Heartwarming

The host was very friendly, the facilities and bedding waa clean and welcoming! A definite stop next time ai travel there again!

A good overnight stay

The accommodation satisfied our overnight needs. Our reception was pleasant and helpful. She was a bit overwhelmed when the huge crowd swarmed down on her, but she handled all the requests well. Our room was huge and the bed extremely comfortable. The bathroom was sparkling clean. Ample parking. Thank you for the restaurant suggestion. It was amazing.

The room was cold and could have done with some form of heating. One of the bedside lamps didn’t work. The room could do with some warmth to make it more inviting

Hidden gem

Easy to find location, brilliant hot shower (very important) and comfortable down duvets. The family room was well equipped and perfect after 10 hours on the road. Could not have asked for better.

Perfect overnight stop

Very comfortable and thoughtful touches. Was all we needed for a good rest between long travels. Dries was a great host.

Sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis - gut zu empfehlen!

Schöne zentrale Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht und das alles zu einem sehr guten Preis. Dries ist eine sehr netter Gastgeber, der einem gute Tipps gibt. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe sind gut zu erreichen. Zum Abendessen entweder Braai im Garten oder ins nahe gelegene Schützenhaus. Wir werden beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Namibia wieder hier übernachten - kann man gut empfehlen!

Great night's rest after a long drive from Cape Town.

Super friendly and helpful host. Shower pressure was great. The bed was comfortable. The aircon was a relief from the desert heat.

An excellent overnight stay en route to Namibia from South Africa! Great value for money!

The hosts were able to accommodate us for a late check-in. The self check-in process was seamless. The self-catering apartment is adequately equipped.

Comfortable and quiet in central Keetmanshoop. We will now always use this accomodation as stopover

The ladies at reception were most helpful, even prepared to wait after hours should we be delayed. Wonderful first impression.

Perfectly peaceful stopover

Such a surprise when we opened the door! The unit is really spacious and well laid out. There is even an individual outdoor area with braai and seating. We arrived late but the contact person went out of her way to ensure we could check ourselves in and out when it suited us. Handy location for our stopover between swakop and cape town, and centrally located in keetmans. We will definitely stay here again.

Honestly can't think of a thing! Although we only stayed one night, but staff were so helpful that I'm sure they would assist with anything that was an issue on a longer stay

The place is situated near everything. You don't need to drive to the shop you can walk.

Spacious and well equipped with a good kitchen, secure off-road parking, each apartment has their own patio seating/braai area and a good TV with DSTV and netflix. The bed was super comfy and had an electric blanket if required in the winter. The host is super helpful with suggestions of where to go in the area and available for queries. The property is conveniently located in Keetmanshoop, a short walk from shops, etc. This is a superb value for money place to stay, and we thoroughly recommend it.

Fabulous overnight stop between the Nakop border and Windhoek.

Our room was huge and we loved the high ceilings and wooden floors. The kitchen area was spacious and fully equipped. The location was ideal and in close proximity to a lovely restaurant called Shutzenhaus. Secure parking inside the property, beautiful gardens and I loved the quaint Church next door.

There was nothing to fault.

Friendly place

Spacious rooms, excellently equipped kitchen and practical connection of rooms and outdoor seating. Absolutely great communication and helpfulness of the landlord. Friendly attitude. It was a great welcome to this country. We felt like we were with our friends.

Superb

The rooms were clean and well equiped. There were braai facilities and outside seating. Conveniently situated in central Keetmanshoop. Staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Great value for money with some extras usually not included for this rate.

Loved the spotlessly clean apartment, with larger than usual fridge/freezer for such a price. The host Dries, was very accommodating in providing whatever we needed. Advised about restaurants and replaced an out of order fan, even took time to show us how to operate the TV and decoder. The wifi signal was exceptional as well. Secure parking inside the property behind a remote controlled gate. Great value for money. Had a good night's rest on a very comfortable Extra large double bed might have even been a King Size. Keetmanshoop Self catering is highly recommended if you have a limited budget as well as a discerning taste for some luxury.

Very disappointed

Unlike my two previous stays there was little to like this time; good WiFi and SmartTV.

Small and cramped room, very noisy fridge next to the bed, funny smell in the room, outside noise from the parking area.
