Nice newer property.
Homeless people hanging out . Panhandling at intersection

Staff very friendly. Beds were comfy
1. There were empty bottles of drinks in our fridge.
2. The noise was ridiculous! Slamming of doors, yelling and screaming of guests.
3. I’m allergic to pork and it seems it’s the only meat you serve at ALL your hotels. So I have to go out for breakfast every time😢
4.3
Love the location. Was close to where we were going.
Very clean and comfortable
Nothing that I can think of.
4.3
The breakfast set up was very nice and clean and the food was good. The beds are comfy and the showers are very hot
You had to prescribe to watch almost everything on TV. Should upgrade to smart TVs so that customers can just use their accounts. To watch what they want.
4.3
Very clean and awesome service
The pool was dirty

This hotel is easy to get to, great value, especially for an overnight stay on the road, clean and quiet. The bathrooms and the bedroom and are fairly modern, and I spends a lot of time in hotels, I would stay here again.
If you come in late and find yourself hungry it is difficult to find a place to eat, close by. Be sure you stop and eat before you check in, it will make it more convenient for you.

Food was decent
Electric went out. Our room was for hearing impaired and we know why now the exit door was right next to our room and door slammed all night until about 2:00 am in the morning. Sleeping was impossible. Why would you put us in this room???

Breakfast was good even though electricity had gone out they still made it happen so thank you

The location was optimum for where I needed to be. It was by far the best choice. The breakfast buffett was the best I have ever experienced, both days and was open at 6AM. Eggs, breakfast meat, potatoes, waffles, small & large, blueberry muffins, bagels and toast, hard boiled eggs, several flavors of yogurt - regular and greek, oatmeal and toppings, cereal, several different juices. The hotel is fairly new in appearance, and very clean. Rooms and bathrooms were very nice.
However, the surrounding areas (and this is not the fault of the hotel) are run down. Gas stations and business close to and in proximity to the hotel were scary. Lots of young, homeless persons at every corner asking for handouts and loitering in front of doorways to restaurants, quick marts. Have to travel at least 15 minutes away for a decent sit down restaurant ( not expensive, just not fast food).
3 people at counter on Friday when checking in, but only 1 person checking in guests. It was a long wait and the hotel was hosting large groups of families w/kids for sporting events. You would think they would have more staff on a friday afternoon to speed up the check in progress. Ice machines are not on every floor. Ladies bathroom in lobby close to pool entrance was out of order the entire time.
My reservation was for Fri - Sunday - I was arriving about 3pm. They charged my credit card $163 for a room deposit to hold my room at 9am on Friday. When I checked in, they expected me to pay the full total of $308. (This was not less the "deposit". I was told they would refund the $163 in 3-5 business days. Normally, when I pay a deposit on a hotel, the balance is due, not the entire amount plus extra. Later that night, I got a notice they charged me an extra $50 for "incidentials". For a total stay of $308.00, they charged an additional $213.00 !!! I understand the $50 damage deposit, but making me put a deposit on a room that they will refund in the future is asking a little much. Irritating because now I have to monitor my account to make sure the deposit is refunded. I do not like this type of business practice. Families on a budget should be aware they are going to hit you for about 70% of your total stay in extra fees.. beware.

Very quiet room, especially since it was near the freeway. Easy access to room location. Good thermostat.
The lights in the room needed brighter bulbs. It was hard to read with the lower light levels.
Staff is very friendly, helpful, and caring.
The breakfast sausage was terribly greasy, but eggs and biscuits were very good.

it was convenient
neighborhood was a bit rough

I was glad they could accommodate after I made error on reservation for dates.

Poop on the bed. I’ve been waiting for a refund for a month now. Owner is apparently out of the country so I’m stuck waiting. Second room we got moved to had a missing hdmi cord so the tv didn’t work. Had to move rooms a third time. Don’t stay here. I’ve actually seen 30 dollar a night hotels that are better

I've chosen to stay here several times over the past several years, when visiting the Capitol complex. I found this hotel to be clean, friendly, low cost, and quiet for a hotel. My last visit gave me even more respect for this hotel. In my haste to get to a meeting the next morning, I checked out of the hotel leaving my billfold in the room. Two hours later the hotel called me that the cleaning ladies had found my billfold, and of course I was suspicious, but everything checked out and all my accounts were secured. I give high praises to the staff, for the trust worthy at this hotel and recommend it to my family and friends.
You cannot expect a great breakfast at a hotel when it is free. After saying that, I would have to say that there breakfast is considered average, and I would rate them a 4.5 out of 10 on their breakfast. This is the only area I can see where they can do some improvement.
The location would be rated at 7 out of 10, but I stayed in worse locations. This area is sort of an industrial area, but is easy to get on and off the interstate, and its a straight shot up to the state capital complex.

The property was very modern and super clean. The staff was very nice and friendly and the breakfast had a nice variety of hot and cold foods. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this Best Western.
The shelves in front of the toilet are in a bad place. I stood up, turned around and hit my back on the corner. Should trade places with the picture behind the toilet.

Stay there once or twice a year and never been disappointed.

Connecting rooms, had to put pillows between doors about 1 1/2" off floor. Could hear phone conversation from next room.
4.3
The breakfast was great, and the rooms were spacious and beautiful.
Check-in was a nightmare and took nearly an hour. The staff didn't seem to know what they were doing as every person that came in while we were trying to check-in was also having issues.
