Nice and wonderful holiday, weather see were perfect!!!

Close to the beach, multiple swimming pools available, the old Nesebar and Sunny Beach accessible by car for less than 15 and 20 minutes respectively. Apparents are comfortable and they are located in calm and residential area far away from pubs and the touristic noise. All problems were handled professionally next day!

Only one key and badge provided for our appartement, they should make duplicates.

Not as advertised

The swimmingpool

This is not a beachfront property as it was advertised. The apartment is far away from the beach. The apartment doesnt look like the photos shown on booking.com. We were three adults but the room had two beds and a tiny couch that would fit a child.

Pleasant

We liked the location and proximity to the beach, there was no noise around the complex, the garden is well maintained and the pools are clean. From our apartment on the ground floor, we had direct access to the pool. No problems with wifi.

Booking a stay at Apollon apartments is literally like a lottery. The previous reviews also prove it. Our suite was barely big enough for two people, with our daughter we were really crammed in there. The biggest problem was the lack of storage space (there were no shelves in the closet at all, only a hanging part and drawers that we couldn't use because they smelled of mold). The bedside table and drawers in the kitchen unit also smelled of mold. There was no table or chairs in the apartment where we could eat, they were only on the balcony (in case of bad weather we would have a real problem). The air conditioning was only in the living room, it was missing in the bedroom, the windows could not be opened to the ventilation position. The bed was uncomfortable and narrow for two, the mattress too soft, every time one of us moved, the other woke up. The pipes in the bathroom made terrible noises every time the toilet flushed on the higher floors (it also woke us up from early in the morning). The disadvantage was also one key and chip for all three, which was necessary to enter the complex. Cleaning of the apartment was not ensured at all, for 7 nights for three we received one roll of toilet paper. Only towels and bed linen were changed. The complex does not have its own parking lot, you can park for free only in the narrow streets between the apartment houses, and the spaces are almost always full.

Lacking facilities in need of maintenance

The location is central in walking distance to Ravda and directly across from the beach

The apartment was not well maintained. From arrival outside the entry door it was dirty, the hallways were in need of significant maintenance. The apartment was comfortable for 3 people however the beds were awful, there was no cooking facilities oven or toaster.

The location was good. The complex of blocks at that time of the year (almost off season) was peaceful and quiet. Well maintained lawns. Well maintained pools. However, the apartment we rented smelled of cigarettes and mold. The walls were cracked. The furniture was nice.

I loved swimming pools! I liked the fact that the apartment was clean, as well as the suroundings.

I liked the lacalization, the small shops around and swimming pools. I liked the fact that the keys were waiting in a box and there was no extra payment for late check in (which was due to landing time)

Lack of cleanliness

Location, very close to the beach and restaurants. Nice pool and yard

For 6 night we had 2 rolls of toilet paper, no trash bags and nobody came to change the towels and bedsheets. At some point somebody put a big bag with sheets and towels at the door for us to change. We paid extra for the dog but there was no cleaning during our stay. We paid more for nothing. If you want to clean yourself, you can take this accommodation into consideration. Next time I will choose something without additional payment for the dog and with cleaning during the stay.

Superb

The apartment was good, not so modern but fair for the price. Three big pools at your disposal. Close to the beach.

We had an invasion of spider and bugs. There is no 24h front desk. If you need anything after 19:00, you’ll have to wait till the next day.

We couldn't find any information regarding where the reception of the hotel is and it took us quite some time to find it. The apartment was very small, and so were the beds. The main bedroom was made up of two single beds and there was a gap between them. There was not enough toilet paper in the toilet and no one from the hotel staff bothered to replace it once it was finished. There was just one wardrobe in the hallway which was insufficient for 4 people. When we first walked into the apartment we noticed that the tables were dirty - there were some white spots on them. The blinds were almost see through and we could not catch a proper sleep because of that - the whole room would lit up from the sun at 6am each morning. The pillows were atrocious - just big cotton lumps with no shape or form. The bathroom door was broken and it required a lot of effort to open/close it. They only gave us 1 key - and we were 4 people staying at the apartment, how does that even make sense? They didn't even bother to take out the trash or change our towels for our entire stay there.
