Excelent - liniste si confort cu adevarat de 4*

Nu as fi crezut ca un hotel din Bulgaria ma poate surprinde atat de placut. Am luat ultima camera disponibila, care era Economy si nu aveam asteptari prea mari. Camera este foarte spatioasa si are chiar si vedere laterala la mare si balcon. Dealtfel, cred ca toate camerele au cel putin vedere laterala, nefiind camere pe spate. - CAMERA: foarte curata, pat si perne f confortabile, minibar inclus si reaprovizionat zilnic (multe hoteluri all-inclusive percep bani pe produsele din minibar, in timp ce ei nu), aparat de cafea cu capsule Lavazza, suficiente umerase, uscator de par puternic, uscator de rufe pe balcon. - HOTELUL este foarte curat si ofera multiple facilitati SPA, personalul de la receptie de nota 10+ - RESTAURANTUL ofera mancare foarte buna, se gateste curat, la vedere. Mancarea este destul de variata raportat la capacitatea hotelului (zilnic exista cel putin 1 tip de porc, unul de pui si unul de peste, plus uneori curcan, fructe de mare, etc plus diverse garnituri de cartofi, orez si alte legume pe plita sau la cuptor, o multime de salate proaspete, branzeturi, sosuri si o varietate mare de deserturi si fructe) - BAUTURA - calitativa raportat la alte hoteluri de 3 si 4 stele, dar nu top. Au bere buna si bauturi locale (Savoy si altele), sucuri la dozator (cola, fanta, sprite, apa tonica) dar bune, nediluate, dozator de sucuri naturale necarbogazoase, apa si cafea la discretie. Au si un vin spumant/prosecco destul de bun. Bautura pare mai buna in lobby. - PLAJA curata, cu nisip fin si intrare lina in apa, incepe imediat langa hotel si are suficiente sezlonguri la orice ora - 4 LIFTURI, f multe raportat la capacitatea hotelului - POLITICA 16+ se traduce intr-o medie de varsta de vreo 50 ani (jumatate fiind pensionari), insa vine totodata si cu liniste, curatenie si alta calitate a oamenilor (nu prea am vazut farfurii mormanite si risipa). Este ideal pentru persoanele care cauta liniste, insa te poti plictisi rapid - FOARTE APROAPE de Old Town Nessebar

Sugestii (a nu se considera recenzie negativa): - nu ar strica putina muzica (macar in surdina) la piscina - ar putea fi puse mai multe mese de 2 persoane pe terasa, predomina cele duble, pt grupuri, desi majoritatea sunt cupluri si ocupa mese mari 2 pers, valabil si pe terasa de la lobby

Everything was perfect

Every detail about the hotel was perfect. The food is very diverse, fresh and super delicious, for example in the evening we ate scallops or salmon. The room was very clean and spacious, and the hotel staff was very nice and gave us a better room than we originally booked. The beach is very large and clean, you can find free sunbeds at any time. We will definitely come back here very soon.

A comfortable dream vacation at the beach, with all comfort... and a view!

We chose the Biljana Hotel for its beach location, view, and indoor heated pool. We want to congratulate the hotel manager for training staff to keep the level of a high-class establishment. All of the staff members are professional, efficient kind and polite, always ready to go beyond their duty to help and solve problems. They knew the standards and followed the house rules carefully, with a smile. The all-inclusive meals are tasty and varied. One can always choose fish (marinated and/or cooked), pork, beef and chicken. The warm menu (including soups) differs every day, keeping the salad choice and dessert constant. It was astonishing the hotel managed to keep the variety of choices even if there were only a few guests in-house. The spa offers a good choice of service and the indoor pool (heated to 26°C) is better than you would imagine seeing the pictures. Its size allows you to swim 50 meters if you take the whole loop! The hotel is ON the beach, so the elevator gets you right there! The room we chose had a full view over the beach, sea and old town island so it was a dream! It is seldom that a hotel has a real fridge! I mean a fridge with compressor, very silent, that can provide 4°C or less! Great choice! As for the vicinity, there is a very good supermarket 3 minutes walk away, the old town can be reached half an hour on foot. Excellent.

The room air conditioner did not work on "heating". Because of the very cold month of May, it was rather chilly even indoors!

Location. Sea proximity. Fine sand .Room comfort. Cleanness .Food variety.Staff behavior.All at superlative.

Might be some dishes overcooked ( mainly fish and beef)

Excellent accomodation

We had the pleasure to spend our vacation at Bilyana Beach Hotel. Our stay was very pleasant. We loved how spacious our room was, very clean & with a beautiful interior design. We also enjoyed the food, drinks & the entertainment programs each evening. The beach is very close and I loved the privacy thar it offers. I recommend to spend your vacation here.

There was one ingredient used more often, in many dishes, I think something like curry, which we didn‘t liked so much.

Lovely stay

We will come back to this hotel because it is the best hotel we've stayed in, along the Bulgarian riviera. The adults only is a thing we enjoyed. The beach was so close, the beach bar offers drinks all day long. The personal at reception and restaurant very helpful. The only thing I had to do was to ask for shower gel, the cleaning lady did not replace. And one day in room429, she did not bring towels and our old mother had not towels.

I know it is a big problem, but cleaning people more profy would be better.

Very good

Great location, impeccable rooms, superb pool and clean beach. Food was ok, but it was better and more diverse last year. Would definitely come back.

Some plates were not clean and I really didn't like this. At every meal I had to change 2 or 3 oily or unclean plates before finding a clean one.

What to consider as a group of teens / teen couple

The fact that we had our own beach, the bar closed at 11p.m., we played volleyball at 5p.m., ping pong table, good enough gym, the view and the pool.

The entertainers were the most bored people I've ever seen(sorry for them), they couldn't keep a score and they just checked activities on their notepad without being actually invested in any of them. Also, the food was mediocre, but varied.

Nice weekend stay

Hotel is nice and clean. Service works well at all customer touch points. Beach is right in front and no issue to find space at any time of the day. Transfer Organisation is working well from airport. Fairly quite but not dead!

Some of the fitness machines where broken. Dinner buffet was a bit simple and repetitive

Not bad, but I wouldn't return

• Very clean and beautiful room • Comfortable bed • Right on the beach • The room is breezy with the terrace door open, and I didn't even need the AC on

• Too few parking spots. They send you off to another private parking a couple of minutes walk from the hotel (10 leva/day) • The food was 2-3 days old. Hey, don't get me wrong, I appreciate the "waste not" idea, but not when the food starts to taste bad. And even at full hotel capacity? I mean, come on ... • The entertainment is another minus. Those animators looked like they hated their jobs and had zero animation skills.

Beautiful days

Localisation, the staff, clean room and facilities, very good food and individual meals prepared by cooks, quiet in hotel and surrounding, all inclusive, sunbeds included.

Superb

The location is very beautiful and the fact that we had access to the beach was more than wonderful for us. The food and drinks were availble the hole day so we had whatever we needed at every hour. We had a great vacation at Bilyana!

Maybe the diversity of the food can be improved and also the level of english of the staff... We met a lot employees of the hotel that didn't understood a word in english or they knew very few. I think that in every hotel like this, the staff should have at least a basic level of english in order to communicate with the guests and not using only bulgarian or gestures.

Great hotel, right on the beach

I liked a lot that it was right on the beach. The all inclusive includes everything from food to drinks (including on the beach). In the evening every other night, there was a live show (cuban dance, live performer etc.). The food was good with plenty of choices for all the meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks). All drinks were available - whisky, cocktails, beer, you name it - but local brands. The only international brand that they have was Coca Cola beverages.

We liked very much our stay, but we would've liked to have all the drinks available at the beach-bar and not to have to go to the pool bar to get coffee. The staff maybe should learn basic English, smile more.

Nice, new and clean hotel. As there are no kids in hotel, it’s quite around. food was also good, nice spa zone.
