Imagine enjoying your morning coffee out on the 400 SF deck overlooking the Sea of Abaco, watching and listening to the waves rolling onto the beach. Take a quick 10 pace stroll off the deck for a morning swim in the Sea of Abaco and then relax on the beach on a lounge chair with a good book. If you need a change of scenery, head over to the observation deck, located right next to the community's heated pool, a great to catch a view of the local dolphins. And when it's low tide, don't miss jumping into your rented golf cart and driving out to the point where you can wade in the most beautiful turquoise water, and search for sand dollars to bring home from your time away from reality.
Beach Villa 591 is more than welcoming. It s uniquely furnished, using pieces found in a British Colony home. It is fully equipped with all the amenities you will need for an enjoyable stay, from a Keurig coffee machine, to a crock pot for those nights you want to prepare a home cooked meal. And if you like to pack lightly, there is a washer dryer unit in the villa for your use. The kitchen is updated with stainless steel appliances, including a new dishwasher, microwave and large sized refrigerator. We have added a new outdoor propane grill, for those who love to grill their catch of the day. All linens, bedding and towels have been updated and beach towels are included. In addition, each room is air conditioned and has a ceiling fan for your comfort. New in 2024 - Whole House Generator.
In Treasure Cay there is a small shopping plaza that houses a convenience store, liquor store, Florence's Cafe / Bakery, car rental, golf cart rental and houseware store. Just down the road a bit, you can find the Bahama Beach Club Resort which has a full service restaurant and bar and is open from the middle of Oct. through August. Another favorite local fare is Creative Hands which serves local cuisine - breakfast and lunch. In Marsh Harbor, there is a large grocery store similar to ones you would find in the states, liquor stores and restaurants. If flying through Marsh Harbor, you will want to provision there before heading over to Treasure Cay.
For the more adventurous type, why not schedule a day trip to one of the outer islands to climb up to the top of the Hope Town lighthouse, go shelling on a remote island or enjoy a fun day at Nipper's Bar on Great Guana Cay listening to local music and enjoying a cold cocktail? Are you a diving or fishing enthusiast? Schedule a boat excursion at the marina with one of the local captains who will bring you to some of the most beautiful dive, beaches, shelling and fishing locations in the Bahamas.

We loved our stay, the location, the views, the villa - everything was just wonderful.
The villa itself is so well equipped and had everything we needed. Infact we loved it so much that we dined at ‘home’ every night!
It was a real bonus that Sharon was so helpful and communicative, as this helped us totally relax into our holiday.
We can’t wait to return :) :)

I cannot recommend this property more highly! Not only was it steps from the beach, (which is one of the top beaches in the world), it was the perfect size for two couple (or if you were a family of four). It was beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could want or need. The best aspect, though, was the communication with the owner. She was very available when needed and checked in with me a couple of times to make sure everything was going ok. If we return to Treasure Cay, we will definitely stay here again.

This home has been beautifully built with all of the amenities of a stateside home. There’s lots of details and higher end finishes. The view from the deck is lovely across the Abaco Sea.

I don't know where to start. This rental is amazing! The ocean views are unbelivable! It is hard to imagine staying here and waking up to see that beautiful turquoise water every day. The house is beautifully decorated as well as clean and well stocked with everything you'll need during your stay. The beds were comfortable too. You'll be steps from the most beautiful beach! Awesome host, Sharon, provided useful information before we arrived to ensure our trip was successful, fun and relaxing. My cousin and I were celebrating our 60th birthday and it was a memory maker for sure! We walked to the Bahamas Beach Club for dinner most nights. Eating breakfast at the Cafe across the street was quick and easy and we cooked a few meals in the house. If you plan to explore the island, you should rent a car. A golf cart is great for exploring the Treasure Cay neighborhood. I can't imagine any rental that would be better than this one!

Beach, pool or porch, all within a hundred feet! You choose the location, and let the fun begin! This beautiful home compliments its spectacular surroundings. Sharon and Mike are terrific hosts, very helpful with trip planning and arrangement suggestions. We loved it.

We had the absolute best week in this beautiful cottage by the beach. The views are unbeatable! The cottage has all the comforts of home, is decorated so beautifully and comfortably, and came fully stocked and prepared for anything we might need. We didn't want for nothing and would stay again in a heartbeat. Sharon, the host, was so sweet, attentive and helpful, and responded almost immediately to any requests or questions. She was truly the icing on the cake to our vacation and we appreciated her working with us and being understanding during a time when we were uncertain we would even be able to take this trip. And finally, the best surprise was when we were leaving, I noticed there was no "to do" or checkoff list of chores that must be done prior to departure. Much appreciation, Sharon!

We had an awesome time. The Villa was all that was advertised and then some. Right on a beatiful beach. The kitchen is extremely was stocked and designed for entertaining. The deck is fantastic for hanging out with friends.
Bedrooms and sitting area are great. The best villa we saw on our vacation.
Next time we would rent a car.

The house was very clean and new. The beach is right off the front porch with a private path to umbrellas and chairs. The view of the beach and water was visible from almost every room in the house. Priceless view. The furniture inside and out was very fine and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and much more. This is one of two raised homes on the beach villas property. From what we could see this was the nicest home in the beach villas property. Fast wifi. Multiple large smart TVs. The home has a generac standby generator. Very thoughtful and accommodating hosts. Highly recommend. Will be back.

We had the time of our lives!!! There are no words to describe how beautiful your villa is. Everything was perfect! The ocean view from your beautiful porch gave me so much peace and tranquility I didn't want to leave. We had an amazing time on the beach, found lots of shells and sand dollars, a great time in the pool, went adventuring the area on the golf cart, a wonderful dinner at Bahama Beach Resort, and lots of fun at the pizza place. I feel very fortunate that I found your villa to make our adventure perfect with lifetime memories made! We hope to have a repeat next year. Thank you Sharon!!!

This villa is truly lovely! It is such a gift to be able to see those sparkling turquoise waters right from the deck of the villa. We also enjoyed the seating available under the palapas on the beach and pool area.
All in all, this unit is perfect and the host, Sharon, is quick to respond to any need or concern.

We had a perfect stay and the home well exceeded our expectations. Great spot for the family with incredible views, close to Beach Club, Florence’s and the marina. Kitchen was well stocked. Nothing was missed in this beautiful open plan. Large kitchen bar with adjacent to living area with comfortable seating. Game table large enough for puzzles. Comfortable bedrooms with spacious bathrooms. An expansive covered porch overlooking the emerald waters of Treasure Cay beach. Next to the community pool and path to the beach the home has an outdoor shower and foot rinse station to keep sand clean. Additional amenities include an extensive game collection and the kitchen has everything needed to complete even the most complex gourmet meals including a vast array of spices. Definitely a top beach home in Treasure Cay!

This was our best trip to the Bahamas! Sharon was a wonderful host! She really made our trip so much better with her great recommendations and assistance. From our driver to the boat captain and the golf cart rental...everything went very smoothly due because of her help. We highly recommend this villa! It has an incredible view of the beach and huge pool directly beside it. One day we took the ferry from Marsh Harbor to Hope Town and rented a golf cart there, highly recommend it! Eat at Firefly and the Abacos Inn. The views are stunning everywhere and the water is crystal clear. All around amazing trip! Thanks again Sharon!

My family and I enjoyed this property while we were visiting friends in Treasure Cay. The location is idea and central, the beach access is phenomenal- you feel as if you have your own private beach paradise. We are looking forward returning

The home is beautiful! Being able to wake-up each morning to see the most amazing water and view makes you really appreciate the moment.
Sharon was great and quick to answer any questions we had and the house has really everything you need.
It’s great cause you almost have the beach to yourself, just overall relaxing.
Just a couple of suggestions for when you do book the villa:
- Rent a car. Just more convenient to get to grocery stores, ferry’s, etc. Taxi cost is very expensive just to go one way.
- When you arrive, stop at grocery store first thing, especially if you are not renting a car.
- Food at grocery store is very expensive. If you are staying a week, freeze some food/meat and put it in a Yeti cooler. There are several instructions online talks through process of bringing on plane.
- Only 2 places to eat on island so having the food at home is needed. Cafe Florence is wonderful and Cinnamon bun’s delicious.
- Totally worth going out with Captain Mark. Super fun! We snorkeled, feed turtles and sting rays, island hopped, etc.
- It’s worth going back to a couple of the closer islands by Ferry for the day. Just a quick ferry ride and cost not bad.
It was really great experience and we will be back!

Sharon and her husband’s home is absolutely gorgeous! It is right on the beach and right next to the pool! The view of the water from the house is breathtaking! My family enjoyed every moment. The house is stocked with everything you’d need, and Sharon is even more gracious by providing an abundance of information on anything you may need on the island if for some reason they don’t already have it or you run out of something. We can’t wait to come back!! The best villa in the neighborhood! Thanks Sharon!!!

We just completed a week stay at wonderful Beach Villa 591. My husband and I traveled with our two kids 10 & 18, along with my mother. There was plenty of room to spread out and everyone have their own space. The house is very well stocked with every amenity you could possibly need. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of pots and pans for cooking on site. We enjoyed the plentiful bath and beach towels as well. We didn't have to do laundry everyday. Beds were very comfortable and we slept like babies. Our favorite part of the villa was the outdoor sitting areas on the porch. There is tons of space and the views were simply breathtaking! This villa is in the perfect location. When walking out to the beach each day there were often times we were the only people on the beach. Amazing!
Working with Sharon was a pure delight! She is so responsive and helpful and the best host we have ever had. She arranged for our driver, golf cart rental and referred us to Captain Mark for a boat charter. My oldest daughter was under the weather during the first half of the trip and I had reached out to Sharon about the location of an urgent care and pharmacy (which was actually included in all the helpful information provided, I just failed to notice that part) and she was so helpful even offering to bring her something from the states, as she was scheduled to arrive in TC during our stay. Thank you Sharon for being the best host!

We've been traveling to the Abaco's annually for the past 12 years. We have always stayed on Treasure Cay and for the most part within the Treasure Cay Villa's. I can confidently say this is the best Villa in Treasure Cay. This house offer's great views of the ocean (sunrise & sunset), easy access to the beach and pool and more amenities than any other villa we've rented in the past. The Villa is elevated which provides you with unprecedented views of the water but also allows you to get an amazing ocean breeze on the back deck which you cannot find in the low rise villas. The Villa is stocked with everything imaginable, cookware, appliances, spices, towels, games, linens, 2 coffee makers, gas grill, floats, etc. The back porch offers multiple seating areas, outdoor furniture and there is even an outdoor shower underneath the deck. The owner and caretaker are super responsive and helpful which made everything seamless. I'd highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a very nice place to stay on Treasure Cay!!

This is without a doubt the best VRBO we have rented!! We cannot say enough about the home and its amazing location, with only a few steps to the beach. We will miss our morning coffee looking at the views of the beach and ocean which are second to none. The home was well appointed and easily accommodated our party of 5 adults. Our hosts, Sharon & Mike, were great! Sharon was super responsive to all our questions as we planned our trip. She offered tons of information about the island as well as places to check out. She checked in on us a couple of times during our stay to make sure our visit was going well and even stopped by near the end of the trip. We enjoyed meeting her and her family! We hope to be able return in the future.

We had everything we needed in the well-equipped house and knew exactly where to go to eat and play. The house is in a lovely community with friendly residents and staff. We enjoyed the nearby pool and beach lounging areas. Even when it rained, we enjoyed the ample outdoor seating on the front porch.
Abaco Island is very special. It was hit hard by Hurricane Dorian in 2019 yet it's still so beautiful. The island residents have been rebuilding and welcoming guests to this wonderful place. There is much to see and do on the island and nearby islands if you are up for a boat ride. Locals were very kindhearted and really took care of us. Sharon and Mike embody that spirit of hospitality and made sure we had a splendid holiday. And WE DID!! Many thanks for providing an awesome vacation experience!! We hope to return very soon!

What a perfect getaway, pure heaven! Sharon & Mike are incredible hosts, they went above and beyond! From the great communication, welcoming community, quick responsiveness, suggestions, and on we can’t say enough. Not only is their house absolutely gorgeous but the beach it sits on is one of the nicest we’ve seen and we’ve seen a lot of beaches. The house had everything you could possibly need and felt like a home away from home for us and our two young boys. They helped set up transportation (even gave us a ride to and from the Green Turtle Cay ferry), gave us recommendations for taxi services, golf cart rentals and other must sees/fun things to do while on the island. We had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back and spending time with this amazing community. Thanks again for everything, Mike & Sharon.

Beautiful...we enjoyed our stay .. reliable WiFi... well stocked with towels, beach towels, appliances, dishes, pots and pans; relaxing porch.. beds are comfy! Even has a washer and dryer!! What more could you ask for!

The villa is right on the beach. The beach is stunning. The weather fantastic. The owners went out of their way to make sure our visit to Treasure Cay was perfect. They succeeded!

The two large bedrooms and bathrooms were recently painted and updated with new bedding and linens. We loved the British Colonial furnishings and décor. It fits perfectly in the villa. The master bedroom had a gorgeous four poster bed and the open floor plan in the living area was spacious. We never felt cramped or on top of each other. The outside deck had been recently painted and newly furnished. It was great having our coffee in the morning out on the deck as we listened and watched the ocean. We were only steps away from the beach, which is great for when you wanted to run in and refresh our drinks or grab something to eat. The pool was close by and heated and there was a new observation deck right off of the pool area to enjoy and soak up the sun.
Besides relaxing at the beach and the pool, we took a boat trip for the day with Captain Mark, as recommended by Sharon. We swam with the turtles, fed the pigs and pet the stingrays. It was so much fun. We also took a day trip to Hopetown and rented a golf cart. We enjoyed lunch on the island and drove our golf carts to Tahiti Beach for the rest of the afternoon, shelling and snorkeling.
Treasure Cay has plenty of options for dining. One night we went to Treasure Sands for a nice dinner for my husband’s birthday. We enjoyed pizza night at the Tipsy Seagull and Italian night at the Waterfront Bistro. We opted for dining a few nights at the villa and cooked on the gas grill. It was great having that option and the local grocery store to pick up supplies when we needed them.
I can’t say enough about the villa hosts. Sharon was extremely helpful. She connected us with Captain Mark and gave us some great excursion ideas.
