No me gustó que fui al hotel y como estaba lleno ( eso me dijeron) me llevaron a otro, no era el que elegí YO.
Y como era tarde de noche me tuve que quedar, al que me llevaron ellos.
No me gustó la forma de proceder

The staff is very polite and helpful and responds quickly to anything you might need. Breakfast was actually was much better than I thought it would be. The shower was hot and the water pressure was good. The airport transfer worked out very well. The hotel has a lot of character and is very clean. The location actually isn’t too bad. If you are someone who enjoys walking and exploring, you will find ATMs, a supermarket, and plenty of places to eat. It’s definitely the kind of hotel that someone who appreciates staying in a real neighborhood would enjoy. I look forward to staying here again. Thanks to Omar and his crew.
Those who let small things irritate them, should probably stay elsewhere.

Le personnel était très agréable. Le petit déjeuner complet. Bon WiFi. Hôtel calme et propre.
La climatisation n'était pas très efficace. Les photos du site ne correspondaient pas vraiment pour la chambre.

The shower was good. The room was fairly big.
The room looked nothing like the one I clicked on on Booking. Arriving five hours late after my flight from Praia being very late (and being very thirsty), I had to pay $2.50 for a bottle of water (there was only a small bottle of water provided). The bathroom was grubby, especially the shower floor. Only one of two receptionists spoke any English at all. The A/C didn’t work very well and when asking for it to be fixed, nothing changed.

the place is very clean very very clean. the bed is extremely comfortable. there is a fridge and a kettle. not so bad. you can live in your room. tv isnt working. its worth the money though the rooms are small and dark. if you want a comfortable night stay just to sleep then id recommend. not really to stay during the day.
sugar, milk and hot water shouldnt be something to be limited. just put them on the table lol. i literally got half a cup of milk and half a cup of hot water haha. i made the rest of the tea in my room. because i couldnt ask for more. next time put a flask there for refill. people cant drink more than 5 cups.
on arrival, the door was locked and i was met by a not so friendly girl. not so good overall first impression. the lady receptionist would rather be somewhere else ...she should change her attitude because i think it will affect your business. afterall she is the face of the hotel right!@. as i left , i also observed how another group was being welcomed. . the other staff servers were respectful and courteous.

Geographical location is good
From the moment I arrived, I could sense the dampness lingering in the air, accompanied by an unpleasant smell that permeated the surroundings. The walls and floor bore the visible signs of dampness, with noticeable patches scattered throughout. To make matters worse, the room I stayed in was plagued by mold, an unbearable odor, and water seeping through the roof. Despite my desire to switch hotels, I had already paid for the entire week, and the staff refused to provide a refund. It was a truly disappointing and unfortunate experience.

The hotel is very well located. You can reach major places from the hotel at affordable prices by taxi.
The rooms need renovation because there is a lot of humidity in the rooms. The smell of the toilet very often enters the room

The place is quite Clean and the location is great.
there was no elevator

Great location even if a bit noisy. Fair price. The staff in place were correct. Cleanliness was OK, except for the very dusty ventilation in the bathroom which would result in dust all over the sink every time there was some wind outside.
The bathroom was a bit broken. One day before arrival I was told they couldn't offer me a room, without offering any alternative. Luckily after I went in person to the hotel they confirmed availability and excused the error.

I reserved a room since the 28th of february to stay from the the 27th to 30th of april but when I arrived in dakar and called them they told me they could not host me because they were full. I had to contact booking to inform them about the situation and find another location with the help of the locals. Already exhausted the man who answered the Phone was rude and not proffessional at all. Booking offered me another place but by then i've already found another place. I definately dont recomend this place at all.

Of all the hotels that I've stayed at in the Dakar/Thies area, this one is the best value I've seen so far!
The rooms are clean and generally in good repair, and the room decor reminds me of Japanese style. One particularly interesting feature of the rooms is the proper French bidets! The rest of the hotel suggests that the management is also interested/involved in the art community, as the pictures and wallpaper designs suggest.
Staff were very kind and helpful, particularly when helping me address problems we encountered in getting my wife from the airport.
Breakfast was simple but tasty and filling, and the location is convenient to a supermarket, several banks/ATMs, and one of the best restaurants I've ever eaten at (Alloo Sushi and Foods)!
There was a safe in the room, but it was closed and locked, so I couldn't use it.

There was a corridor light outside my bedroom was bright and didn’t turn off, and unfortunately my bedroom door was glass, so I couldn’t sleep very well with the light coming into the room. Otherwise i would definitely recommend this place.

I like that my room was spacious and my bed was comfortable.
The water pressure was unacceptable. Some nights I had to literally leave the tap on and wait for the water to come out later. Also the bathroom window didn’t actually have a window nor screen installed. So, mosquitoes were constantly in my room. Also, I was on the 4th floor and had to walk up and down everyday. No elevator. The staff didn’t really speak any English so I couldn’t really get any local suggestions good restaurants and such. I had Google translate but it didn’t really work with them. The breakfast wasn’t much, so be prepared. They even ran out of eggs one morning and were only able to serve bread.
