Spacious 6 bedroom two story home is located in East Mesa. The Home features a large back yard with a 16000 gallon swimming pool and spa . Both front and back yards are landscaped with Desert and beautiful year round green grass. The home has fresh paint inside and out . New plush carpeting was installed in 2019. Master has a king size bed the other 5 bedrooms have Queen beds . The masters bath has a full shower and a large jetted spa soaking tub. There are several large screens led TVs throughout the home including a 70 inch in the living room just off the kitchen.

Perfect property for our adult family reunion. Plenty of big tables for board and card games. Swim up bar is great place to be out of sun. Two dedicated ice machines plus two beverage refrigerators is huge bonus. Aaron is great host and hopefully he will still have it in 2026 for our next reunion.

With family members flying in from KS, NE, and Las Vegas this house met everyone's needs! We had 8 kiddos and all adults enjoyed the wonderful pool, swim up bar with tv, ice makers, large bedrooms, etc. You cant go wrong with this wonderful home!

Our family flew in from all over the country and Canada for a wedding. The host answered all questions quickly and was very ,friendly. Everything was lovely and the neighborhood was quiet. Bed were comfortable and enjoyed the hot tub. Thanks for a wonderful stay!! We will be back for sure

This property was perfect for our large family who traveled to Arizona for a family wedding. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed all of the space. The pool was lovely. The neighborhood was nice and was quiet in the evening. We would definitely recommend this property!!

Family came from all over the country to Gilbert, AZ for a nephews wedding. It was a super busy weekend. The house was large enough for everyone with 6 bedrooms. Although, for 4 couples and a single adult it was challenging sharing 3 bathrooms. Master bedroom: The only thing separating the bathroom toilet in the master bedroom is a slightly long hall. There is no door for privacy, In the description of the house it states the master bedroom is down stairs. The master bedroom is upstairs. Also, the bottom Bedroom did not have a fold out futon along with a queen bed as describes in the description of the house. The curtains were older, my sister could see they were stained with the sunlight. Laundry room: The door in the laundry room to the garage did not click shut when closed. TV Room: It was dirty behind the couch in the TV room. We found this out when the couch would not recline. Two of the plugs in the TV room do not work. Back Deck: The jets in the hot tub did not work. We also, found it hard trying to find lights to light up the outside seating area. The house just needs a real good cleaning before guests arrive. The recliners (TV room), door in garage and pool area should be maintenance before guests arrive, so the garage door opens without making a loud popping noise and so the garage door locks properly. The homeowner was excellent communicating back-and-forth with myself before we arrived. No time to notify owner for the needed repairs.

We had several family members traveling for a wedding and this house was a great place for all of us. Everything was exceptional and it was a great place to entertain. We especially loved the outdoor entertaining area, the pool, and the pebble ice maker. It was too bad that there wasn't an extra bathroom as we were all trying to get ready at the same time, but we had a lot of room to spread out and enjoy being together. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The house and yard are fantastic. We were a group of 9 adults and everyone enjoyed the space and amenities. The location felt safe and was away from busy streets and businesses so you don’t have much traffic. Cons: The 9:00PM quiet time is a downfall for sure if you enjoy spending time outside in the evening. The upstairs bedrooms are great BUT there is only one bathroom for 4 bedrooms and then a bathroom in the master. You need to be ok with sharing for sure. The biggest negative for us was the multiple number of neighbours with large dogs barking every day starting and 5:00AM and off and on throughout the whole day. If you enjoy sleeping in be aware of this disturbance. Pros: The owners daughter offers in house massage therapy and we highly recommend taking advantage of this service. All the information for the home is in a binder when you arrive and is very descriptive. The house has everything you need from an abundance of towels to a stocked kitchen. The pool area is great for enjoying the entire day outside with plenty of options for shade when you need to cool down. Overall this was a good house and for groups of up to 12 people we would recommend it.

We had five adults, two teens, and one child. The house is very spacious. It is well stocked with tp, paper towels, bath towels, pool towels, even condiments in the fridge. Many pool toys and floats. We had one problem in the middle of the night, and one call to Aaron and he came right over and fixed it. We would definitely stay here again.

We came with a group of friends and family for a week of Basketball, swimming and relaxing. The house was everything we had hoped and more! When there was a problem with the pool heat Aaron came right over and fixed it! We all had a fabulous week!

Our stay was outstanding. Pros: TV in almost every room and outside. Arron, (host) deals with issues in a very timely manner. There are phone chargers throughout the house. There are two beverage refrigerators that are fully stocked with beer sodas and waters. The ice machine in the refrigerator is not working, but right next to it is the best ice maker money can buy. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and serve meals, (you provide food of course). Ample towels are provided for swimming and showers. The sectional in the living room looks brand new and has three recliners. Two vehicles can be parked in the garage and three on the driveway. Con.s The spa is only a hot tub with no jets. Over all the house is a little dated. Overall you will not find a better value any where. I would rent there again in a heartbeat!!(⁠◔⁠‿⁠◔⁠)

This was our first trip with our adult children and their partners. This home was perfect for us! The pool and hot tub were amazing! The home was large enough for us to all be together, but also have space on our own when we wanted. It is close to grocery shopping as well as fun shopping and everything else we wanted to do. We are already talking about our return trip as well as two other groups we think would enjoy the house! Thank you!

We had 9 adults and 2 children staying here. Most all of our days were cloudy and we had rain they hadn’t seen in 100 years. Well worth the money to heat the pool. Lots of football watched, even outside under the covered bar area. Large dining table fit all of us for games. Large sectional and additional couch allowed lots of seating for movies. My family enjoyed the outdoor areas best, even in the rain. Nugget Ice machine in the kitchen also a favorite. We cooked the majority of our meals and the kitchen was pretty well stocked although the pans have seen better days. We also utilized the grill twice. We had a fantastic stay despite the weather and Aaron was very responsive to any questions we had.

It was very clean, plenty of rooms for us. Good amenities with WiFi and phone charging pads in every room. Lots of drinks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Coffee pods for Keurig. Our only issue that the spa heater wouldn’t stay going. Swimming pool was not heated but didn’t really know if that would be warm. Lots of dishes, cookware. Nice neighborhood.

First off, I want to preface that I was looking for a big house; a house that could comfortably accommodate an incredibly large Mormon family for thanksgiving. And because that was really my only criteria, this house was perfect. It’s even bigger than the pictures show. It’s massive. It definitely suited those needs better than I could’ve hoped. Having said that, I will say it is definitely dated. I stayed in the primary suite and the shower was not exactly ideal and I never used the tub. The fan made a clicking sound the longer it was on and the next door neighbors dogs bark a lot in the night. (I know the dogs are not something that the owner can fix). There were some wonky things just because the house was so dated and things were not updated or used for far too long. I will say… the ice machines were a huge hit! Pool was fantastic and my family really enjoyed the stay. Would definitely stay again.

The pool area was wonderful. The home was roomy and felt homely. The BBQ didn't work but the owner personally came by to make sure it was working and if we needed anything else. Lots of extras including body wash, shampoo, towels, linen, etc. Would definitely rent again. The only problem which is not the owners fault, was that the misquitos ate us alive, lots of flies and we found two scorpions in the home.

Had adult family reunion there and house was better than expected. Has TWO dedicated ice machines, one clear ice and one chewy ice, plus two beverage coolers. Why nobody mentioned this is a mystery to me. It is huge home with six huge bedrooms and a TV room that could be used as another bedroom in a pinch. Had one small issue and Aaron was there in less than 30 minutes and fixed it. Only thing that was a little strange was the 9 pm quiet curfew on weeknights and 10 pm on weekends that we didn't know about until check in. Thought it might be an issues but the house is so big we just moved inside. It was unanimously approved to have our next reunion there.
