Cómodo y lindo alojamiento

Buen sitio, con todo lo necesario para unos días, cocina equipada, tiene microondas. En el baño hay ducha y jabón. Cama grande y cómoda. Es verdad que el tren pasa cerca, pero casi no se escucha. Un consejo para los viajeros, si tienen caracteres especiales en su nombre (la ñ, tildes, ç, etc) no los usen al momento de poner su nombre, el check in es digital y a mí me volvió loco mi ñ y mi tilde, por suerte por un teléfono que está en la misma recepción me ayudaron.

Desde booking llegó un número de confirmación, que en teoría había que usar para el check in, pero en realidad era un número de confirmación interno de ellos, que en mi caso no enviaron, pídanlo si no lo tienen.

Exceptional

Very nice location close to museums and political attractions, as well as the U-Bahn. Getting into the city centre takes only a few minutes on the U-Bahn, but it is also a lovely 20 minute walk along the Rhein, which is one of the most gorgeous places in Germany. I extended my stay because I enjoyed it so much.

It was a bit difficult at first to find the breakfast room, but the friendly staff could help with that no problem.

All in all, it was a pleasant stay.

- Cleaning staff was very co-operative. - Room was good size. - I could request early check-in. - Area is good location. - Paid breakfast option available. - Can book taxi. - Close to city centre and lake!

- My door key stopped functioning and I had to sit on the floor for about 1.5 hours waiting for service to come in & fix it. No sofa seating! No water/coffee during the wait! - Since the hotel is close to trains, you can hear them pass by if you keep the windows open.

In short for a single person as my room is single, it is sufficient and manageable.

the room is comfortable, the windows are large enough and the view is good, can be noisy with trains when windows are open, but when closed noise is manageable

1. the problem is that there are no washers or dryers in the building which is something the establishment can think about. One has to go somewhere to have clothes washed. 2. TV channels can be improved or have English translations for non German speakers. So for me only CNN and CGTN are in English all others in German. 3. the bathroom space is small, therefore anti slips mats would be good because of water splash, so would be good to give ample space for the showering area for bigger bodied persons. 4. for utensils-add a knife to the utensils provided.
