Overall very positive stay for us, will stay at again.

The rooms were very spacious. The bed was super comfortable. Hotel was clean and smelled nice. A dishwasher, utensils, and plates were readily available to use. Staff were very accommodating.

There was some damage to the flooring in the room and the parking lot was kinda small. Some remodeling going on. Otherwise no further complaints.

Got a great deal on a suite. Amenities were all functional and clean. Good water pressure in the shower. Furniture was adequate and up to the task.

The TV's were small. Yeah, there were two of them - one in living room and another in the bedroom - but they were both kind small considering how inexpensive TV upgrades can be. The paneling on the kitchen area flooring was loose and made noise whenever you walked on it. Entry door was difficult to open and close. Bed was a bit soft for my taste, but I'm sure others would be fine with it. I did not have difficulty sleeping, to be sure. LOL

For the time we were there, it was a great stay. our needs for this trip we’re met.

it was quiet and staff was super nice.

The mattresses were so hard we woke up sore. The rooms need to be updated with outlets that include usb charge ports.

Glad the reservation was for one night only and not many nights or days!

Overall not much but at least there are fresh fruits and coffee.

Have to ask for enough towels and toilet papers along with a trash can for the room.

I would give this hotel a C-!

I liked the liked the location being not to far away from Midwest City. The king bed was comfortable. The kitchen was clean.

I didn’t like breakfast closing early at 9. Wish it could be open till 10. The little snack are needed to be stocked with more items. hardly anything in the freezer. I was so ashamed that housekeeping could not put a trash liner in kitchen trash. they could not even notice that one light over the kitchen table was out as well as the one on the left side of the bed. They need to make sure there is a fresh roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms. we about out our first day there. asked the front desk to get housekeeping to put more toilet paper in our room as we could not find a housekeeper anywhere on our floor, only the cleaning cart. The lady at the front desk said she would let them know. We returned later that evening to find no toilet paper. My husband went down to front desk to ask for some and they couldn’t find any. five minutes later a knock on the door. we opened it to find two almost empty rolls of toilet paper sit on the door handle. The bathroom floor could have been swept better. Any hotel I ever stayed at in the past always had fresh new bottles of shampoo, soap, conditioner, and body lotion. They had shampoo, conditioner and soap in tall bottles stuck to the walls all half used. I find it unsanitary! Also, the lady at the front desk the next morning was the same lady that was checked us in at 4pm the day before. She was not friendly, and looked very tired like she had just pulled an 18 hour shift. We could not Check in earlier then scheduled as they are remodeling half of the hotel.

very bad, not well ran and staff could use some serious training. plus if what i described happened they should be fired

nothing the staff would not work with us when we found out that our room ( reservation) was canceled. we were informed that booking dot com did not have our contact information which I know was wrong because i have been using booking for a good while now and showed them where my information was stored in your sight and the when we asked to just re get a room they were sold out . I talked to some customers who where in the lounge area , the had been waiting on there room since 5 oclock this afternoon.

this hotel was overbooked it was obvious due to the football game in town. I firmly believe this is what happened to our reservation. we were bumped to sell the room for a higher price. the folks who were waiting that i talked too had just made there reservations but were waiting on there rooms to be cleaned? ( football fans) funny they got rooms and ours was lost!!! not happy at all and definitely plan to contact there corporate office!!! they blamed you guys for it and said you guys were suppose to have messaged me. i still have my conformation and a message from them stating our room had been confirmed and they described the construction that was going on and what amenities were available. and how they were looking forward to seeing us! I Don’t Appreciate driving 5 hours only to find my room had been cancel!!! very unprofessional!!!
