour the booking as the restaurant had neen so busy being 4 July. But the restaurant host allowed us to order in the pizza and eat that in the bar area which was fine.

While having prepaid the room 4 weeks in advance, and with clear request of connecting or close by rooms, they still didn’t manage to organise this simple request. Only valet parking with additional fees Fitness centre extremely basic and not inviting to try it out Pismo beach is a pretty cold place with almost no sun, be prepared. We didn’t like it coming from Santa Monica and Santa Barbara.

Heated pool on the beach with great drinks and friendly staff.

We loved the heated pool facing beach, the outdoor bar and food, the fire pits, and outdoor movie night. They also had bikes, beach toys, and fishing gear to use on pier. Valet parking was great and hotel was clean.

The view from our room was the hotel roof next door literally 2 ft away from our room. The dinner menu at restaurant needs to be changed. The restaurant was empty more of a bar than restaurant. I am a foodie and the dinner menu was very disappointing. The few pieces of steak and 3 asparagus spears, not a great presentation or portion size. A bread basket would be nice. I don’t mind paying high prices if the quality was there. Would love to see breakfast buffet for families staying at resort. We would have eaten more meals there if they had something good to offer.

Bad experience

The only good thing at my stay was the room was clean! But I needed to call them to do the housekeeping service as if I didn’t they won’t clean it!

Not a hotel standards! They didn’t provide me any service i took my suitcases by myself to the room!!! The restaurant staff where so rude the way they dealt with me like punishment! They will ignore me and if i ask to order they will keep saying i’m not your waiter! After that they will do it as a favor i will take your order!! That wasn’t the way I wanted to start my day at a vacation… check out they charged me all the taxes and charges twice as me booking included everything! And they changed the total amount bill 3 times i was like debating my bill!! They end up deducting 160 without any explanation i have picture’s attached** with 3 different amounts!! i claimed it at booking waiting for their response. No one will pick up the phone at the guest service! And I booked ocean view they gave side room i will be seeing the buildings! It was miserable indeed. And the value of money not worth it at all!
