Les portes qui ne ferment pas à l'interieur La difficulté à garer une voiture. On prend facilement la place d'un voisin, qui n'est pas content. Or les places ne sont pas mentionnées comme réservées.

Excellent stay for those who need to be close to the airport or simply want to explore Bologna.

Very nice rooms with kitchen, perfect for accommodating two or three people. The communication with the hostess was impeccable. I received instant replies to any questions I had. Any guidelines that were given were clear and easy.

Comfortable and well positioned, with excellent service provided

The location was perfect for the airport. The apartment met our needs well. And particularly, the hostess was friendly, charming and very helpful- even offering to take us to the airport in the context of the limited availability of taxis due to bad weather.

Fantastic stay, I would recommend

the apartment is so quirky decorated in the most bizarre yet beautiful way. It used to be a butchers which has now been converted and what a wonderful job they have done

it was a very short but extremely pleasant overnight stay for 3people and an excellent price

It was full of lovely artwork and ancient objects collected by the owner. an eclectic mix of beautiful and interesting things. The owner was very friendly helpful and charming. she spoke excellent English and went above and beyond to help us and recommended where to eat in Bologna

Quirky and fascinating property in great location

Claudia helped us to find the location and gave us a warm and friendly welcome. The house is fascinating with lots of unusual and interesting artifacts and the location is great - especially if you want to visit the Ducati museum/factory! The airport is also close by, as are many shops and restaurants. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed.

Superb

Location is great if you want to visit the Ducati factory. It's a bit of a walk from the train station but doable, even in +36c weather. There are shops and restaurants nearby. The property is very nice and lots cool decorations !

Property was quite hot during our visit. There was a portable AC unit in one of the bedrooms.

Very nice

Claudia was very nice and more than helpful with our short stay while travelling to Florence for the Mugello moto GP 2022. Everything was explained ahead of our arrival and easy to find from the airport. (15 minutes by taxi).

Nice experience!

We didn't have the time to spend much time in the apartment as we stayed a few hours to sleep and rest but it was perfect for us that we wanted to be near the airport! We also had a great communication with Claudia. She answered all my questions and reacted well with our delayed arrival. I recommend it, especially if you are looking a place near the airport.

We couldn't find the WiFi password but it was also our fault because we didn't ask. Nothing else to say.

Great location and value for Money, Claudia the host was absolutly brilliant,helping with everything

I like absolutely everything, the location was perfect for us to get from the airport from a late arrival and still easy enough to get into town. The decor was very interesting and unique which I loved. Claudia was an amazing host assisting with a very late check in to buying bus tickets to get back to the airport. I have nothing negative to say about my stay, loved every minute.

Close to Ducati factory and airport Bologna

Large 2 bedroom apartment.... it was like a museum with many art pieces around. Kitchen facilities including large fridge. Host very helpful on arrival.

Just a bit of noise from residence above in early evening quiet by 9:30 at nighttime
