Camera bellissima in una villetta con vista mare, camera non nuovissima ovviamente come da nome della struttura, ma piena di carattere, chi ama il vintage è nel posto giusto
niente tutto bello

Location and (part of) the staff
Place was poorly maintained.

Great location and view. Lovely space lots of amenities. Room was so comfy. Nice little garden area to sit out in
Was quite warm and not a lot of aircon

After booking the accommodation I read some of the reviews and thought about cancelling. I am so happy that I didn’t. This accomodation is an authentic Cinque Terre home. It’s in a great location. Riomaggiore is a small fishing village surrounded by national park with beautiful hiking trails. Some people may think the accommodation is outdated but in my opinion your getting a real stay in a Cinque Terre home compared to a basic tourist trap. Great value for money.

location was great, and this was the only positive point for the Old Farm House.
Wi-Fi, didn't work. window lock was broken. the shower faucet was brocket and was difficult to operate.
manager didn't care about all of that, and didn't try to help

The view is amazing!
- The address provided on Booking.com is only the renting "office", not the appartments' address. They are waaaay high in the city, so if you are with an elderly, young children or people out of shape, this is not for you.
- The air conditioning was functional, but to a bare minimum.

The room was very nice with terrace seaview and a lot of flowers
all good

We arrived later than expected and the owner was kind enough to wait for us and help us, even if that meant adjusting his plans. The appartment was big and the views from the terrace were amazing. All in all, it was a very good experience.
Nothing, everything was good.
3.5
Amazing view and great to have the outdoor space. The location is great with quick and easy access to the train station. It was also good to have the street lift open until 1am when coming from the centre of town to save walking up hill after a few drinks! Our room was bright and breezy and there was a ceiling fan to keep us cool in the night. Easy to check in/out.
The front door lock is broken with only one of two screws holding the latch together, so no real security. The guy that showed us to the place didn’t really show us anything so we missed this lock issue and also had to search for the right light switches. No soundproofing between the different apartments…you can literally hear the neighbours on the toilet. Overall it could be more looked after, with much of the flowers/trees overgrown, lots of old leaves, furniture and bits and pieces are scattered around what could be a great outdoor space, and much of the furniture is old and worn. We enjoyed our stay but think that half the price would have been a more fair price for the place.

THE VIEW
3.1
The room was huge and had a great ocean view. The patio was great to sit on. The main owner was also very lovely and helped us with our transport.
The location advertised on the listing was the location of the main office only. The actual property was a 10 minute walk away (including an elevator), almost on the other side of town, which was disappointing.
4.8
I booked Old Farm House without having photos on booking.com, and when i arrived there..."Oh my God" amazing. The staff let us to put our baggages before check in, when you woke up in the morning you have a pradise panorama view. The rooms are clean and in beautiful vintage stile, the bad its confortable, the bathroom clean and the garden with a lot of flowers.
