Overall pleasant and for the options available at the price point, the hotel delivered.

The room was very spacious, with a very spacious bathroom.

I wished the space was better utilized and the bath tub was cleaner

I will never return!

Location - attached to a mall and meetings

The management does not focus on their customers' well-being. They had huge renovation going on but didn't notify their guests about the renovation during booking or prior to checking in. Renovation started at 8am sharp. It was so loud, the floor in the room vibrated. It was mental abuse to stay int he room I had to pack and leave earlier than planned.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times and this particular occasion have been very disappointed.

The rooms were very spacious. But space poorly utilized. The beds were comfortable enough but the undersheet was so thin I felt uncomfortable as I could see the pattern of the mattress below.

I couldn't have a shower in the evening as no hot water. The towels were past their use by date. I hate not having face flannels. The buffet breakfast was not up to its usual standard.

Good.

Comfortable, bath room is superb with big bathtub.

No western foods for breakfast in the hotel. It’s so Asian. My fiancé really hard to find foods that to his liking.

Comfortable and central.

Housekeeping done after 3:30pm every day. The parking validation system is cumbersome in the extreme. It should be streamlined and made user friendly.

They take care of you

Friendly and upbeat reception and restaurant staff, making sure you feel welcome and well taken care of.

I wished for an even higher floor (instead of 12th) but it wasn't available - or so reception said. The unannounced visit to the bed by a cockroach was a surprise, I guess the 12th was well in reach for the creature. No harm done (to me, the insect didn't survive). The internet wasn't stable and the spacious bathroom looks kind of tired and aged.

Seems to be more suited for group travel rather than solo travellers

Great location within walking distance to the waterfront.

Room service was slow and I need to follow up with them. Staff were nice and helpful when you approached them but they did not seem interested in approaching you. I also had tried to organise airport transfer prior to arrival but never received a response.

Nice for a short stay

Pool, breakfast. We could check in in the morning as our room was already ready. Very nice staff, the concierge was opening the doors and helping with the luggage.

Room could have been cleaner. The bathroom door was broken. At the pool, there were not enough towels and they were not replenished quickly enough. There was a bar at the pool but no one was walking around and taking orders for drinks. You have to walk uphill from the waterfront to get to the hotel.

Nu er hong restaurant has the best chinese food in the hotel

Room wallpaper cracked Headlamp on the bed is quite dusty Bed head seems like hasn’t been cleaned for some time Tiles for bath tub broken Side lamp table at bed needs some cleaning. Obvious stain is visible Curtain is stained with some chocolate sauce stain. Very likely from food from previous guest

Comfortable hotel and lovely staff who do their upmost to make your stay a wonderful experience.

The hotel staff are wonderful. So polite and friendly, eager to help and provide information. A big room, generally in good condition, fab view over Kuching and perfect location for us close to shops, family and friends. Lovely to see the hotel supporting the Penan Women Project with a popular display near the hotel entrance. They were happy to make hot chocolate the way we like it - with milk, not too frothy!

The room was a bit limited in drawer space, the drawers being well passed their best and should be be replaced - the bath tap was also loose. Around the hotel, a couple of places where paintwork was flaking (see swimming pool photo) and carpet could have done with being relaid. So, a few smaller details that need a little attention.

Short stay nice hotel good price

Big room with nice views . Great gym with enough gear even program activities. Nice swimming pool. good breakfast.

AC to high in the hotel common areas including breakfast. the fact you need to cross the events floor to enter into de pool and gym.

Have to pay for the parking. No complimentary parking fee. Eventhough got flat rate, it will best given complimentary free parking instead.

Both our meetings were within 10 mins walking distance so it was great.

Easy check-in. Room was very comfortable.

only 1 door to the walk-in wardrobe and bathroom. So cannot access the wardrobe when colleague is in the bathroom.
