A perfect flat for a family...it's nice and spacious!

The flat has two bedrooms and 1 1/2 bath. There are washer/dryer and air conditioners, which was really nice to have during those hot days. The flat is clean and spacious. There's a living room with two sofa beds, a kitchen, and dining area. The flat has everything that you need to feel at home. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Venice.

We had wonderful experiences staying here. If we visit Venezia again, this place would definitely our first choice!

Cristine and Elena are both very friendly, helpful and responsive. The apartment is clean and homey. Facilities are good. The location is super close to everywhere. The real place matches exactly their descriptions.

Excellent location and clean apartment.

Excellent Location. It is very near to the Rialto bridge. We arrived Venice by train and took a water taxi to Rialto stop and Elia (host) is already there waiting for us. It's only a very short walk to the apartment. Direct water taxi to the Venice Marco Polo airport from Rialto stop. Apartment is as described. There's a supermarket just next to the Rialto stop. Communication with Cristina was very good and responsive. Highly recommend it.

There's only one shower which I have to admit I overlooked as there's 8 of us, so it did take a while.

Could not recommend this apartment high enough, value for money, fantastic communication.

Our host was absolutely fantastic, met us at the water taxi and escorted us to the apartment. Very responsive with communication and very helpful. Arranged for transport on our last day.

Great host, great location. The amount of steps needs to be disclosed.

The location of this apartment is very close to both the Rialto Bridge and San Marco Square. Cristina, the property manager, was very kind and helpful. I think it is a great amenity to have her meet you when and where you arrive in Venice, and she brings you to the apartment. It takes a lot of the stress off of figuring out where you are going. The apartment was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was nice. I liked the fact that they had a dishwasher so you didn't have to wash your own dishes!

When we arrived, we were told by Cristina that the apartment was on the 4th floor, and it turned out that there were 74 steps. I had no idea there were so many steps when I booked this stay, and after returning home, I see that this information is not disclosed. It created a problem for us because I was traveling with my 87 and 85 year old parents. I feel this information should be disclosed in the listing. This is a small issue, but there were no toiletries in the bathroom. They were listed as being available, so I was expecting to see shampoo, conditioner, and hand lotion. There was only hand soap. I purchased some shampoo while in Venice, but I could have brought it from home had I expected this. I also didn't see a clothes washer and dryer or a balcony and view.

Perfect family location

Christina was fantastic. She met us and brought us to the location, provided us with guidance and assistance on everything we needed. This was a perfect location for all of family.

Great place to stay.

It is a great location. Just a few minutes walk to both Rialto Bridge and St. Marc Square. No view but does have air conditioning, was clean and plenty of beds for a large family.

Ca San Luca was absolutely perfect for our stay! The location is amazing and the host is so helpful!

The location is absolutely fantastic! It was especially perfect for our family with children because it was within a few minutes walk of major sites, grocery stores, and wonderful restaurants. The flat was very spacious and clean. We were also pleasantly surprised that it including a laundry machine! Cristina was incredibly helpful and was available to answer any questions we had during our stay.

Wonderfully located to see the beautiful city of Venice

The location was ideal!! Very close to the Rialto and St. Mark's Square. Cristina was very helpful with directions and recommendations. The apartment was clean, beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The shower had good pressure and we never ran out of hot water. The washer and dryer was a great bonus!

Great host and location in an amazing city!

The best part of this stay was Christina! It is great to have a local to answer questions. I even message her late at night when I was panicking about the train and she answered all my questions.

I wasn't sure what to do upon checkout (bedding, trash, keys, towels). Stairs are a lot but we knew that going in. And don't forget CASH EURO for the hotel tax.

Central Venice

Cristina was very helpful from the moment we booked the apartment, offering very helpful information regarding different options to transfer from the airport. As we were a group if friends, we opted for a private water taxi which we arranged ourselves, but although this was pre booked, we had a 20 minute wait at the airport as it was busy. Cristina has a contact which would have been cheaper with no wait, so bear in mind if needed. The apartment location is amazing, close to both Rialto Bridge area and San Marco and was perfect for us. Cristina gave us lots of restaurant suggestions but we ended up doing our own thing. We were there for "special"birthdays of friends and Cristina delivered a beautiful cake and bottle of belini when she found out, so thoughtful. The apartment was large, clean and had everything we needed, would definitely stay again. We had access to the apartment as soon as we arrived (before midday). And we didn't leave Venice until early afternoon but were able to store our cases in the office, which was helpful.

The bedrooms at the front were very noisy from the street below and shouting, arguments and banging continued throughout the night. Although the apartment is central, there are no views from the windows. There is one main large bathroom with a walk in shower and one separate toilet, so five women getting ready in the morning had to be carefully planned! Access to the apartment is up two flights of stairs with no lift, okay for us but not for anyone with mobility problems.

Cristina was exceptional, helped us with our transport from the airport, sent us potential itineraries and great local places to eat. apartment was in a fantastic location, very clean and very well equiped. We travel a lot and all agree this is a truely outstanding place to stay

Awesome apartment for family of 8 adults. Friendly and very helpful host who came to meet and greet us and settle us into the apartment. Also provided dinner and attraction recommendations. Clean and very comfortable with modern contemporary facilities. we had a great stay!! 😀🍕🍷🍕

Brilliant apartment with a fabulous host

Cristina was a fabulous host 👏 we loved the location and the access to all sites in venice. We had a family of 7 people and the apartment was plenty big enough for everyone! Everything was perfect! Will stay again !

Great family holiday

Fantastic Host made this an incredible family vacation!

The host was amazing! Best experience yet (and we travel frequently). Super friendly and helpful when answering my questions about the area. She even helped me decorate to celebrate my husband’s birthday to surprise him. Location was perfect!!

The building was a little noisy. Beds very comfortable but we were all woken up early in the mornings from other people moving around the building.

Awesome location, super friendly people, and nice apartment! It was close to everything and a very comfortable place to come back to. They also provided local suggestions and helped arrnage a taxi. We couldn't ask for better help!

The apartment had mosquitos in it. It was likely from the last people leaving windows open and wasn't the fault of the provider at all though. It was a lot of steps but we didn't mind too much.

Great locaton, big apartment, with all that you need for a great stay. Very quite at night. The host Cristina was very nice, very helpfull.

There weare a lot of mosquitos, so bring some repelent.
