Lovely hotel in a very central location. The hotel room felt like home.

The room and washroom was very neat. Breakfast had varieties to choose from. Would surely be staying here in Calgary henceforth. It was just perfect for us!!

Not stating the overnight parking fees before getting to the hotel.

Excellent option in downtown Calgary

The location is great. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was included and offered good options. The onsite restaurant was yummy, but there are also plenty of restaurant options within walking distance.

Everything met the expectations. Elevators were slow on Sunday morning, probably because a lot of people were having breakfast. But other than that, everything was great.

Excellent hotel and excellent stay, great value, highly recommend.

The location was great, walking distance from the mall, the tower, and other downtown attractions. The breakfast was excellent and exceeded our expectations. The room was large and exceeded expectations as well. Modern and clean hotel, highly recommend to future travelers.

Fantastic stay, great location and seduce. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Very clean, great location and staff were very helpful. Received help quickly any time we were checking in/out etc.

Great hotel

We absolutely loved our stay here! Room was far more spacious than we expected, beds were confortable, cleanliness was great and the breakfast was amazing, so many options to choose from. We also used a parking spot and it worked great. Location is also perfect, with walking distance to almost all the cool spots downtown.

Room was clean and comfortable, the staff were warm and breakfast was yummy

Yummy breakfast. My hubby couldn't get enough of the eggs. Also, it was his birthday so they had a special card and cake awaiting when we arrived. It was very nice of them! Also, The view from the 33rd floor was amazing and the room was very clean!

I wish there was a bath tub but the shower worked too

Highly recommend

Excellent hotel in a very central location. Very generous sized room on the 32nd floor. Spotlessly clean. Great breakfast buffet selection. Extremely friendly and efficient staff. Would highly recommend.

There was nothing to dislike as everything that you would need was provided.

An excellent end to our honeymoon

This hotel was excellent. Beautifully decorated, clean, staff were helpful and attentive and went above and beyond. We stayed for 2 nights as a part of our honeymoon. The hotel upgraded our room for free, which was so lovely. We had an amazing view of the city. The room was clean, spacious and had everything that we needed. Breakfast was included which was great. The value of this hotel was excellent.

We highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay there again.

The staff was excellent, friendly, and very helpful. The facilities were extremely nice and comfortable. Our room was outstanding with an incredible view of Calgary. And the breakfasts were among the best complimentary breakfasts we have experienced.

City escape

Fantastic view from the tower. The room was laid out very intuitively and the space felt open and functional. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. The wifi was fast and easy to connect to.

Wish we could have stayed longer! The room has little to no signage inside. Missing information around for check-out, breakfast, and general info.

I Payed a lot for parking , my car got hit and no one could find who hit it because the parking is owned by someone else, it leaves a bad taste in my mouth

Very good.

The breakfast was great. It's always nice to have breakfast included. However, get there early as the dining room gets very crowded. The hotel is lovely and the staff is wonderful. The location is perfect.

There is no daily cleaning service so it would be nice to have the supplies replenished daily - coffee, tissues, etc. We had to go to the front desk for supplies.

The location was a little more difficult to get to. Did not like that it was $30 per night to park. Didn’t like that our AC didn’t work and we didn’t get help for it when we asked.

Excellent stay in Calgary

Modern hotel with comfortable, spacious and clean rooms. Great location. Street parking is available and free after a certain time.

The breakfast buffet was a bit chaotic.

A good place to stay in central Calgary with helpful staff.

I arrived on Sunday and left on Wednesday I didn’t need towels or my bed made so lack of housekeeping was no problem but no one came to empty the bins.

It was one of best places we’ve stayed in around the world & will stay again if return to Calgary.

Brunch on Saturday was huge variety and delicious. Rooms were very big. Due to airline problems didn’t arrive till 1am yet they had our 2 rooms across hall from one another for our 16 and 21 year old granddaughters which we requested. Staff outstanding accommodating our luggage until we left late afternoon. Also helped with plan to see Calgary as much as possible in 6 hours.

Parking garage full so parked 1 block away in outdoor public lot.
