We stayed at this house for our annual Mom’s getaway and enjoyed it very much. Great location, we were able to walk to State Street for dinner every night. Very clean, we felt safe, and very comfortable beds. No bathroom upstairs which might be difficult with kids/families but was fine for our group. Thanks for a great stay.

Walkability!!! This property is walkable with a 4 year old to parks and restaurants and there's even a bus stop near by. We were quite impressed with the historic nature of this house and how well it has been preserved yet at the same time, really appreciated that it has been updated with modern conveniences. The multiple rooms really worked for our range of ages, places for naps and work. The patio space was easily large enough for us to have a gathering of 12 for dinner. I hope to have my family return for more family fun!

Good overall. Directions on where to park and how to get in from the back entrance, though being late night I accidently tried the front door until re-reading instructions. Parking area is a little cramped but can get used to it and just be cautious. Upstairs gets hot even at night and when the thermostat was off so be mindful to keep AC on at a temp so you don't wake up sweating. Larger bathroom has a tub, shower, and laundry -- only one door to these so if someone needs to access laundry then they will see you indecent or on the toilet.

House was very quaint and well stocked. Worked great for our families needs and it had many beds and ample linens and towels. We were initially concerned about the units in the back but we didn't hear them at all and had a really nice quiet family weekend. Great location as it is a nice quiet block but short walk to State St. Property manager was always responsive and very accommodating, we would stay there again, 5 stars

This old home had plenty of charm and space for our family of 4 adults and two small children. The 2 updated bathrooms are beautiful. The kitchen, although retaining original cupboards and drawers, functioned well and had everythingvwe needed. We appreciated the plastic childrens' plates, cups, and bowls. Our kids ate only at the kitchen table make clean up easy. The location in a quiet neighborhood was ideal for us. We walked to restaurants on State St. and to the park with the outstanding childrens' zone and duck pond.
We were very comfortable staying at this house and would recommend to others.

The bed arrangement in this house may work out with small children, but it definitely is not appropriate for older children and adults. Too crowded! Also, the king bed downstairs is ridiculously high. I had to buy a step stool to get into bed. And the trundle beds are not adequate for older children and adults. Quaintness and charm only go so far. A good night's sleep is more important. The location was great but parking is insufficient for ten people. Bathroom and kitchen were fine. Plenty of towels for everyone.

Staying in this lovely Victorian home was a fun blend of old architecture and modern comfort. High ceilings, beautiful woodwork, and creaky wood floors contributed to the ambience, while comfortable beds, recently updated bathroom and full kitchen contributed to the comfort. There was plenty of comfortable seating in the living room, dining room and outdoor dining for our family of 8. The location was perfect, in a quiet neighborhood close to everything we needed and walkable to The Daily Grind. The service/cleaning fee was high for everything they ask you to do on checkout. All in all, a great stay.

Amazing place close to the top spots in downtown Santa Barbara
We loved staying at the Oak Park house. It is ideally located close to top attractions and yet it has a quiet neighborhood feelings. The home is spacious and has large sized living spaces and kitchen. There was an attention to detail throughout the home in terms of appliances and smaller touches like nightlights. Our whole group enjoyed hanging out on the large porch in the afternoons [loved the porch swing!]. We would love to stay there again!

We stayed here for a bachelorette party, and the house did not disappoint! There were 7 of us and there was plenty of space. There were 2 extra beds we did not even use. I was very impressed with the amenities, they had everything we needed and then some. Another plus is that you are only about a mile walk from amazing restaurants and shopping, so you don’t have to worry much about lack of parking in town. We all were very pleased with this property and highly recommend.
