OBLIGATORY CHARGES to be paid on arrival in cash:
- Local tourist tax CHF 5,00 / day / person from 14 years.
- cleaning of the apartment CHF 380 per week.
- Linen-package (bedlinen, towels, bathmats, kitchen-
towels CHF 210 per week.
- Electric current consumption à conto CHF 160 per
week (CHF 0,80/KWH) upon counter
.If the consumption is less, the difference will be given
back, if higher to be paid on departure day in cash.

OPTIONAL charges:
- Parking for VAN CHF 210 per week
- Indoor pool CHF 35 / person / week.
- Extra towel CHF 3,00. To wash the barony-laundry by
the tourist ist not allowed

RULES:
- Possible defects must be reported immediately for
retification. Notes during or after check-out are
invalid .
-The kitchen and utensils must be left clean. Otherwise
the cleaning will be charged.

The BARONY is riun by owener, who lives on site and is
available to help at any time.


GREEN OASIS within 2 km to center Lugano.

The castle-like "Barony Le Pergole" with 3 villas with maisonette apartments (non-smoker) and each with its own entrance directly from outside and different sizes for 1-9 people is located in the most exclusive district of Lugano-Castagnola-Cortivo at the foot of Monte Brè (Switzerland's most sunlit mountain) near the lake (70 m linear distance).

Situated peaceful and sunny away from the disturbance of communal and cantonal-roads between private blind street and the antique Olive-foot-path to the antique fisher's village "Gandria" (1,3 km) the Barony thrones over a terraced Mediterranean tree-garden with scarce flora and panoramaview of Lake Lugano and the nearby mountains.
The shared indoor pool 4 x 8 m ( with charge) with 110 m2 sunbathing-terraces with deckchairs, parasols and table tennis is in function from June until end of September and can be used by people, swimmers aged 8 years and over must be accompanied by adults.

Mattresses and covers, towels, parasols, ping-pong-utensils are deposited for free use in the little garden-house nearby the indoor-pool as also the washing-machine and dryer.

The indoor-pool can be closed at any time due to the Corona pandemic due to official regulations.

However, there is within 130 m on private street and stairs down to the lake a municipal boat- and bath-stage and a small shingle-beach for sporty people: Free of charge.

To the the "Lido San Domenico" with swimming in the lake ca. 500 m: chargeable.
