Awful. First, they advertise parking there and there was none there. Took me over an hour to find a spot. Found one on the street 15 minutes away, but I had to leave the spot by 9:30. Second, there were ants in my room. I had some food and they came around so i had to clean up everything but they were still around. I had to keep all my luggage hanging just in case. Third, The shower is awful. It doesn’t have a door or even a lip to prevent water from coming off of the ground. Water went everywhere in the bathroom and spilled out into the unit and the hallway. Someone had to come clean it up and it was awful. I was using sheets to clean up the water and I only had an 8 minute shower. Ridiculous. The place is dated and Old. Silver lining with the staff was helpful. I would never stay here again.

Don't expect air conditioning or a good night's sleep. it was over 95° when we were there and the air-conditioning barely worked at all and no one would do anything about it. Party central with very thin walls between the bedrooms and virtually no sleep. Cheaply renovated rooms with lose ceiling tiles so random bits of water would come through from another room. Not really interested in the canned response that they reply to every bad review and there’s no chance of getting any kind of compensation for the money we spent.

The beds were awful - hard as a rock. It was party central for the 18-23 crowd. After the clubs closed they would head to the beach and you could hear them from about 4:30 am to 8:30 am partying on the beach. Overall the facility is dated and needs a facelift. If you are not in the 19-23 age group and looking to party then stay somewhere else. The views from the rooms were great.

Big disappointment that the hotel didn’t have parking spots available despite saying Parking Available when I was about to book the hotel. A total of 9 parking spots for a big hotel that takes at least over a hundred guest is way too few to even mention that the hotel have parking spaces. Another surprise was that they charge 20 euros per night for using one. Nothing that was mentioned in either confirmations from hotels.com and the hotel itself. It was also not clear about the parking fees when you were visiting the hotel on hotels.com. It’s not mention what so ever in the first main page. When I contacted Hotels.com regarding this matter they tried to look this up. After about 35-40 minutes waiting they finally found the parking fee information further down in the hotels policy about 5 tabs away from the first site. As I see it, this is a pure lack of information for something that is very important for many of the guest using a car during their holiday. Especially in a crowded place like Magaluf were it is a pure hell finding a parking spot. During my whole week (except the last night) I had to park about 15-20 minutes away from my hotel. This partly destroyed my whole vacation.
Except the parking issues, I found the hotel being OK. Thumbs up for the nice staff and for the nice location. But thumbs down for bad room smell, responsiveness in the rooms and uncomfortable beds. WiFi didn’t live up to the standards either.

Overall, it was ok, nothing stood out but no complaints either. Don't love the bracelets as I am not staying at an all inclusive nor am I a teenager as I would prefer a key card but I think this is pretty standard in this area so not specific to this property.

We stayed in 4 different places around Mallorca and Barcelona over this trip and I could write something positive about every single one except for this one. Food is lackluster at best and not worth a single euro that you pay for it when you are exhausted and don’t want to go anywhere else. This is the least relaxing part of Mallorca with young partiers everywhere that are yelling and partying around the property until 4 or 5 in the morning. AC doesn’t work well and the property is humid. Found silverfish in the bed. The beach itself is the worst we swam in around the island and it is dirty and trashy. Honestly avoid this area and avoid this hotel. Also they don’t tell you but there is really no on site parking so you will have to spend 30 minutes each time driving around the neighborhood trying to find parking. Save yourself the headache and stay somewhere else.

Overall an unpleasant experience. The hotel room had A/c that did not get cold, when the issue was brought up to reception they said a piece was broken on the roof. It never got fixed and reception was useless to get the A/C working. It was hot the entire stay. The shower drain and sink drain were both clogged upon arrival. The water from the shower constantly spilled into the bathroom floor. The breakfast buffet was good, not worth staying, though. The view and proximity to the beach and shops were what we paid for. It's definitely not a 4 star hotel. Room was very plain and minimal.

Very nice front desk service. Good location for the area. On a hill so quiet compare to megaluf. Enjoyed my stay. Nice pool and elevator to beach.

The hotel is quite ok. It's clean. The breakfast is ok, even if it corresponds more to the standard of a good 3* hotel and not to that of a 4* hotel. There are no a la carte dishes or anything like that. You cannot order an individual omelet. The pool bar is great. The food there is significantly better than breakfast. There wasn't a dish that I couldn't recommend. The prices are completely okay. The drinks, especially the cocktails, are absolutely ok.
The rooms are clean but a bit dark and dated. There are far too few sockets in the rooms. There was a socket by the bed and one in the bathroom. There was also a USB-A socket on the bed. Far too little for 2 people. You cannot charge both smartphones and watches at the same time. Not to mention other devices. The shower is designed somewhat interestingly. The water is not held back by the shower wall and flows into the entire bathroom. The rooms are very noisy. You can follow exactly what the neighbors are doing.
The location of the hotel is ok. It's at the end of the beach with a direct elevator down to the beach. This makes it possible to avoid the party area. This is right around the corner from the hotel and not for everyone. What goes on there is sometimes just horrible and embarrassing. You should be aware that Magaluf is not a place for a nice holiday and has nothing to do with the beauty of Mallorca. Hotel buildings are lined up next to strip clubs and low-quality pubs. Luckily you don't notice that much in the hotel.

Nice staff and excellent cleaning, very nice breakfast lot of choices and good food (much better than USA average hotels), property dated, need renewal

The staff was exceptional and very very friendly. All wishes were fulfilled. We were with two small children (4 and 6 years) and the entertainment for children in the hotel was missing.
I can recommend the hotel for adults and teenagers. Although the "party mile" is not so far from the hotel, the hotel is quiet.

The beds were very uncomfortable, needed to pay for a SAFE, very low water pressure, they came too early to clean the rooms while we were still there, and they never came back to clean it so our room never got cleaned.

The hotel room was inappropriate for 4 people and staff were rude in their attitude

the hotel was beautiful everything went well, but we found glass in the salad, it was 6 mm of glass that came out of my mouth, the outcome could've been deadly

Not to much to do for kids.
Big plus for location (lift to the beach).
Hotel with big potential.

This hotel was great. Lovely views. It’s at the top of a hill so probably not ideal for people who struggle

Amazing rooms with sea view of view of bay of Magaluf. We were room 906 and could see right down to the beach but not guess 901-995 would get less view of the bay and that 907 would get a full panoramic view. Staff very friendly. Lovely communal areas. Very modern bar, fabulous selection at breakfast Buffett- pancakes included! Modern room but some old artex walls remained. Room hallway very old but rooms modern and super comfortable beds and recently refurbished shower room.walls very thin but luckily we had non party neighbours on our quite beach break. Free pool towels. Hairdryer in room, no deposit to pay on arrival just a small hotel tax fee. Lift down to beach was great and great to use as shortcut to walk the promenade of Magaluf or walk to bars restaurants shops. Pool still a bit too cold for us to use.

I would give 2 start to this hotel. Very old hotel. The way they toke pictures it’s nice but the hotel is absolutely needs major renovation. Elevators are old and noisy. If the cleaner moves the chair in any floor the whole building will shake. The Air condition was not working. The food was ok not the best, but the good thing about food had taste, low variety.
Overall not happy and didn’t have good experience.

Rock-hard beds, I have never experienced such an uncomfortable bed. Uncomfortable is an understatement, it was impossible to sleep. No water bottles offered after the first day - it was not even possible to BUY water. Breakfast was good. Lots of choices in food (buffet dinner) but quality was poor and taste even worse.

I stayed 3 nights in the room with sea view. The view is really lovely indeed. The hotel has access to the beach.
The food was good and room had comfortable beds.
I would come there again.

We arrived on a Friday for a 10day stay the hotel is tired which on one day of our stay meant that a piece of the terraces dropped onto the terrace below.
Over the weekend the hotel had an influx of day trippers where they were round the pool drinking and jumping in the pool all very loud, this was 4 days of our holiday spoiled.
There is supposed to be entertainment on each night, that was cut down to just 4 days and the gym was not open, we are aware that it is all down to covid, but paying the price we did we felt very let down.
On a positive note the staff were fantastic especially Rachel who was a waitress, all the staff were very good and friendly

Great location
Very decent, diverse and healthy food
A good surprise

The view and location is great. The bed and pillows are awful. The food is ok, a bit salty to our taste. The choice of food is limited as compared to other 4 stars we’ve stayed in Mallorca and Menorca, both in their buffet and snacks. The plus side is that they do not use disposable plastic cups, as a lot of the all incl. do. There were other snack choices but you have to pay extra on an all incl.! The sea had jellyfishes on one of the days we were there but there are load of fishes. If you put some bread, they’ll come in large numbers. This hotel could have been better, esp. given the location.

Great time here but wouldn’t really call it 4 star. Definitely a great 3 star hotel.
The food and cafeteria staff where fantastic. Gille who assists with excursions was also really amazing.
Views from the rooms are great, all bar staff were fine.
Key reasons for a 3 star rating stems from the following:
*whilst the property is nice, the look of the room is right for a 3 star hotel. The choices of bed sheets and decor also meet those expectations
*The escalators/lifts have no sensors making them at times a bit of a health hazard. I strongly suggest this is addressed by management
* No kettles in the room, we requested for one and informed we would have to pay a €20 fee to reserve one from an external vendor
* No irons in the rooms
The hotel is nice and would go again but defo more a 3 star hotel than a 4 star

Excellent place if you're looking for a midway point between the crazy night life and the calm of the day. Access to the beach is simply sublime and the staff is super friendly and always ready to help. We had a great time.

We stayed from 9th - 13th June. Sea view room is a must as views are fantastic. Food was superb and had good variety. Self serve juice/alcohol in restaurant was a bonus. All staff were fantastic and very friendly/helpful. Only thing that may affect other guests experience would be the noise from outside the hotel, bear in mind this is Magaluf so in season it’s hectic. I woke up to noise outside, it wasn’t a huge issue for me as I was able to fall right back asleep, however this may not be the same for other guests. Saying that it doesn’t change the fact that we would absolutely 100% come back and stay again!

Loved this property, there was nothing at all to dislike about it. We were a group of about 12 blokes that were celebrating a 50th Birthday, so we stayed all inclusive, just for a weekend.
Staff were friendly, very helpful and the food was absolutely top notch - great selection from the lunch and dinner buffets (although I never did see breakfast, so can't comment :O)
I would definitely stay again. The whole group enjoyed it and nobody I spoke to had any complaints! Thanks for an awesome weekend.

Overall the hotel was nice with a great sea view. The room we were given had a terrible smell of drains in the bathroom which we reported. A technician then came and put air freshener in the room and air conditioning unit, but it was very potent and as I suffer with sinusitis I asked to move rooms which the hotel staff accommodated. The staff at the hotel particularly the restaurant staff were not very friendly.
