Small items to get it better: Music to children area, Disco for kids at day time/earlier, restaurant open to outside, drinkimg package

From the moment we arrived to the moment left, I could jot find fault with this hotel. We arrived late and missed the evening meal. However, there was a fresh salad prepared for such guests. The rooms were extremely clean on a daily basis Sometimes, being all-inclusive, it can sometimes be hit and miss with the standard of food. NOT HERE every meal served was very fresh, tasty, and varied. There were plenty of sunbeds for the number of guests. I would come back here again

We took all inclusive, the food, except for the snack bar, was very tasty and varied. Friendly and smiling staff. Good location, if you do not take into account a small rise from the sea to the hotel. We were with a two-year-old child and children's entertainment was very important for us, there is 5+ with this. If it wasn't for the snack bar and the lack of toiletries, I would have given it a 10.

The snack bar was very "poor", very little choice. Room cleaning was average. There were no toiletries. There was only one bottle of soap on the wall near the washstand and one in the shower. For a four-star hotel, this is a shame, it was possible, at least, upon arrival, to put miniatures of shampoo, shower gel, balm, sponges, ear cleaners, etc.

The mattresses are very comfortable and the toilet has a good shower. The breakfast and dinner are very good and you have a lot of different food choices, including for people with food allergies. The hotel is new and the restaurant is very clean, big and comfortable. It's worthy for the money. Has different pools including for kids and a nice playroom.

The AC was not working well. The size of the bedroom is tight specially for couples with a baby/toddler/kid.

We stayed here for 4 nights as a getaway as a couple and I honestly couldn’t rate this hotel enough the staff where so attentive, was immaculate inside and out even the pool area was constantly kept on top of by staff. Rooms were great and again so clean and maids were amazing so pleasant and keen to please :)! Entertainment was so good a great mixture but not in your face. Restaurant was again very clean and a massive choice of foods. Bar snacks were great. We had a sea view room and the view was stunning room 1520 and you could sit and watch the world go by. I would 100% return to this hotel as a couple or with our family there is something for everyone. Staying here you won’t be disappointed.

The property is on a hill if you’re going to the beach or shops it is an incline. This didn’t bother us at all but worth noting if you are a wheelchair user/disabled. Obviously this isn’t the property’s fault.

The food are wonderfull!

This is a huge hotel with an all-inclusive deal. We liked hanging out in the pool area listening to music. In addition, the lunch and dinner food options exceeded our expectations.

Way too many noisy kids! If you are not traveling with a young child then I would look for an adults only hotel...

The staff is very very friendly, room was clean and had enough space for 2 people, plenty of time for breakfast and dinner, lots to do at the hotel, child friendly (which to me was annoying) and family orientated. Overall I enjoyed my stay there

I was missing the spanish atmosphere a little bit because there wasn't any Spanish music playing anywhere. Evening entertainment is mostly for kids, they're all over the place yelling screaming running around. The hotel is located on top of the hill.

The entertainment for the kids was excellent. You could add more activities for the toddler age group

It was clean and the staff were friendly. The location was Perfect, close to a Beautiful Beach, but quite and the traffic or nighlife didn’t disturb us:-)

The breakfast was always the same, I’d like to have had an omelette or a different type of breakfast option each day. Also there was no gluten free bread, pasta or cereal options;-( also the entertainment wasn’t great, there could e been more shows or games, and by the pool area the bar was closed. we had to go inside to get drinks:-(

Hotel was clean, pool was welcoming and my daughter really enjoyed the little splash part, wide range of foods at the buffet which were nice. we really appreciated Jose’s kindness at check in who gave us an upgrade for my daughters birthday, that was such a lovely gesture.

Perfect family hotel, water park was excellent for kids. Good location 5 minutes walk to the beach. Food was decent plenty of selection and variety. Hotel was very clean and staff were friendly

Beds were very uncomfortable in our family room, the single bed was hard as a rock. I had back ache for over a week following our stay. A.C didnt work in our room. Lots of stags and hens but unavoidable being so close to Magaluf.

The entertainment was great, specially the kid’s club team: Sally, Isabel and Sara :)

The bed sheets were not changed for the whole duration of 7 night stay

The bar lobby is very nice. the staff is great everywhere, both at the reception and in the restaurant and in the lobby, everyone left only a pleasant impression. Dinners were decent too. the location is convenient.

noise in the rooms on the first floor during evening programs, as if you were not going to bed, but were present on the stage. the water in the shower is constantly changeable, then cold then boiling water. the daughter was burned in the soul and we ourselves. there was not enough hot milk at breakfast, for lack of it we had to heat it in the microwave and there was a long queue there. and personally, we didn’t have enough normal black coffee for breakfast, not sweet from a machine or soluble in a can. but in the bar for the money the coffee is very good.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD First, when we checked in, the receptionist asked if we'd already paid for the room, my friend and I were not sure, and the receptionist suggested we pay again as the system showed we have already paid. But we were confused about all the hotels' information so we paid again. After we went back to our room we started to double-check our bank transactions and realized we have paid in advance. So we WENT BACK to the reception and got our refund. The receptionist was polite and nice but if we didn't check our bank again we WOULD PAY TWICE and would never notice. I thought the information in the hotel system should be more correct than ours. Second, the ROOM KEY DIDN'T WORK so we came downstairs to renew the room key. And after we walked into our room we realized the WIFI KEY DIDN'T WORK either, so we went downstairs to change to a new room. As we walked into the room we found the wifi is working but the HEATER WAS BROKEN. But we were just too tired to go downstairs to report again so we just slept. In the morning at around 9 am, we were sleeping but I heard some noise outside the room, I thought it was another guest walking by, but then someone OPENED OUR ROOM without knocking, the door was opened but suddenly shut so I thought it might be housekeeping got the wrong door. But ten minutes later someone started knocking on our door, I opened the door with my pajamas and I saw a WOBBLY MAN carrying a case or something, he looked at me and said "I will come again later" and just walked away. I CAME DOWNSTAIRS AGAIN and asked the receptionist but she had no idea who was that. So until now we still have no idea who was this man and what was he doing here. EVEN IF HE WAS GOING TO FIX ANYTHING IN THE ROOM, I don't think it is appropriate to fix the maintenance facilities when we have not checked out yet.
