Worst experience in my life

I made my reservation and I show up and when I get there they told me was no room available for me. Not even with my Reservation #. And they’re charge my credit card me for the room even there not give me any room at all, They’re told me the hotel was overbooked The neighborhood is so dangerous and was some people outside using drugs.

Been more serous in the business and Find better customer services people.

Stay was great!!!

Location, room was close to elevator , clean, spacious, bed was comfortable.

Didn’t know it was an extended stay, elevators had a bad odor, lucky for me ..I always travel with a candle, disinfectant spray and wipes!!!

They didn't have the key reader to issue keys fixed they told us would be fixed the next day it wasn't they said someone would always answer the phone for us to get in to unlock our room was a lie I waited a hour one time for someone to let me in. They also said they would charge me to clean my room if I hadn't been there for a week first we end up leaving a night early we were ready to go

I wish I had found another place to stay for the night

The only thing good about this hotel was the front desk lady was nice

The beds were so hard and uncomfortable and you could tell the bathroom wasn’t and shower wasn’t swept and cleaned out. There was other peoples hair all over the place.

Something I didn’t like was the fact that the tower must be exchanged while I have meeting all day and come back while they closed the reception.

Great staff but the room wasn't up to par.

I liked how amazing the staff was at making my room available. Also how friendly the staff was.

I did find a cockroach in my room. Sheets also didn't seem clean.

well it property. everyone that stays there minds their own business. heard a few cars blasting music, but I was on the top floor so it wasn’t that bad. could also here doors closing in the hallway.

I stood there waiting to be served nobody helped me I arrived at the first wood spring Dallas Plano Central Legacy Drive and was sent to the location in McKinney. I was told the room isn't ready for me for me because it smells like dog and they don't feel like it's apporpriate to put me in the room. The rooms are tiny and crappy honestly. the fridge is old and outdated.

I will not stay there again.

The washroom was clean, the bed was comfortable, view from the window was great.

No iron stand or iron in the room, so I get to wear my old clothes instead of new ones which I brought. No carpet in the room The elevator had some debris the night I came to the hotel and the same debris was present the next day I left the hotel.

Typically a decent inexpensive hotel, but this time I didn't even get what I paid for.

I've stayed here on several occasions because the location fits my needs. The staff is usually friendly and before this most recent stay, I hadn't experienced any issues. The rooms are nice and have a small kitchenettes and full size refrigerators. Which is great, when they work.

There are no bathroom amenities, other than soap. Luckily, I brought some shampoo this time, but I don't always, because every hotel I've ever stayed in had at least shampoo in the bathroom. Most have shampoo and conditioner, but this one had nothing but 2 little bars of soap. The biggest issue this time was the refrigerator/freezer in my room didn't work. It was running, but I think it was actually warmer inside the fridge than in the room. The freezer was the same way. I told the front desk the next morning, in hopes they would fix the issue while I was gone, but when I returned that evening, the fridge still didn't work. I told the guy at the front desk, and when he looked up my room number, he said, "Oh yeah, it's been broken for a while. They probably put you in that room because you were only staying a couple nights and probably didn't need the fridge." If they would have told me upfront the fridge wasn't working, I wouldn't have been happy, but would have been more understanding. To find out after the fact that they already knew the fridge wasn't working is disappointing. The guy working the desk did offer to put some of my items in the office fridge, but that meant I had to come back later to pick them up.
