The breakfast was fantastic every day with an abundant selection. Jeff even made it a point to prepare a meal to meet my wife's food intake restricts regarding dairy and gluten. On days we were heading out early they were always up early to ensure we had a meal before departing.
Nothing, this was a perfect stay and no one would be disappointed with a visit to this location.

Wonderful location, beautiful setting! Owners were very accommodating, breakfast was delicious!

We liked the location a great deal and the building itself was in a lovely garden- isolated but convenient to sights we wanted to see and a short drive to an excellent restaurant - the Topopo Lodge.
The bed was very uncomfortable - a double rather than a queen and so high off the ground that I needed a stool to get in and out - which wasn't provided until I asked. The breakfast was disappointing, there was a platter of smoked salmon and a fruit salad which we enjoyed but instead of fresh eggs and crisp toast - there were dried out eggs left on a steam tray, limp toast, grey boiled sausages.

Location was perfect for my plans - drive Tail of the Dragon. Everything else was a bonus. They had a hot tub which I didn't notice on the website. The fire pit was next to a creek which was nice. Hot breakfast was great. The first morning I was up early enough to get it hot off the griddle. The second morning I got breakfast out of a chafing dish, but it was still good.
Sounds in the rest of the downstairs penetrated my room easily. Clanking of dishes during breakfast prep at 5:30 am, even though there was a bathroom between my wall and the kitchen.

sorry but nothing to like about the property.
The property does not offer wifi although it states it. The owner walks around in a robe while cooking breakfast. He allows the dog to lick the frying pans before putting them in the dishwasher. The place smelled of dog urine. They have 3 dogs and nothing was mentioned. The bedroom doesn't have an entry lock just a push button. The owner went into the room claiming he was cleaning but all the garbage cans were full. I mention the room is all set that he didn't need to do anything yet he went into the room. There is no television in the room and the only one they have is shared with them, since they live there. The place is great for hikers. While we were there, it was a revolving door with hikers. So if you are a couple looking to be in Creekside Paradise this is not the place for you!!! The pictures they have are not current. The place needs a lot of tender loving care .

Jeff and Cynthia are genuine nice, kind and open-minded people that make your stay feel like home. Breakfast is amazing, the bedroom is wonderful and the surroundings are breathtaking. This is not a place to spend hours on your phone or laptop. It's a place to disconnect from the online world and enjoy mother nature. The hot tub is a must try!

I loved how hospitable Cynthia and Jeff were. They helped us a lot with destinations and trails for us to visit. The breakfast was delicious and meticulously prepared! We had great conversations, played with the dogs and the room was very cozy and comfortable. The whole stay was just fantastic. I will certainly recommend their place to friends and family and looking forward to visiting their place again!
Almost nothing. You just need to make sure you download the map offline from Google maps because up there you don't have a good phone signal or internet coverage.

The owners were very gracious Jeff and Cindy did a great job hosting us for 3 nights
A little ways away from town for resturants other than breakfast

Everything is fantastic! Jeff and Cynthia are very nice and considerate. They really made our stay an unforgettable memory. Trees and mountains surround the property, and there is a lovely creek in front of the house. The beds are so comfy, and breakfast is so tasty, it beats a 5-star hotel's breakfast. They also have the hot tub on the patio and a fire pit near the creek. What's more, we are happy to meet the host's three friendly dogs, Travis, Luis, and Joe. They did a good job protecting us from the unexpected bear/wild animal encounters when we were sitting near the fire pit roasting marshmallows. What you only need to do is just relaxing and soaking yourself in the smoky mountain breeze. We definitely will come back next year and stay longer at this place!

Beautiful views everywhere, with a creek providing the relaxing white noise of surf.
I had hoped to be IN the creek, but the only accessible area was full of silt to be removed in the coming week.
