About this house rental

Located in the heart of McLaren Vale's famous wineries, this beautiful 4 acre rural property is surrounded by vineyards and wineries. Situated next door to Never Never Gin Distillery and Chalk Hill Wines, and diagonally across from Maxwell’s Winery, plus Swell Brewery and 'D’arenberg’s Cube are just down the road. We are 650m from the main street and supermarket . There is also a large in-ground pool set amongst the gorgeous gardens. This property is HUGE!
STRICTLY NO PARTIES / EVENTS / LARGE SOCIAL GATHERINGS ON PROPERTY. STRICTLY NO PETS.
You will LOVE sitting out on the huge full length vine draped pergola, enjoying the breath-taking views of surrounding vineyards, the beautiful garden and bird life, whilst enjoying a wine, a platter, or your morning coffee. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso Coffee Machine. Wi-Fi and 65 and 55 inch TVs are also included. The main bedroom has a KING bed and huge en-suite. Bedroom 2 has a KING bed and Bedroom 3 and Bedroom 4 have QUEEN beds. (Please note that to access Bedroom 4, you have to walk through Bedroom 3). This home has reverse-cycle air conditioning. There is also a large covered and paved outdoor area that can be closed off by roller blinds. Quality furniture and linen. The swimming pool is accessible from November to Easter. Not suitable for toddlers.

The property is very close to the township of Mclaren Vale, where there are many cafes, restaurants and shops. Coles supermarket is located only 650 metres down the road from the property.
Access to the Coast to Vines trail is about 600 metres down the road from the property. The section from McLaren Vale to Willunga is known as the Shiraz Trail. This is a scenic trail, where you can take in the views and vineyards. The Shiraz Trail from McLaren Vale to Willunga is 14 km return. Moana Beach is located approximately 8.5 km from the property.

The property is only 5min from the main street of McLaren Vale but you feel you're in the middle of vineyards (which you kind of are). Great property, very clean with a retro vibe. We had 7 adults staying and never felt crowded. Would definitely recommend & stay again.

We couldn’t be more grateful for Paula’s hospitality. The location was great, there are at least four incredible cellar doors/restaurants within walking distance. The house was spacious, with a beautiful garden and the pool was a great addition.

The location of this property is fantastic, close to Mclaren Vale town but far enough away to be surrounded by vineyards. The garden is stunning and the pool amazing. The house itself is very comfortable, has all the amenities that we needed and plenty of space for our group of 7. Paula was great with her communication and info. Cannot recommend enough.

I found it very easy using the process. The owners explained everything clearly. The property is in a perfect location for visiting wineries. Town is literally 2 minutes by car. Handy to Hahndorf and many other places. The home itself is perfect for family gatherings. Wonderful open spaces throughout the home. Bedrooms are good size. Outdoor entertainment area is able to be closed off during rainy weather so we still could use this area. I love how the property is surrounded by vineyards. On arrival first thing we did was enjoy a swim in the lovely clean pool. Thanks so much Paula.

Las Vinas is an outstanding place to stay. It is situated on 4 acres and is ideally located, close to the shopping centre, wineries & the popular Never Never distillery. Also, there are excellent walking trails adjacent to the property. The very extensive gardens are well maintained and beautiful. The home is large and easily accommodated our group of five adults. The furnishings, fittings and appliances are all of a very high standard. It has been very easy interacting with Paula, the hostess.

House was clean and welcoming. Fourth bedroom is a converted garage and comes off a third bedroom. Some UHT milk and coffee pods would have been welcome however that is nit picking and overall terrific stay.

We enjoyed our stay here. The weather (and winter i.e. dark roads) let us down otherwise you could walk to Never Never winery which is basically behind the property plus another winery literally across the road. Nice big house with lots of room to spread out. Great for groups.

We were so impressed with the home. Firstly the size of it. Great big couches for later on when you want to relax. Huge bedrooms and comfy beds. Immaculate and clean. But the best is the salt water pool and beautiful views. No neighbours close by that can be bothered by music and laughing. Did I mention the views…. Stunning.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this large house that accommodated the six of us easily. We used the well equipped kitchen for some bbq dinners and breakfasts. The beds were so comfy I am looking to replace my mattress at home for the same in the house. We all had a good time, the pool is awesome especially as it’s solar heated. Plenty of room for everyone to find their own space inside and out. Three of the bedrooms are very close together, so its fine for families but no privacy if you’re all couples staying here. The atmosphere of the place is very relaxing and welcoming definitely recommend staying here.

Stayed here for the weekend on our yearly girls weekend. This property was fabulous, we all loved the place, it was so spacious. So close to wineries that you can walk and close to shops.
