A very good place to stay where location is very convenient and near the city!

Location & clean

1. Toilet - small space but manageable. 2. Iron board was broken - had to use the dressing table to iron.

Best memories;)

My first time staying here;- 1. I love the fast check in & out very convenient😍 2. Location very strategic - near with 24hours shop also lots of foods stall at night 3. Near to Imperial Mall and Miri Waterfront it's just less than 15mins walking distance 4. Also what I like and love the most the staff there's very helpful and cheerful :) #for sure I'll be back and stay there again in future time😍 thanks a lot for the best experience and memories to all the staffs there🥰

I wish there's a refrigerator provided :')

Process of Check in/out very slow. Reception only got one person handling. Have to Wait for too long for the process.

Lighthing and designs

Facilities, card needing deposits, bellboy refusing to give extra key, no iron, i expected wayy too much for the price i pay. Ano hotel was a good hotel when it was opened. I don't know why it has poor service and facilities now

location is near to night food stall with so many choices, entertainment places, 7E, grocery and right in the middle of night life area in Miri old town. Room facility is good and hotel staff is friendly.

the room tile covered area feel like oily, no bare foot and you need slipper to be in toilet.

Very rude receptionist

It was near the city centre. Very quite convention. The hotel seem new as the room was quite nice including the toilet. The wifi was not so bad.

Very hard to find a nice parking spot as there was no dedicate guest parking. It was public parking. The tv was so bad as if no signal. Could only watch one channel. The most dissapointed was the reception staff. It felt like i was scammed because during checked-in, the receptionist asked me to pay tourist tax including the deposit during the stay. I have been other hotel on that area but no tourist tax was asked but i dont mind paying. However during mu checked-out a different receptionist did asked again to pay a tourist tax. I explained why since i alread paid. But she said it was not recorded in their system. She did asked me for the receipt but unfortunately during checked-in, i wasnt given a receipt and didnt ask for it. I only received a room keycard. Did tried to explain but she was not very nice and insisted for me to pay. She did not believed what i said. The way she talked to me was very rude as if i dont understand what was she talking about. I ended up by paying the tourist tax again to avoid more urguement. She didnt even talk to me or look at me when giving me the receipt. So i just walked away.

Disappointing

- the standard check in time starts at 3pm. when we were there around 340pm, the guy on the counter said our room havent ready yet, it will be ready around 5 or 6. he offered us a room immediately but need extra charge for it. i think we got scammed by this hotel. you shouldnt do that to your customers. and if our room havent ready yet, why werent you guys informed us thru email or calls? instead offering us a new that cost a bit expensive? we were so exhausting at that time yet we have to choose the room he offered. - the aircond room 203 is leaking - so much noise at night

The aircon is very noisy. And I requested for non smoking room as my holiday with two toddlers but when I get in the room it’s full of smoke small. And we found tissue under the bed. Cleanliness is really poor. The boiling kettle inside is so dirty. Look like got left over food stain. I needed to wash few time only can wash it away. It’s too bad I didn’t take photos of all that happened. The sound proof is very bad. Later night I can hear people close their room door so loudly. . We won’t return to this hotel anymore.
