This beautiful 5 bedroom 3 bath home is perfect for a family vacation to Siesta Key Beach. Ocean Breeze Cottage is a quick block and a half stroll or bike ride up the street from The Nation’s Number One Beach; where you can enjoy Siesta Key’s famous white sand, swim in the Gulf of Mexico and take in a technicolor sunset. Looking to do some shopping, grab a bite to eat, or just enjoy live music and some drinks then you will enjoy Siesta Village which is just a mile away.
The home's backyard is the perfect place to relax in the large heated pool (Heated From November 15 to April 15th). There are several lounging and dining spots located inside the expansive screened lanai along with a gas BBQ grill and Flat screen TV.
The home's interior is spacious with five bedrooms and three newly updated baths, accommodating ten. The second floor has an open living and dining space. Three of the bedrooms are on this floor. The first floor is home to two additional bedrooms and a bathroom. (Please note that the main living, dining and master bedroom are located on the second floor only accessible by stairs, NO elevator)
The sleeping arrangements include a King-sized Master suite with walk in closet and a private en-suite bathroom, and 4 guest rooms with an additional king, 2 with queens and one with 2 twins. All bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs .

Back from a week in Siesta Key and this house MADE our trip what it was: the perfect vacation! The photos, as nice as they are, don’t even do the place justice. House is spacious, super clean, and comfortable. The pool and deck are bigger than expected and the best post-beach hangout! We especially loved watching movies on the big screen while floating! We loved how well-stocked the kitchen is, which made cooking some meals a breeze. The direct access to the beach at the end of the road (less than 0.5 mile) led to a great, less-populated stretch of beach. LOOOVED all the beach accessories and wagons the house provides, too. Add a super friendly host, and we couldn’t be more pleased!

My family and I just stayed at the Ocean Breeze Cottage. We had a wonderful visit. The host Tracey was amazing. She continued to check in on us almost daily to be sure we didn’t need anything. All check-in and check-out instructions were reasonable and easy to understand. The house is beautiful, and all amenities and furniture are in fantastic shape. The house is very spacious with large bedrooms. There are huge TV’s in every room including outside by the pool. The pool is a great extra, and we used it every day after getting home from the beach. The house is in a great location on the island being close to the beach as well as downtown. If you have small children or elderly in your party, it may be best to drive to the beach. There is an 800-space parking lot at the end of the road. We never had a problem finding parking there. The parking downtown is expensive, so we parked in the beach parking lot and rode the free Breeze shuttle both ways. ALL beach equipment is there including wagons, umbrellas, beach towels, chairs, and coolers. One thing to keep in mind is that you may want to stop in Sarasota before crossing the bridge into Siesta Key for all your groceries. We only saw a local market on the island. There are plenty of Publix grocery stores in Sarasota which we went back to. Overall, my family LOVED this property. I would highly recommend staying here!

What is special about this house was the outdoor space and the gigantic, warm pool. It’s really like 2 pools. There are 2 outdoor tables (one under cover) and an outdoor tv room. We had a small group but I imagine if you loaded all the bedrooms you’d appreciate the outdoor space to spread out. The other thing that set this house apart were the extras like pool / beach toys, baby items, a kids play room- lots of kid friendly extras. I have allergies and the house is pet friendly but I had no issues so it’s cleaned very well. It’s a 3 long block walk to the best (&great walking) beach but on the plus side it’s almost as close to the restaurants and we walked to the village almost every day.

We had our first stay on Siesta Key for a week in July. We all loved the house, the huge screened in pool/patio area and the short 10 min. walk to the beach. The layout worked great for our teens on the main/street level with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was not large but loved the appliances and we had plenty of counter space. We enjoyed the pool very much and our doggie did, too! We also loved the reclining sectional for movie nights in the living room. We were in Siesta Key Village every day dining at different local spots and enjoying the shops, as well. Some of us walked to the Village and some of us drove :). The house may not be the best option for guests that want to avoid stairs or pets that don't do well with stairs but we all loved our stay here very much!

Tracey’s property is absolutely fantastic. The community is quiet and easily accessible. The house is within a quick walking distance to the beach and about a 15 minute walk to the village. The house was immaculate and well maintained. The pool was perfect with all the lounge chairs and seating necessary to hang out. We were also impressed by the amount of beach gear on hand at the property. We borrowed beach chairs, a cooler, an umbrella, a wagon, and towels. We really appreciated the ability to borrow these items since we had flown to Siesta Key and our luggage room was limited. Tracey has all the amenities available and it made our stay perfect. Tracey is a very responsive host. She was quick to respond to any of our questions. Check in and check out was easy. This place is perfect and will be on our list for future stays. Thanks so much for a wonderful home for us to rent!

The property was great to stay at for our family, and my parents and sister. We loved the patio and pool and spent a lot of our free time there. The bedrooms were split up nicely to have room for kids and extra space when I needed to work. We walked to the beach most days, which took about 15 minutes in the heat, but otherwise, the property was absolutely wonderful for us.

My elderly parents and my adult children stayed in this lovely home close to the beach in Siesta Key. It had all the features amenities and more!! Homey feel and lovely neighborhood. Great pool with extra towels and floats. TV in every room. The stairs were a bit steep for my parents (kitchen was upstairs) but other than that, I cannot think of a better place to stay. We will be back!

We just got back from an amazing week at Siesta Key Beach! We had the best weather, and it was the most beautiful clear blue water and powdery white sand!
Tracey was a wonderful host! She is so friendly and accommodating! The house was beautiful and we'll equipped. It had everything we needed for the week and more! We especially enjoyed the pool area. It was a perfect space for our family of 8 adults and 4 kids to enjoy time together, either swimming or eating meals outside.
The house was very clean and spacious. Plenty of room for our family of 12! There were plenty of bath towels and beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrellas, and everything else we could have needed at the beach! We were welcomed with a yummy key lime pie, which was the perfect treat on our first night in Florida! Tracey texted me the first day making herself available if we needed anything throughout the week, which I thought was such a nice touch! And I accidentally left my wallet behind at the house after we left and Tracey was gracious enough to mail it back to me!

We had an amazing week in a wonderful home. It was clean and had plenty of beach chairs, towels, and two wagons. The beach was only a short walk from the home. We had 2 small children with us. There was toys inside and outside which was a huge help and baby gates which was very helpful. We all enjoyed the pool as well. We also arrived to a nice treat in the fridge!! We loved our trip and hope to visit again.

The Ocean Beach Cottage is a wonderful property. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need to make your stay great. We ate at home for our meals and found the kitchen supplies stocked well. The kids loved the pool . The pool locker and beach locker had everything a kid could want. We had a fantastic time at Siesta Key and another great stay at this beautiful house! One mile walk to the village and a short walk down the street to the beach make this the perfect location. If you don’t want the walk, lounge in the large, pristine pool and catch some sun while laying out in the huge, two-story lanai. Our second time here and it won’t be our last!

Our family of 7 had a wonderful stay at this amazing location. Quiet street, enclosed private pool, and an 8 min walk to the less crowded end of Siesta Key beach. This was especially desirable as we watched the lines of cars snaking along the road to park at the beach each day! There were extras of every beach accoutrement that you would need. I would add, that beach umbrellas are a challenge due to the wind, and the 4 cornered covers seemed to work much better, especially the ones that use sand filled bags at each corner. Don’t forget to look in the dock box against the house which has many beach toys.
The house has two washers and dryers which came in VERY handy. The sand on Siesta Key beach is so fine, and sticks like glue. No brushing off like the Lake Michigan sand we are used to!
The house is laid out really well for multi family use. Having bedrooms on two floors made it great for noise reduction after the grandkids collapsed into bed each night. The house has all of the cooking tools you need, even a large glass crock for sun tea, (Or sangria!). We decided when we go again, we’ll do more cooking and less eating out.
The Siesta Key village was fun for all ages. Crowded, but we were there during the busiest time.
The fishing charter was fun, but if you choose the 4 hour trip, you can’t get out far enough to catch the bigger fish.
We rented a golf cart to tour around the island, which was fun for everyone.
Tracey was great to work with. Answered our questions promptly and added extra info we didn’t think of.
Final word on this property……fantastic. Everything was set up for a relaxing week for a family. Well decorated, but comfortable and inviting. We will be back!

We enjoyed this house SO much. It's about an 8 minute walk to the beach, 20 minutes to the village. It is the most well supplied VRBO we've ever been in. SO many beach chairs, wagons and supplies. We didn't have littles in our group but there were lots of baby supplies in the house. We will 100% stay here again!

My family had an awesome vacation in Siesta Key. This house had plenty of room for all 9 of us. The kids enjoyed the pool and the beach which was a short walk from the house. We also walked to the Village which was about a 20 minute walk. The house was well stocked with plenty of beach chairs, toys, beach towels, coolers and wagons to haul it all to the beach. Will definitely try to stay here again if we come back to Siesta Key.

Excellent layout, pool was comfortable for time of year. TV’s were great, kitchen well equipped for our needs, grilling was great. Two story house made it good for family with children, plus all the children amenities were great. Double washer and dryer a mom’s dream. Good biking neighborhood, except no street lights, property owners seem to frown on anyone but them heard commmets like here’s the problem. We work in the ski resort area of gatlinburg where wealthy buy then frown on rental properties. Our chalet village market welcomes all.

We booked this house almost a year in advance to enjoy a stay in Siesta Key over the Christmas holiday. The house was great, and exactly as described on the site. Our four teenage kids enjoyed having their own rooms and space, and the pool was a huge draw for us all. We were unfortunately there during one of the coldest Christmases on record in Florida, so we didn't get to enjoy that quite as much as we intended, but that's no one's fault. The space, cleanliness and safety were all as advertised. We enjoyed being able to use the beach chairs, towels and wagon to walk to the beach, and my son and wife rode bikes a few times, too. Overall, this is a great house and location and one we'd highly recommend to families with older teens.

We had a small glitch with the oven not working but Tracey was able to purchase a new one and deliver it herself on Tuesday. Everyone enjoyed the pool. I would suggest that the rat traps be checked and when the screen house is fixed they should fix the hole in the screen. My daughter in law had something run over her feet when we were sitting by the pool.

My wife and I plus our 2 kids stayed at this property along with our friends who also have 2 kids. Two 3 year olds and two 1 year olds, and this house fit us comfortably. There was plenty of space for everyone to have their own room. The house is also located in a nice area that’s less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and around 15 minutes to the village, which we really enjoyed. The pool was another big hit for us. Very clean property and backyard pool area for the kids! Would highly recommend this house for families looking to be centrally located on Siesta Key.
