Völlig ausreichend

Sehr freundliches Personal, alle sind bemüht und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist super zentral.

Das Hotel und die Ausstattung sind leider in die Jahre gekommen

Gerne wieder

Sehr gut. In einer kleinen Einkaufsstraße sehr hübsch gelegen. Das Personal super nett und das Zimmer ruhig und sauber.

Für Jugendliche ok.

Ich fühlte mich zurückversetzt in meine Jugend. Das WC war ein Gemeinschafts-WC. Das Zimmer war sehr spartanisch ausgestattet. Mein Fenster zeigte in den Biergarten. Das führte dazu, dass es bis ca. 22 Uhr sehr laut war. Das Fenster musste ich schließen, trotz sehr großer Hitze. Das Personal allerdings war sehr reizend.

WC auf dem Flur für mehrere Gäste. Das Fenster im WC war nicht zu öffnen.

Too expensive for what it is, despite friendly staff

very good location. super friendly staff. clean. super breakfast.

NOISY like hell from cafes in pedestrian zone outside. cleaning machines early on sunday morning, just terribly noisy. huge pillows like bricks were very uncomfortable. no toilet in room despite extra booking.

Superb

The tranquility and the calmness of the street, the type of building, kindness of the personnel, the hygiene is good.

High prices compared to nearby areas. A mini-fridge would have been appreciated in the room.

Super satisfied!

The room was clean (and can be cleaned every day) and had everything one could need The position is very good as it's near an important Bonn station. The staff was very kind and helpful, even if we didn't speak German.

Pleasant

Very easy check-in and check-out. In the middle of the city.

Right next to a church, bells were crazy loud and woke us up early. No reserved parking available.

Comfy hotel

The mattress was super comfortable so I slept very well! The hotel manager was super lovely and nice and made us feel very welcome. The hotel has got an old-fashioned, rustic atmosphere so that was a nice plus.

The room could have been a bit cleaner definitely. It felt a bit stuffy (especially as I was there on two very hot days). The location is a bit remote too so be prepared to hop on buses to get to the city centre.

Unfair treatment with foreign travelers in the face of an eventuality

As travelers, inconveniences can happen at the last minute. We had a train delay from Frankfurt to Bonn and missed the connection at Ingelheim. Since we did not have a SimCard from Germany, we were unable to contact the hotel and arrived at midnight. There was no one at the reception and no one answered the phone either. Apart from going through all the difficulties in the stations to get to the hotel at that time, it is unfair that they do not have 24-hour attention in case of an emergency as in this case. The next day we went to claim but the answer was negative. We consider that the treatment is not fair since we had paid in advance and we did not find any calls of concern from the hotel.

Ok for a stopover

Although it isn't in Bonn center, you can stroll around the area just fine - it is ok for a one night stop over. There are plenty of eating/drinking places around, as well as the (pricey) restaurant next door. Breakfast is ok.

The location isn't good if you are travelling by car - be warned. If you are travelling by public transport, it should be ok. It isn't near the center though. Check-in can be a bit lengthy, as the reception isn't open all the time - you have to go to the restaurant next door and get the key when staff are available. No fridge in room (for the price, this was a surprise) - but the owner sorted out what we needed, so credit where it is due.

The lady in the reception was very welcoming and kind. The hotel location is ultimate in the middle of everything. Good access to bus and restaurant. The net was fast and i could work normally. Worth the money

Basic no frills but located near decent restaurants

Located near restaurants and nearby shops

No lift. No hot food at breakfast. No parking, we were directed to a public car park and the ticket next morning cost €34.
