The scenery
The room we booked was given to a walk-in guests and we were only informed when we arrived at the property. We were given another room to stay which didn’t fit a 6 pax comfortably and offered a P500 refund, which I didn’t get. We were left with no choice but to accept it as it was too late to look for another place to stay. We were travelling with 2 seniors and a toddler who were already tired. The room smells moldy and the CR was not that clean. An extra matress was provided but it was too thin and smelly than you can feel the coldness from the floor. It’s good that we bought dinner on our way to the place as guests were discouraged to cook due to water shortage. Shower heater was also not working. Instead of celebrating my dad’s bday, we just slept our disappointment away. A total disaster!

The Breakfast was great- would’ve like more options. View from our room was excellent. Staff were all accommodating and friendly.
Place was very hard to get to. Cab drivers charge more because “it’s far” from town. Refrigerator in room would have been nice. Did not notice towels. Could use thicker mattress.

Location is fantastic views of La Trinidad😊.
Only the road to Homestay is a bit difficult.

WE LITERALLY PAID JUST FOR THE VIEW!!! EXTREMELY DIRTY!!! MOLDS AND DUST ARE ALL OVER THE PLACE!!! AND THE OWNER IS VERY RUDE!!!
We had made a reservation for a 3-nights stay from January 19th to 22nd, which cost us 9,078.80 Php. We had INFORMED THE OWNER IN ADVANCE that WE MIGHT ARRIVE LATE at AROUND 11PM due to work commitments in Manila. However, we were EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with the condition of the place when we arrived. The tables, chairs, and other furniture were COVERED IN MOLD AND DUST, and we had to clean them ourselves just to be able to use them, especially we had a baby with us. The bed and pillows had an unpleasant smell too. Moreover, there was no fridge inside the room, and we had to request one. When they delivered the fridge, it was EXTREMELY DIRTY, and we had to clean it ourselves before we could use it. We were also provided with only 2 thin bath towels, despite booking the place for 4 people.
To make matters worse, THE OWNER WAS INCREDIBLY RUDE AND UNWELCOMING. Upon our arrival, she DIDN'T EVEN GREET US PROPERLY and questioned whether we had a reservation and WHY WE WERE LATE. On the second day of our stay, she told us that WE COULDN'T COOK OUR OWN BREAKFAST YET BECAUSE THEY HAD TO COOK FOR OTHER GUESTS. We were surprised because we thought WE WERE ALSO HER GUESTS, and she did not inform us beforehand that we had to cook early for our breakfast. The OWNER'S BEHAVIOR TOWARDS US WAS UNACCEPTABLE.
Finally, upon check-out, the owner ignored us completely, despite seeing us leaving. We feel that such POOR SERVICE AND TREATMENT towards paying customers is unacceptable and therefore would NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone.

Mountain-top views of La Trinidad city in the valley below, as well as (currently) undeveloped land with Carabao.
Hosts were friendly and enjoy interacting with their guests. Good hospitality and made you feel welcome.
They even invited all guests to a free dispededa dinner celebration outside at their porch eating area.
Relatively quiet and relaxed atmosphere, unless someone is singing karaoke or construction is occurring on the roads or houses that are being built in the surrounding area.
Free Wifi was one of the only bonuses.
Location is remote on a mountain top, which means it is about a 20~30 minute ride one way through tight mountain-town streets to get there or back to Baguio city. This also means that if you're taking a taxi or grab, some drivers may decide part of the way up the mountain that they don't want to complete the trip, and take you back to your original pickup point.
If taking a grab, you may also find that drivers will scarcely accept the ride from the top of the mountain, which lead to us waiting almost 30 minutes before a driver that was nearby accepted our ride.
We booked a room specifically with a mountain view, but when we arrived, they tried to give us a room with a window facing a rock wall (zero visibility of anything but the rock), saying that they prioritize walk-in bookings, and they had a walk-in who booked the room with the mountain view before we had arrived at the correct check-in time. They tried to sell us an upgraded room that would be twice the price, but we had booked the original room with the budget of that room in mind.
After my (filipina) girlfriend spoke with them and requested a room with a mountain view because we had booked that in advance for that reason, also mentioning that other hotels had given us free upgrades when there was an issue of the hotel's fault, they then offered to let us stay in an upgraded room for one night at no additional charge until the walk-in guest left the next day, then they would move us back into our originally booked room.
In the end, they let us stay in the upgraded room for both nights of our stay, at the originally booked lower rate, but they didn't communicate this to us during the stay, so we spent most of the 2nd day with our bags repacked and waiting for them to move us, instead of being able to relax and enjoy the day.

Super nettes Homestay.

The personnel are well accomodating as well as the owner. 10 stars are not enough for them it should 100 stars. Worth it to go back in this place. The overlooking view of baguio city in morning and evening is breath taking.
I don't have any dislikes but suggestions to all the guest that you should have your own car if you go there but they offer taxi reservation.

Lovely homestay run by a super nice family. You will have a nice view to enjoy your coffee and food.
After exploring Baguio and surroundings this was the perfect place to relax for a night :)

Firstly, the room that I rented was not what I paid for. I had paid for a room with two beds, a balcony view, and a private bathroom just like in the picture. However, they gave us two separate single-sized rooms on the first floor and shared bathroom and it was frustrating. Secondly, the staff accommodations were poor. She just asked if everything is alright and just left, and when i realized that I needed slippers and went to the front desk, no one was available to talk to. This is the worst hotel experience I have had, and I would never come back here again.

The view at night, because you can see the city lights from La Trinidad town proper
The location. It's too far and like a dead end, it's rocky, up and down hill (super steep) Jeeps and taxi are not that accessible coming when you are to go out

great overview of the study, cold climate
i already shared feedback in the other booking. i hope the facilites improved and expectations are set straight to guests

has a great overview of the city
facilities need improvement and the expectations should be clearly stated - the lady owner doesnt seem familiar with how bookings in this app work. we booked the suite room on 3rd floor and informed the owner thru chat that we have pet dogs, they acknowledged and said okay. upon arrival, the lady owner said that they dont allow dogs in that room and eating inside so we are downgraded to 2nd floor. we’re downgraded but I only got 600 php refund. the studio rooms indeed faucets that need to be changed because it’s not working properly, as well as the kitchen cabinets have some items stored that i don’t think it’s appropriate (i.e. bottom part of electric kettle with cord), especialy if the kettle is not really there. charges for pets apply, 250php each day. No toiletries, bath towels provided are thin and torn. there’s a shared kitchen on 1st floor that you have to pay 200php for cooking in the stove.

None.
I wouldn't recommend this hotel due to it's remote location.
The road leading was a rough narrow road next to a cliff without barricade. Very dangerous for inexperienced drivers and late night driving. It's not very accessible to commuters, public transportation is about 2 blocks away. We were at the edge of the cliff leading to the facility when we decided to not move forward with my booking. All the information about the state of the facility was only communicated after my booking was no longer refundable. The ad was really misleading.
