Bel giardino esterno, staff molto gentile e disponibile
Tubazioni dei bagni abbastanza rumorose, porta di ingresso alle stanze che continuava a sbattere, la stanza non mi ha convinto; essendo in una villa mi sarei aspettata un interno ed un arredo più di charme

The staff was very nice and helpful
The room was very small, the breakfast was very poor (there was barely any choice) and during the night there was constantly a very loud alarm going on and off until 1:40am. It was definitely NOT worth even half the price i paid.

Breakfast very low in choice, AC not working, no heating in October with 9C by night.

Staff was really friendly. It helped me with a lot of my queries and guidance around the city. There are two restaurants in the property but I was afraid to try due to the breakfast. Very closed to the Ducati Factory and Museum. Very big garden but for me it was useless.
Breakfast with very limited options. Your choices are: "Yes I will have breakfast" and "No, I will not have breakfast"
Air conditioner did not work properly. Either it seems to be a small unit compared to the room size or it requires maintenance. It is loud as well, had to use ear plugs to be able to sleep. Too much vinegar for softening the towels, you can smell it. I had the impression I was smelling vinegar after shower. Space is very good for events and not for staying. For sure you can find better value for money in the town.

The staff, the gardens, the restaurant, the breakfast, the proximity to the city.
The fact that we couldn't sleep through the night since it was so hot in the room. The airco was functionning but did nothing to cool down the room. What is the point of a hotel if you cannot sleep through the night. Really sorry about this note because everything else was so perfect.

Nice place, close to the bus stop taking you to the airport. Only spent a night there (arriving late in the evening and leaving early in the morning) but I liked it.
The room was spacious, the ceiling is high which gives you the impression of an even bigger space. Big bathroom and shower, both equipped with everything needed.
Would definitely stay again!

The air conditioner wasn't working very well so it took a couple days to cool off room in August.

Very convenient location to explore the city. Ample parking in the shade. Large garden around the house. Staff were all very nice. We tried one of the two restaurants, it was exceptional.
The rooms seemed older than the building itself with outdated furniture, lumpy pillows, and no soundproofing. Every noise from other rooms and the very loud traffic from the nearby road were audible.
Breakfast was a disappointment, only sugar bombs, not even a piece of fresh fruit or eggs, no savory options. One person had to run the reception desk as well as assemble and serve everybody's breakfast. Some additional staff and a few healthier breakfast options would make a huge difference.

The staff was outstanding! The property was roomy and in a good location for our visit to the Ducati factory. The restaurant was very good! Parking was amazing, especially for Italy!
It was good for Italy, but by US standards the room seemed small and the bathroom was functional but dated. There were not enough plugs for the connected traveler.

Great staff. English language was no problem. Very nice surroundings, open spaces, grass and trees. Nice estate.. The restaurant seems to be fully booked most times, andjudging by the menu, a bit pricey. We didn't get a chance to try it as it wass all booked up. Staed there for one night before flying back home.
All in all a great place to stay.

Evening Resturant. Convenient for airport.
No link from reception to rooms, poor lighting and signage in car park when arrive in dark late , 20.30!! No lift in room area to end floor, with heavy bag a challenge. Breakfast choice poor. Expensive really 125 euro b& b
