I have stayed in 1000s of hotels the world over I am definitely not a super fussy person , but 5 stars means 5 stars and

this hotel is in a good spot but it is run down and dirty

the desk staff are disinterested , we had to go up and down 3 times after a long trip because the key didn’t work , the bathroom was dirty with mould on the tiles the waste bins were rusted through leaving flakes of rusted metal everywhere and the shower and sink were blocked and despite numerous requests they were not repaired it’s a 3 star hotel at best

I will only say normal and functional

Parking. Limited parking and staff didn’t provide the second option where do I need to park my car. Every-time before go out the hotel car park need to stop outside and run inside the hotel reception counter to register your car plate number. It very inconvenient. The fridge is broken.

Location was good because I did choose the hotel based on location. Breakfast was good. parking was tricky though.

I thought it was part of the Majestic hotel as in at par with the standard and its rather old. I was informed that its newly renovated hotel. The bathroom was below par with the sink partially blocked. Rather a long walk to the facilities situated in the main hotel block

Old dated hotel, poor attitude from staff.

Location was strategic, near to waterfront and many interesting shops.

I was given a room with broken aircon, staff took their time to attend and seems very defensive about poor facilities. Did not offer to switch room as a remedial action and only sorted by the manager once he came over from another wing of the hotel. Overall the staff need hospitality traning and soft skill improvement. With the price I am paying, despite being upgraded to a suite, I think there are other way better option than this hotel. Please stay away !

Hôtel 5 étoiles qui ne les vaut pas!

Le lit très confortable, ma fille avait oublié ses AirPod et le personnel les a retrouvés 😉

Nous avons trouvé le rapport qualité/prix mediocre : Le bâtiment est vieillot et il y a des fuites d eau dans les couloirs! Bruyant au 16ieme étage car musique forte le soir aux étages supérieurs ! Piscine qui ne donne pas envie de se baigner avec 2/3 fauteuils sur les abords! Fenêtre qui ne se fermait pas dans une chambre!

A good stay that worth the penny.

The location is near waterfront. It's just 10 to 15 mins walk to padungan or the carpenter street. I love the room. Is huge. The bed is really comfortable. The shower water pressure is high and good. The room was clean. I have the room with the riverside view. Love this hotel alot.

If i have to share something i didnt like then it will be this story. I was there after the check-in time abt 2.50pm but was told that the room is not ready due to some late checkouts. I was told that the room will only be ready after 3pm and they will call me when the room is ready. But I didnt received any call from them.

Wrong Room Given

I booked 2 Superior Twin River View rooms, it should be 2 beds in each room (as stated in description - 2 double beds). However, I was given only a bed in each room. It was very inconvenient for us as we were a family of 4 & 5, so we paid again for extra beds last weekend. Doesn't this mean that we paid double for the charges?

Nothing being satisfied.

Even though have booked “river view” room what we saw was construction equipments at the lowest floor. For three of us we had requested another extra bed, but the housekeeping had kept arranged only for two persons so everyday we needed to ask for the additional amenities and had need to request what we need. In addition the front staff gave us insufficient explanations for about the payment which we had not be able to accept. Will never stay again.
