Great Homestay and facilities

Great location in Timesquare. Really handy parking and had the luck of bumping into the kind and friendly owners. Homestay was exceptionally clean and tidy, with all amenities. I would definitely book here again.

There a little bit of mucking about to get the parking tickets for the private parking in the multi story car park; however, this did not detract from a great stay 🙏🏽👍

Enjoyedd !! Worth a try and a money

It was clean . Comfortable . The airconditiner is soo good we almost couldnt get up ! It is so spacious . The heater function well . No need to ask from the owner of anything because it is well prepared for all . Everything was perfect . I would reccommend living here again in the future . Wellldone !!!

There is no Tv channel , thats all . It would be nice if you have an Astro or just Netflix channel . Will be perfect out of 10 !! And also please considered of having a microwave because theres only an oven hehe we are not making biscuits just to reheat food

Let down by foul smell in bathroom, no microwave and in adequate supplies.

Spacious, washing machine, place to dry clothes and shops close by.

Bathroom floor not clean (feet leaves mark on mat after), Shower leaking, insufficient toiletries for 2 people and 3 nights (only 1 toilet roll, 4 sample size body wash, one toilet cleaning liquid and that’s all the toiletries), no hand-wash in bathroom, no toilet roll holder and have to reach for it behind. no bin in bathroom. bathroom has sewage smell (fragrance not effective), one of the pillows was hard and not comfy, one of the bath towel has stains, hair dryer not working, only one shallow sauce pan and one frying pan, no microwave, only 2 small thin towels in kitchen.

the house is very clean and comfortable, it is very suitable for a family holiday because each room is equipped with facilities and the bed is also very comfortable. It is also easy to find food because there are many restaurants and shops nearby. The host is also very friendly and helpful.

location. Excellent host. clear instructions on how to locate the property for self check in. Quiet

windows faced into a multi-story car park. It wasn’t particularly busy so we weren’t disturbed by comings and goings

An Okay for 4-5 people to stay!

Have parking accessibility which is perfect for us! Very near to our room and don't need to walk so far away. Great wifi connection, a lot of beds which is perfect for a family of 4-5 people. Appreciate the kitchen with tools and cutleries. Very clean toilet and overall hygiene almost perfect!

During night time, there are noises from outside and inside of the building. Can hear furniture moving upstairs and people talking outside. If you are a light sleeper, you might need ear plugs.

Daily Homestay 2 thumbs up

I chose the place for the location. Close to the old town which was just behind. And close to the new eateries n facilities of Times Sq. U could even fulfill ur exercise routine as the Marina area is so close by. Run towards the town council building n hv a fabulous beach sunset! The apt is clean and comfortable. And in the perfect locale.

Satisfactory Stay!

I like the location is in Times Square. We can just walk to nearby cafes and restaurant. Loved that we had access to free parking. The apartment has about 2 extra sofa beds at the living room, excellent wifi services!

It was complicated at first to scan the access card for parking. Without malaysia phone line it would be hard to contact the management when first arrived. But after sometime we get used to the steps and instructions.

Good stay, will intro frens

Our apartment come with a room and a small room alike area for a other bed. Good for family of 3 to 4. Clean place, free parking at strategic area. Did not use the kitchen but it looked well equipped. They even include a first add kit which we seldom see in apartment

Hoped they have convenient body shampoo and hair shampoo dispenser instead of small packet hair and body shampoo. Bed can be less hard.

Value for money accommodation and it was a pleasant stay.

It was sparkling clean when we arrived. The owner is very quick to respond to every query that I ask her during our stay. It is very strategic and near to places that we need to be. Free parking and the parking lot allocated for our vehicle is covered and secured.

The location is great. The ice cream parlor, beverages stall, bakery, restaurants are nearby - western , malaysian cuisine as well as pharmacy, laundry hub are just around the corner. You can find other places to eat nearby as well just few minutes away either bu car or by foot. The access to the property is a no hassle and rest assured on the safety of the place. It is a self check-in/check-out access. If you drive, no need to worry about where to park your car because you have your own parking space. The parking area is the same level as the apartment which is very convenience. our apartment is spacious (mine is for a family of 2 adults and 2 children) and very comfortable. And not to forget, the host, Ms Paya was very hospitable during our stay. She was reliable and instantly respond to your concerns. Looking forward to stay here again.

Free parking, Parking area is close to the apartment with the same level.

The pillows is not enough for us because, personally for me, I need 2 pillows for a better sleep. Parking area at the level 1 always full especially during day time. Get a new one for cleaning material such as broom and dustpan was broken. Certain ceiling light not function very well at toilet, bleeping when switch on. Need to change
