Great host. Amazing place and position.

Host was very helpful. Alessia suggested places to visit and things to see. She knew the transport system Insideout and passed on her tips to us to help us get around.

Exceptional

Charming place. Immaculate, comfortable beds and with a beautiful view of the canal. The host, Ale, was very welcoming and nice. She gave us great suggestions on where to eat and how to get around. We will definitely be back for longer stay!

Wondeful apartment.

I loved the location of this property. It is not right in the middle of the tourist areas and it’s less crowded but with a wonderful access to a beautiful canal and lots of little restaurants. Its a long walk to things like St. Mark’s Square but that was what we liked about it. But more convenient— it is close to the train station so it was relatively easy to get to it after arrival. Alessia is an incredible host and texted us frequently and arranged a water taxi for us to the airport. The living room was very nicely decorated and was good for socializing. The kitchen was very nice. The apartment felt very clean. they left snacks and helpful supplies in the bathroom such as Band-Aids, etc..

The two bathrooms are at the end of the apartment away from the bedrooms, which was a little odd, but having two bathrooms was great . If you’re on the porches the view was great of the canal otherwise it was a bit hard to see out the windows from the living room. the porch was very small.

A Venetian dream

Beautiful apartment with a gorgeous view of the canal. It was extremely clean and comfortable. Alessia was an amazing host - she gave us great recommendations and was quick to respond to any questions. We would love to stay here again someday.

Lovely stay.

The property was very clean and well equipped. A perfect size for two couples. Lots of restaurants and bars in the area and a good location as we were happy to be slightly out of the centre. Alessia the owner of the property was very helpful and made us feel very welcome. Would not hesitate to recommend and would definitely stay if we go to Venice again,

location, host, apartment were exceptional. restaurants nearby. host very helpful in arranging taxi when we needed it. washing machine.

I would have liked to have more towels for a 4 night stay. Also more coffee and yogurt for 4 people for 4 nights.

wonderful apartment in a nice area

the view to the canal, the 2 bathrooms (perfect for 2couples), its equipped with everything (shower gel, soap, coffee pads, hair dryer…). the check in was completely easy (even we had a delay as there was no parking at tronchetto)

its not in the center (San Marco) but in walking distance (30min) to it. And the area is nice too.

Very noisy :(

Nice and large apartment. Warm welcome from a friend of the owner.

The apartment is just over a restaurant and it is very noisy until 1 hour of the morning. Also from 8am in the morning. Specially when they move all the tables in or out and shut the big metal door. Also we were unlucky but the guests from upstairs left at 5am and, as it is an old building, we were completely awaked by the sound of their walk and everything else. During more than 1 hour ! Our nights were not good, our's children too. We expected something else after reading the other comments.

Wonderful location in an amazing city!

Very helpful and friendly hostess. Close to wonderful restaurants and public transportation in a relatively quiet part of Venezia. Large, comfortable rooms with plenty of space for kids, when you are not out exploring. Kitchen had all the amenities one would need to cook in house. So many positive things to say.

Beautiful, traditional apartment in the heart of Venice. Highly recommended.

The host was superb - 10/10. She (and her daughter) really made every effort and were fantastic communicators. The property was beautiful - a true, traditional, Venetian apartment. Two bathrooms and air conditioning were appreciated. Venice was very quiet (due to COVID-19), which was strangely enjoyable (although somewhat sad, of course).
