This was are first time Siesta Key, and it did not disappoint! The property was beautiful! We all walked in and said wow.
We had 3 teenagers in the bunks upstairs, which they were thrilled about , and our youngest had her own bathroom. SCORE! Property was well taken care of. The pool was relaxing. The ping pong table was a bonus, also the outside tv!
The property is only a few blocks from the beach. Supplies for the beach were provided…chairs and wagon. Ended up renting an umbrella. When I called the property manager, she gave me a few companies to reach out to.
So relaxing!! We really needed a break, and we will definetlely be returning. You definetly don’t need a car. You are able to walk everywhere! Cute boutiques, stores.and fun places to eat.

We came and stayed at the property last week. We had a great experience. The property management company was easy to work with and the house was as described on the listing. The location was super close to the village and the beach. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. We would definitely recommend this place and would consider staying there again. The only slight criticism was some of the mattresses were a bit tired and could use an upgrade but nothing that was too bad. The property had an issue with their cable but the management company was good about being there to deal with the Comcast worker. Overall, we loved our stay!

The location of this property is perfect-within walking distance of town, restaurants, icecream shop, and beach. Our boys loved the backyard pool and hot tub, and game tables in the basement. Will definitely be staying again!

We had a great stay and enjoyed how close we were to walk to everything. The only ‘complaint’ we had was when we went to make breakfast one morning there wasn’t any salt or pepper. That’s a simple item you could add for those who like to cook.

The location was great - within short walking distance to the village and a great martini bar:). The property managers answered all questions ahead of arrival and promptly addressed the very unclean master bath- it had vomit or chocolate spllattered everywhere in it upon our arrival. The living area in the house is WAY too small for the amount of people it says it can sleep. And there is no outdoor eating area- the picnic table by the pool had just one broken bench (we told the owners but no one came with anymore chairs) and the balcony upstairs is empty-it doesn’t even have a chair. There are a lot of stairs too so our 80 year old parents has a difficult time. The location is great tho and would work with two families with young kids.

Property was great, and location was outstanding. In village and short walk to beach. We showed up and the house was immaculate - best cleaning job ever. Hosts were communicative and available throughout. Only 2 things worth noting that got in the way of 5 stars: 1) Internet was substandard the whole time, despite the hosts sending a technician. If you are planning to do some work video-conferencing, you will have issues unless remedied. 2) Very minimal closet space, so you have to live out of luggage. Overall, on vacation would happily stay again.

This house is in a great location…very walkable to both the town and the beach. The size of the house worked great for our family…I think 2 families with kids it would be perfect fit. The dining and living room area is on the smaller side. The bedrooms are all a good size. The backyard pool and hot tub were great too.

Great property, convenient location
This house was in a great location, easy to get to the shops & restaurants as well as to the beach. Plenty of space for our family to spread out and our kids loved the pool and the game room. We arrived just after 8pm and the office had closed for the night. It took some time to get someone on the phone to help us because the code we had received did not work to get us into the property. Once that was sorted, however, everything was great!

Sunshine in Siesta Key
We live in upstate NY and we like to have a Florida getaway in January/February to get our Vitamin D. and escape the grey days This property fits the bill. A block from the beach, a half a block from a coffee shop and the village, a pool, and a hot tub? What more could you ask for!
Positives: The hot tub gets very hot with strong jets and the pool is shaded in the afternoon which is a welcome respite after a day at the beach. The location is really perfect to leave your car behind and walk everywhere. The property is modern with plenty of room. Siesta Key Beach is beautiful - white sand and lovely sunsets.
Negatives: The location of the washer/dryer at the top of a flight of stairs is an accident waiting to happen. I would install a gate. The beds are not that comfortable, but we did fine. Pillows are good. It can be loud at night, particularly from cars blasting music. The property is a little worn, but to be expected from a rental at the beach.
All in all, we had a great vacation and I would highly recommend this property for your vacation!

Great house, excellent location
We absolutely loved staying in this house! Our adult children and their spouses joined us for a long over due family vacation.
The house was so well equipped, from every kitchen utensil you could possibly need to an abundance of beach towels. The beach wagon and beach chairs were perfect for our multiple beach days.
The ping pong table was a hit! The private pool and hot tub was awesome and we took advantage of them every day and every evening.
Thank you for providing our family with a memorable vacation! I hope we left it in good condition!!!

Simply Perfect
The house was very nice, location was ideal. There was an issue with a toilet seal, I called the property manager, they had someone out to fix it within an hour - we were very impressed! I highly recommend this property.

I love the house. It was pretty close to the beach. My kids loved the bunk beds and the game room.The private pool and bbq were amazing. A golf cart is a must if traveling with small kids because the block to the beach is rough with all the beach stuff. The only negative is the house has a lot of humidity so if you have allergies I recommend allergy medicine.

We had a great 2 weeks in siesta key. This house was perfect! Short walk to the beach and the village! Stephen was great to work with, he helped out whenever we needed something.

This house was exactly as described. It was exceptionally clean and the pool was lovely. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels. Stephen was very friendly and responsive. It is about a 5 minute walk to beach, restaurants and grocery. Would absolutely stay again.

Our stay was wonderful. The check in process was quick and easy with the app code. We had a couple malfunction but there were completely out of anyone’s hands the property manger was awesome accommodating to our needs and was very nice and helpful. Will be returning!

We had a great time. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The neighborhood is very conveniently located, 5 minutes walking to the Beach and it’s a lively neighborhood! Would absolutely recommend to stay there!

4 day Beach day!!
I was impress with the property. The whole house was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Basically one block away from the beach and very close to the main shops & restaurants. The pool and the amenities was perfect. We enjoyed the hot tub after coming back from the beach. I would highly recommend this house to anyone with a family. We would use this property again.

Total Disappointment
We are Siesta Key visitors for a few years now. We chose a "luxury" property for the first time. The pics and property look amazing. To our dismay, our stay was not only problematic, but very disappointing. Management was poor as is the condition of the property. Management company website states "They inspect & meet guests within 24 hours of arrival, walk you through the home and show you how to use the systems in the home… Each manager is assigned to specific homes, but all work as a team in the event one team member is off work and an issue arises..." First, no one met us. Second, if a proper inspection had been done, they would have noticed that the pool was disgusting - green and cloudy, deck area full of algae, the only glasses in kitchen were 4 cheap warped plastic cups (one cracked) and two mismatched glass cups. That night we find that there is only one trash bag, no dish towels, no washing detergent, no coffee filters, no cleaners for the counters. We called our property manager and she returned the call and said they don’t supply any of these items. Just a "basic" starter kit until you can get to the store. We also find a clogged toilet and a closet door completely broken/unusable. Some blinds don’t work, the closet doors throughout are old & screech upon movement and are hard to open and close. Our manager’s sparse responses we found a bit aloof and dismissive (she was out of town...). We are also told that with all the rain, it’s hard to keep the pool clean, in the meantime, the pool on the property next door is crystal clear and blue. We spent 3 of the 4 days without the use of the pool. After back and forth, we were livid and ended up at the office. Jenn went above and beyond to correct the situation (incl. bringing proper supplies which she told us most should have been there). We really did appreciate her efforts, but spent 3 of the 4 days without being able to use the pool and our vacation pretty much ruined. This home is outdated and should not be classified as “luxury”. Most “regular” rental properties have always supplied the basic needs. This property has substantial owner and other fees. I would think providing a box of garbage bags, a couple of small boxes of single use detergent and decent glassware would have shown consideration for your guests. Lastly the nice game rooms on the website are part of the garage-smelly humid rooms with no air conditioning. We won't be back here anytime soon.

Easter Break
We had a wonderful time in Siesta Key. The townhouse is located within a short walk to the Village and the beach which was very important to our family.
Also, within walking distance is a local grocery store that has the BEST customer service.
Speaking of great customer service was our Property Manager, Kelly. She was able to meet all of our requests in a very timely manner which was greatly appreciated.
The amenities as described are accurate, but I would suggest that the bunk beds have a weight limit listed/posted. The top bunk is not recommended for an adult.
We are acutely aware that the Florida climate leads itself to the creation of mold and mildew. With that being said, the upstairs shower handle/cartridge needs to be aggressively cleaned or replaced.
We would definitely stay here again.
Since we have returned to our homes ALL of our family have given the townhouse a Five Star Rating.

Great town Home for the family
This place was great for our stay in April. My husband and I brought 6 teenagers for their spring break trip. The location of the home is ideal. It is 1 block from the village and 1 block from the public beach access. Great location. The village has restaurants, live music nightly, ice cream stores and typical beach shops. The kids kept busy. The home has a master bed room with en suite. The upstairs is divided into a bunk room and a king room with balcony overlooking the street. The second full bath is between these 2 rooms. Their is powder room on the mail level as well. The kids enjoyed the ping pong table in the lower level. Cooking equipment is sparce, but most families don't go on vacation to cook. The skillets were warped with woblly handles, a little challenging to fry eggs or pancakes in the morning. The management company is great. We did request a couple of items, and they were delivered quite timely.(i.e. kitchen dish cloths and pot holder) . we would consider this location a success on remember it for future stays.
