About this apartment rental

This huge, outstanding, 2Br, 2B, (1400 SQ. FT) condo with floor to ceiling glass in every room has spectacular views from everywhere. We are located less than 2 miles west of Pier Park, directly on the water, near Hwy 79. The condo features attractive beach decor, granite counter tops, large, comfortable beds and a generous supply of towels, linens, dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans, highchair, 3/4 crib and rolling cooler to take to the water. We also have EARLY 1:30p CST CHECK IN!! HIGH SPEED INTERNET (WiFi), FREE PARKING and a FREE BEACH SET-UP, (two lounges and an umbrella) right on the sand, which is free with your rental from March through October 31.
**There is also plenty of room on our huge beach for your canopies, chairs, private umbrellas and games. They are all welcome!
The lighted balcony has two chaise lounges and four chairs and tables where you will love to soak up the sun, listen to the surf, sip a cool drink or maybe relax with a good book. Each room has a large TV with a DVD and premium cable channels.
There is a well stocked kitchen with lots of cupboard space, a spice rack and large pantry. The kitchen is fully equipped with full size frig, range, oven, microwave, dish washer, coffee maker, blender, electric fry pan, griddle, toaster etc. and granite counters. We also have a large full size washer and dryer.

**Don't Bring It or Buy** -We provide all you will need of dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, kitchen trash bags, soft soap, all of your spices including salt and pepper, coffee filters and Dawn dish washing liquid enough for your entire stay. We also have a starter supply of paper towels, toilet tissue, coffee, bar soap and tissues.
All linens, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, dishtowels etc will be here.
The Master bedroom suite features a King bed, full bath, separate dressing area, walk-in closet and a private dining table and chairs where you might have a quiet cup of coffee, privately read your newspaper, use your computer with our wireless internet connection or spread out a jigsaw puzzle or board game.
The second bedroom has two new comfortable queen beds and a large walk in closet next to a large full bath.

The spacious living room has a queen sleeper sofa and large flat screen TV. The dining area has an extra large dining table that seats six very comfortably. There is also a snack bar with stools. The panoramic views from this sixth floor unit are amazing. You can watch the children play in the sand, often see the dolphin swim by, the pelicans fishing or the sandpipers splash in the surf.

We are quickly and easily located at Hwy 79 and Front Beach Rd. We are near the Pier Park restaurant and shopping complex and the Panama City Beach Welcome Center, close to all of Panama City Beach's exciting attractions: Shipwreck Island, Ripley's Museum, the Gran Maze, the Miracle Strip Amusement park and Fun-land arcade, Gulf World Marine Park, the new Sports Complex and Aquatic Center at Frank Brown Park, Zooworld and the Sea Breeze Winery.

We are only a short drive to the new International Airport. We are within 15 minutes of the Christian International Ministries and 30 minutes of Seaside and the beaches of So. Walton and Scenic Hwy 30-A as well as the Sandestin SILVER SANDS outlet stores and Destin Commons. We are close to upscale and casual dining as well as within walking distance to a grocery store, post office, shops, diner, and less than 2miles from Pier Park.
The beautiful pool area and the beach are never crowded as Seachase has only sixty-four units yet commands over 600 feet of sugar beaches! Come and make fun memories that will last a lifetime. We know that you and your family will enjoy our Condo and this lovely area of the Gulf Coast.

We stay at this condo from July 1 through July 5 and I cannot compliment it enough. They had every single thing we needed down to the closed detergent. The condo is beautifully decorated, the beds are very comfortable, it is so spacious. The view from the balcony was amazing and let me tell you about the walk to the beach. I hate having to walk on hot sand, but this place is absolutely perfect. It steps away from the water. The beach chair service that is included was outstanding! I accidentally left a pot at the condo and the owner happily mailed it back to me right away. The communication with the owners Was the best I’ve ever had. It is definitely a five star in my book. We will be back!!!!!

We had an amazing stay. Floor to ceiling glass walls facing beach in all rooms. Walkin closets. They have extra beach chairs, umbrella, toys. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. Stores and few restaurants in walking distance. Free beach setup closes between 5 to 6 pm. We stayed during weekdays. Very less crowded beach Only had 2 or 3 families at a time. Parking and elevator always available. Construction going on on lower floors then us so didn't bother us much. Checkout time 9 was little too early for us to get ready make break fast and cleanup but we made it.

This condo was clean, well supplied, has a fabulous view of the Gulf from every room and is close to everything. The owners were so pleasant and quickly responded to any questions we had. Checking in was a breeze. The condo complex is on the small side so the beach was never crowded. We had a great week!

The condo was super big and comfy, especially the bed. The weather was not great, but we spent most of our time on the balcony. At night we heard the ocean, and it was so soothing. The location was perfect for my husband and me, at a quiet area of the strip. Shawn was very easy to contact, although we had no issues with the condo. Restaurants and grocery stores were close. Because it was November, we had the beach to ourselves, literally. We came for the ocean and it did not disappoint. Thanks, again, Shawn. I would give you 6 stars if I could😊

We were very pleased with the condo...loved that it was so big. It was very well equipped, two coffee pots even though we only used one. lol The only thing that we encountered, through no fault of the owner, was the elevator was out for 4 days. Being on the 6th floor, which meant climbing 7 stories from the parking area,was very difficult for my not so young legs! Would definitely consider staying here again.

The property is spacious and has everything you would need in a condo. It does need some work put was very clean. I did like the bedrooms being on opposite ends so each party can have some privacy. The only issue i had was the day we checked out the elevator stuck and had to carry everything out 6 flights of stairs. Overall it was really nice.

The view at Seachase is absolutely beautiful! We had so much fun, and luckily the weather was perfect for our stay. There are grocery stores, numerous restaurants, and several souvenir shops close by. We had a maintenance issue occur that was not a result of anything wrong with our unit. I contacted the owners and they had the issue resolved within 30 minutes. We would have preferred the unit to be a bit cleaner than it was, but we cleaned what we needed to and it was fine.

We have made many trips to PCB and this place was absolutely perfect for our needs. The location is close to Pier Park. We rented a golf cart which was located across the street for the teenagers to get around. The condo was perfectly equipped ( far more than other places we have stayed) and the layout was great! The chair rentals were perfect and there was even additional chairs in the room that we took to the beach. By the way, the walk to beach is short . The owners checked in with us to make sure everything was great which was greatly appreciated. The view was phenomenal. We plan on returning next year!! Thank you for a great time! Can’t wait to return!

We enjoyed our stay. The location is great. The condo was very clean, but there are some updates that could be done. Thankful they had a portable crib in the closet for use. The guest room has an old box TV, which isn’t a problem for most people going to the beach. Just a thought. Some of the fixes for things in the condo look like they were just patched or painted over rather than a real fix or fixing properly, but they’re just surface issues. Nothing as far as functioning.

Really enjoyed the stay. Location is west of the Pier Park area so it’s a little quieter which we enjoyed. Location is as close to the beach as you can get. Sittting on the balcony the beach is directly below. The unit does show some signs of age but no issues at all. Communication with the owners was very easy and quick.

We came the week of May 20th, just before the summer rush, (what a great week to go)! We loved the layout, floor to ceiling windows across the front was so nice. The dining/ living room is very spacious. We really liked the location. Convenient to everything, but away from the crazy traffic. No wait for the elevator. I would strongly recommend drapes instead of the long blinds. We will definitely stay here again.

The property where we stayed was accurately described in VRBO. The owner contacted us before and after our visit to make sure all our expections were met. The location was very quiet, secure, and convenient to other activities and entertainment. We were more than pleased, and would not hesitate to stay at the same property again.

Perfect beach location, well stocked with soaps, paper towels, etc. Friendly owners, easy to contact. The only complaint is the master bedroom mattresses have body indentions and very uncomfortable. The couches and chairs in the living room are very hard and uncomfortable. The carpet feels dirty and really should be replaced. We had the same complaints last year but it didn't stop us from coming back!

Condo is in an older complex and could use some updating but it was adequate for our family. The view was awesome, just wished the balcony was larger. Newer kitchen with several kitchen items to cook at the condo and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels and starter supplies provided. Owners were very responsive throughout the week. There was construction going on at the complex that was supposed to be 9am-5pm, but we heard jackhammers and grinders as early as 8:20am and it lasted all day. This wasn’t the owners fault but it would have been nice to know this was going on before we booked. The only issue was that the ad said that beach set up was provided but it was not. When I contacted the owners, they said they forgot to remove it from the ad and had new chairs in the closet for our use. They were heavy and not manageable to carry from the sixth floor and out to the beach, so we weren’t able to sit at the beach which was disappointing. The owners apologized and offered us a different condo that they owned on the opposite side of town that had beach setup included (a very nice offer) but we declined because we wanted to stay on the west end of PCB. Overall, we had a great experience and we would recommend others to stay in this condo if they don’t mind staying in an older complex.

My family really enjoyed staying at this condo. The owner warned us of unexpected construction the day before arrival, but has offered to refund us a bit for the noise. The floor to ceiling windows in the condo were a must and provided amazing views all day long. The condo needs some fresh paint and updating but is overall a lovely place. The owner is so sweet and easy to communicate with. The beaches were not crowded at all, very clean, crystal clear water, and very quiet except for my loud children, haha. Definitely take your kids to Franklin Brown Park nearby, it doesn't dissapoint.
