A fine stay

The staff was very very kind and helpful!

Rooms are very dark, the furniture needs an upgrade, the location is a bit uncomfortable to walk around at night alone.

enjoyable all around.

Big room. we arrived early in the day so very early for check in. the desk clerk suggested we come back in an hour and a room would be ready and it was! gym facilities excellent with good view. the lounge waiter was excellent suggesting food and cocktails. he asked for an additional ingredient in a cocktail as it didn’t quite taste like a margarita and then when the bill came he had made the drink complimentary. Great customer service.

sauna in woman’s change room for the gym very slow to warm up.

For friendly service and a great nights sleep that’s close to everything downtown, stay here!

location- close to everything. comfortable rooms with great sheets and a lounging chair. the staff make the stay so comfortable and cheerful!

the only thing that was sub par was the tv service - the Chromecast setup on the tv and the tech with it only worked half the time. you need upgraded tvs and tech/internet in the rooms! also, fridge space would have been nice.

Too short. My flight was almost 5 hours late and I had no time to enjoy the room.

Beautiful and large room.

The bathroom: too large, not convenient, it took forever figure out the shower and turn the water on in a comfortable way. The noise from the trains a few meters away. I expected better soundproof windows.

Great stay, but not sound proof

Love the staff and the comfort of the bed. The hotel room was very nice and big for the price.

The hotel room has a lot of space under the door, so I could hear everyone in the hallway talking at all times.

Even if it was a work travel, but it felt like a mini vacation with my stay in Le Germain hotel!

The layout is great and very different from any other hotel. the room size is decent. love the morning coffee! and the staff are supper friendly and professional!!

It was a comfortable stay.

Location. Clean. Good food (but a few more menu options would be nice, such as lighter fare/soups/salads). Great shower.

Beds could be firmer. Didn’t offer discount for teachers going to convention like the other hotels do. Have to keep the card in the slot for lights to remain on.

I could hear the traffic out my window. The walls seemed pretty thin. I could also hear people chatting outside our door at 3am.

Excellent choice - pretty room and friendly, kind and helpful staff.

Thé location would be difficult without the valet parking, but with it, it’s a great location. Room service was extremely efficient. I didn’t like the meat choices on the charcuterie platter, but maybe someone else would.

This was a lovely, luxurious hotel, and the experience would have been enhanced with high-end INDIVIDUAL amenities. I know it’s the trend to use the refillable bottles of soap, shampoo etc. to reduce waste and cost but YUCK! Who else touched that thing! Also, bathroom glasses with the room no. etched on them tells me they never leave the room. How are they washed? In the bathroom sink that has just had toothpaste spit into it?
