Sensational stay for our young family, the views were amazing & the pet pigs were awesome to have around. Really nice place, super warm & the floor heating was extra special!
Lynne was super easy to deal with & very helpful.

The property is beautiful with high end finishes. Lynne and Tony have thought of everything including delicious fruit and nut slices for our arrival. Beryl and Cheryl (pet pigs) are hilarious and really enjoy a treat or two. The outlook was spectacular but an easy drive to facilities. Would definitely recommend.

Very quiet, top quality small home. Warm and inviting, all facilities needed . Loved the open fires and the pet Kuni Kuni an entertainment.

We so enjoyed every aspect of our stay at this beautiful property. From Lynne’s very kind welcome to all the thoughtful touches throughout her home. The comfy beds, underfloor heating and fire lit for our arrival, all much appreciated for our winter stay. The location can’t be beat, with gorgeous views to the mountains and so close to the wineries. Only downside was that we could only stay 2 nights! Thank you Lynne for your hospitality and we hope to return some time in the future.

This place is awesome, so too is Lynne who showed us around, was very hospitable and friendly. The accommodation was spotless, large enough to be really comfortable and what a view! My dream property in Central Otago.

Spectacular views, unmatched serenity. Do not stay here if bright city lights are what you’re looking for - all you see here at night is millions of stars and by day you are surrounded by majestic mountain ranges. The home is very well appointed and seriously photos could never do it justice. Lynne is a gorgeous host and she even had the fire ready for us to light if we wanted it. We didn’t need extra warmth but lit the fire anyway and the glowing ambiance was the icing on the cake.

We had a great time at this venue. Tucked into the hills amongst the vineyards and a short drive to Queenstown and surrounding sights and delights.
Wonderful host, who kept us informed of local goings on and things to try. Very amicable and thoughtful.
Would recommend!

Perfect spot to return to for a peaceful evening after a day of winelands, biking, hiking (or winter sports). Everything has been thought of - from generous supply of coffee pods to expansive windows overlooking valley and mountains beyond. Piggies, birdcall and very comfortable bedding extra bonuses. I love finding special little places like this around the world.

This is a very special property with amazing hosts! As a family we spent two weeks in this accomodation utilising it as a base for a skiing holiday. It’s well set up for a family with everything you would expect.
Beryl and Sheryl the resident pigs on the property were a huge hit with my 8 year old daughter.
We will be staying again and again I’m sure!

Bannockburn?
Property presented well with lovely outlook to hills. Excellent heating did not require the fire. We found the kitchen area small though well equipped, it was difficult to manage breakfast requiring using the toaster in the lounge!
We also understood the property to be located in Bannockburn not the Gibbston Valley. Though the Valley is beautiful we preferred Bannockburn area.

Gorgeous stay in the hills
The accommodation was just what we needed. Maintained to a high standard, underfloor heating meant the place was toasty throughout the stay, so the wood burner was only really needed for the aesthetic experience. Kitchen has a decent set of pans and crockery should you eat in, although storage space is limited. Basics like oils and seasonings were on hand as well as tea, coffee and Nespresso pods.
The bed was so comfortable and high quality linens used.
Lynne was responsive to a couple of issues we had and we’d definitely recommend staying here if you enjoy a bit if solitude.
If you do want to head out there’s 5 cellar doors you could walk to (plus Kinross which has several more), a walking trail by the river and it’s a 20-25 minute drive to Queenstown

Gorgeous views and perfect holiday base
We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment. It was spotless and welcoming - a real home away from home with everything we needed - toiletries in the bathrooms, firewood for the log burner and milk and a welcome snack for a cup of tea.
Lynne was a wonderful host with a warm greeting when we arrived, there if we needed her but otherwise unseen.
The views from the house are spectacular and the inside is comfortable - even nicer than in the photos. The beds were great and the house is cosy and warm.
We would love to stay again!

Amazing views and location. Absolute luxury but still with that home away from home feeling. Beryl and Sheryl were the cherries on top. Can't wait to book for another stay.

Another fantastic stay
We retuned for another great stay at Lynne and Tony’s beautiful property at Gibbston. Peaceful and quiet location with great views of the mountains and upper valley. Property is immaculately presented with everything needed for a stay away from home.

A Slice of Paradise
Such a beautiful place to stay. My wife and I just returned from a 6 night stay at this lovely home, and we would have loved to have stay for another week or two. Lynne is a phenomenal owner/manager. The place is beautiful with lovely views 360 degrees. The location is perfect. Right in the middle of wine country and only 20-30 minutes from Queenstown/Arrowtown/Cromwell. The Bed was comfortable, the Laundry machines worked perfectly. The shower pressure was fine. Gibbston Valley and Chard Farm vineyards within 5 minutes drive. Fantastic. I highly recommend this property, and we will absolutely look to stay here again.
Lynne, tell Beryl and Cheryl that we miss them. Hope you guys are well and hope to see you soon.

Well positioned for our holiday activities in this region. Queenstown is easy to get to from the property and so is the Cromwell and Alexandra areas
