Great place to stay several days and make the most of the beautiful surroundings

Newly renovated appartement, very spacious and with great views of the mountains across the lake. Great facilities for cooking.

No lift so need to carry luggage up the stairs to 4th level.

Alles super bis auf den 5. Stock ohne Lift

Nett eingerichtete Wohnung, grosser TV und eine Alexa waren auch da, sogar Kaffee-Tabs und Tee, man musste nichts extra einkaufen.

5. Stock ohne Lift - extrem unsuper!! Das "2. Schlafzimmer" - ein Boden unter dem Dachgiebel über eine Leiter erreichbar ist sicher nicht jedermanns Sache, war uns aber egal.

Wunderbare Wohnung zentral am Bodensee

Super tolle Ferienwohnung. Die Ausstattung mit Badewanne, Dusche und der modernen Küche ist einfach top. Die Wohnung scheint recht neu renoviert zu sein. Mir hat einfach alles gut gefallen und ich komme gerne wieder :)

Das einzige was eventuell fehlt sind Geschirrhandtücher. Ansonsten ist alles da :)

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passte nicht.

Die Einrichtung war hell und freundlich, der Bodensee war in ca. 500 Metern zu erreichen.

Es waren zunächst keine Handtücher vorhanden und die Wohnung war nicht sauber. Wir haben außerhalb gefrühstückt. Es waren auch nicht ausreichend Schränke vorhanden, somit haben wir die Koffer nicht auspacken können. Statt auf den Bodensee und Berge haben wir auf eine große Hauswand geschaut. Der 2. Schlafplatz war hoch unter dem Dach und viel zu heiß, die Kühlgeräte brachten dort keine Kühlung. Er war nur über eine hohe steile Leiter zu erreichen, sie war uns zu gefährlich. Der Vermieter hat uns eine Entschädigung für die Unannehmlichkeiten zugesagt, das Geld allerdings nicht gezahlt. Zu dem Preis war es unsere bisher schlechteste Unterbringung.

Top, immer wieder gern.

Das Loft ist großartig eingerichtet und sehr schön. Es war ein Genuss hier ein paar Tage zu verbringen. Es ist fußläufig zum Bodensee und liegt in einer sehr angenehmen Umgebung.

Excellent location for exploring the are

Location - very close to station & lake. We’ll equipped. Interesting place to stay. Host very willing to assist when contacted.

Provision of linen poor. We didn’t have our own. The provided sheets were very unironed and one towel had not been laundered.

Good decor but hard to access second bed and unsuitable for young children

The decorations and furnishings were pleasing. The main room was of good size apart from being very hot.

The second bedroom was at the very top of the main room up a tall steep ladder. Good in emergency for Alpine mountaineers perhaps. Very steep stairs off the main lobby were unsuitable for young children without. There was no safety gate. The aircon exhaust did not fit well to the balcony door.

Great view and roomy apartment for a family of 5

Great location. Beautifully furnished apartment, very roomy. Clean bed linen and lots of fresh towels, however beds weren’t very comfy. Coffee pods and laundry detergent was provided, but laundry machine was broken. Easy check in and check out, good parking.

Expected to use laundry machine but was broken.

A stunning loft with luxury and good taste.

A stylish and elegant apartment, tastefully decorated and furnished with modern classics. Everything you could ever need, it was difficult to leave!

Fantastic Place

Very beautiful and stylish place with a big and comfortable living room and all the amenities to make you feel at home. It is well located, just a 10 min walking distance from the lake. The house is also ready to host a child. There is a baby bed and chair. The host is friendly and very helpful. We will definitely have this place in mind if we visit the Bodensee again.

Very good

Spacious living room with brand new household appliances, amenities were modern and high tech. Unique loft design. Washer and dryer was very useful for us. Good location with a 10 min walk to the lake front. Very friendly hosts that were keen to help us.

Was not aware that there was construction behind house but finishes before dinner.

Awesome place

If we would have known it was this beautiful we would have stayed more then one night! Even though Friedrichshafen as a city is only ok Very modern with flair. Decorated with love at a great location.

A complementary bottle of water would have been the non plus ultra

Clean and stylish loft

Very clean and stylish. Bathroom was very spacious. Downstairs bed and pillows were comfortable. Location was good--close to the lake.

Upstairs mattress was hard.

Exceptional

Good contact with the owner. Nicely decorated loft, very comfortable with all necessary facilities. I can definitely recommend. Located on the top floor (no elevator though).
