Rosebank cottage is located just 3kms from Pemberton. Set in beautiful cottage gardens and backing on to Gloucester National Park, the walking/biking options are endless.

Wonderfully comfortable queen bed. Fine cotton sheets and Egyptian cotton towels. Claw foot bath, shower cubicle, heated towel rail.

Welcoming, spotless, excellent quiet location, perfect hosts, plenty to do ....or nothing if you want to. Such a wonderful time over a very wet and cold week. Such a gem.

Rosebank Cottage was by far the highlight accommodation of our trip to WA. Lucie was the perfect host and the cottage was immaculate! It is beautifully decorated and there's lots of little treats. Really well stocked kitchen. The split system warms the whole space really well and the garage is a bonus. We would definitely recommend Rosebank Cottage if you are heading to Pemberton.

The unit is effectively a small house with garage. Good insulation and heating. Well maintained. Tv, shower, stove, etc, all good. Plus one or two suprise bonuses. Phone reception close to nothing but did find one spot. Drive way just in front of garage needs a bucket of gravel. Overall, felt welcome, and it was very comfortable.

Lucie was very friendly and informative. Attention to detail in the house was sensational, beautiful decor. Garden in Autumn was so colourful. Close to town but just far enough away to enjoy the serenity and quiet. I couldn’t fault it, highly recommend.

Lucie is a special host who made us feel welcome from the start. The cottage was beautifully presented and had all the comforts of home. The cleanliness was perfect. The table and chairs on the porch were a perfect place for a glass of wine whilst watching a whole host of different varieties of birds, we also saw Kangaroos in the garden.We would highly recommend this place.

Excellent property. Perfect little cottage, bright and airy and welcoming and comfy. Delightfully renovated. Best sleep I’ve had in ages. Friendly and helpful owners. Would recommend to friends and would come back again and stay here if able.

This charming cottage left a great impression on us. Located in a quiet area with lovely forest walks nearby. Short drive into town if you want to dine out but the cottage has all the facilities you need including a bbq. Comfy bed and the best linen. Overall it was the little embellishments and friendly owners which made our stay memorable.

My wife & I stayed at Rosebank Cottage for a few days in mid-October; very relaxing. Many people come to Pemberton to see the huge trees, but we also wanted to see wildflowers. Both were here in abundance. We were able to hike and visit nearby parks, and there's even a great hike from the cottage property. Lucie is a great host, and the cottage is well-appointed and clean. Everything you need is here; definitely recommend and we will stay here again if we get a chance.

Rosebank cottage is beautiful in all aspects. It is a haven away from all the stressors of life. The place to sit and relax and refresh. The cottage itself is surrounded by the most beautiful garden and you want for nothing. Fully equipped with everything you need. It is spacious, comfortable and stunningly decorated. Only a couple of kms from town so well located. Lucie, the host is lovely. The nicest touch was the jug of freshly picked flowers and basket of fresh eggs - thank you.

We were welcomed by Lucie who made us feel very welcome to her gorgeous cottage. Clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated and has everything you could possibly want for including some freshly laid eggs , fresh flowers and bannister downs milk for the coffee pod machine. The cottage is private and is surrounded by beautiful cottage gardens. Great location just out of town so very quiet but close enough to enjoy the restaurants of Pemberton at night. Great to have walks just out the back of the property through karri forest that you can enjoy . We would highly recommend this cottage to anyone wanting to to explore the Pemberton region.

We had the most wonderful stay in the beautiful Rosebank Cottage and didn’t want to leave! Beautifully decorated inside with everything you could need or want, and with beautiful gardens to enjoy outside too! Close enough to town and yet far enough away to enjoy the quiet. And Lucie was just so friendly and helpful. A wonderful holiday. Can’t wait to return!

Rosebank Cottage is simply delightful. It is surrounded by beautiful gardens and was beautifully furnished and comfortable. It had everything that we needed and the fresh eggs were an extra bonus. It was amazing to watch the birds on the patio in the morning.

This little cottage was absolutely awesome. Beautifully kept and surrounded by an amazing garden. The owners thought of all the little luxuries - even leaving some freshly laid eggs in a basket for our first brekky. Will definitely be staying here again next time we are down that way! Loved our stay!

This quaint little cottage, just outside of Pemberton, was beautifully furnished. Close to local wineries and the surrounding forrest, this cottage is the perfect weekend getaway. Lucie was a great host and the farmhouse eggs were a great touch. We'll be back!

What a beautiful place Lucie and Dan have created! Very comfortable house for the two of us, great kitchen with everything we needed. Spacious garage was an added benefit. Located in a quiet street just outside Pemberton, adjoining Gloucester Park. Had some great walks in the Park. Thoroughly recommend a stay here.
