El personal es muy muy amable y está ubicado en una calle donde hay mucho que comer.

When you go to the restaurant you expect to eat; when you go to a hotel you expect to sleep. We did not. The four bed room was a small box without window or ventilation. The temperature upon entry was stifling and when we raised this with the desk they provided us with a fan that would put a DC 3 to shame. We tried our best to ride this out but by 4am the temperature was 33 Celsius and the decibels off the chart. We asked for compensation and were promised that the management would get in touch. They have not. Now you’ve know - for a night’s sleep in Bogotá head elsewhere.

Not worth it for what they charge

The airport is nearby so you get transport really easy.

The location is full of bars. It's impossible to sleep. You have a lot of noise until 3 am. The size of the room was average but the back of the bed was falling over you during the night, they offer two tiny pillows really uncomfortable and toilet was dirty. They don't offer amenities at all and the quality of the breakfast... Not the best for what they charge.

One of those places where you either have a great stay or a Nightmare from Hell.

Location was fine, quiet end of town, Aprilla Pizza (located next door, to the left of lobby facing out.) here the staff were phenomenal, food was great. There is a tiny hole in wall conveinence store (to the right facing out of lobby), had all the usual snacks, plus booze, and batteries, pronounced batteria's) very friendly owner.

We booked months in advance and recieved the alert that our room was ready to check-in, but then just 5 hrs later and while we were on our way on a flight from Lima to Bogota our room became unavailable. We arrived and were moved from the quietness of level 8, to the chaotic level 1, right above entry. The night time security guard was either hosting party's or watching movies full volume, as we did not get a wink of sleep our entire stay. Worst hotel in Bogota, I've stayed in some crappy 1 & 2 star hostels that had better service. We were even charged our full room rate. I was unimpressed at the dirt and grime left in the bathroom, 1 towel each, no windows, no aircon and poor wifi.

Nice hotel close to the airport. We could store our luggage during the day before our flight so that was really helpful. Lots of restaurants around.

don’t take a hotel taxi. charged me 25. i got out and took a local taxi and got there for 15. room has no facilities, no lamps, no drinking glasses, Tv doesn’t work.

Great location and price! Lots of nightlife at walking distance. Pretty loud specially on wknds.

The staff was very friendly and the price was reasonable. The location is great... close to bars, restaurants, night clubs, grocery stores, easy access to transportation, etc., etc.

Because of the nightlife the location is very loud and you could hear a lot of people walking in the hallway late at night/crack of dawn. As typical in many cities, there's no AC in the room since the weather in Bogota tends to be somewhat cold. But for those of us accustomed to controlling your room temperature, it could be a problem.
